and the pit maintenance mode is that the elevator controller only responds to the control electric signal output by the pit maintenance downlink signal output end or the pit maintenance uplink signal output end of the pit maintenance loop to control the lift car to go up or down.
3. The electrical safety detection control circuit of claim 2, wherein the pit maintenance loop further comprises a RUN common switch RUN, an up switch UPL, and a down switch DOWJ;
the pit ganged switch LDJ is a duplex switch and comprises a first connecting end, a second connecting end, a third connecting end and a fourth connecting end, the first connecting end and the third connecting end of the pit ganged switch LDJ are connected with the control electric signal input end, and the second connecting end of the pit ganged switch LDJ is connected with the pit maintenance signal output end;
one end of a public switch RUN is connected with a third connecting end of a pit gang switch LDJ, the other end of the public switch RUN is connected with one end of an uplink switch UPL and one end of a downlink switch DOWJ, the other end of the uplink switch UPL is connected with a pit maintenance uplink signal output end, and the other end of the downlink switch DOWJ is connected with a pit maintenance downlink signal output end.

The electrical safety detection control circuit according to claim 2, further comprising a ceiling maintenance loop disposed on a ceiling of the elevator; the car top maintenance loop comprises a car top linkage switch LDJ, a control electric signal input end, a car top maintenance signal output end, a car top maintenance downlink signal output end and a car top maintenance uplink signal output end;
the car top linkage switch LDJ is linked with a car top maintenance switch of an elevator safety loop, when the car top maintenance switch is switched on, the car top linkage switch LDJ is switched on, and a control electrical signal input by the control electrical signal input end is output to the elevator controller through the car top maintenance signal output end so as to control the elevator controller to enter a car top maintenance mode;
the car top maintenance mode is that the elevator controller only responds to the control electric signal output by the car top maintenance loop through the car top maintenance downlink signal output end or the car top maintenance uplink signal output end to control the car to uplink or downlink.

The electrical safety detection control circuit according to claim 2, further comprising an emergency service circuit provided in a machine room of the elevator; the emergency maintenance loop comprises an emergency linkage switch LDJ, a control electric signal input end, an emergency maintenance signal output end, an emergency maintenance downlink signal output end and an emergency maintenance uplink signal output end;
the emergency linkage switch LDJ is linked with an emergency maintenance switch of an elevator safety loop, when the emergency maintenance switch is switched on, the emergency linkage switch LDJ is switched on, and a control electric signal input by the control electric signal input end is output to the elevator controller through the emergency maintenance signal output end so as to control the elevator controller to enter an emergency maintenance mode;
the emergency maintenance mode is that the elevator controller only responds to the control electric signal output by the emergency maintenance downlink signal output end or the emergency maintenance uplink signal output end of the emergency maintenance loop to control the lift car to move upwards or downwards.
6. An electrical safety detection control method for elevator maintenance operation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to an elevator shutdown command sent by the hall call display panel circuit to shutdown the elevator;
stopping the lift car at a stopping layer which is not the bottommost layer, and forbidding opening of a lift car door and a hall door;
the ascending or descending of the lift car is controlled only by responding to a pit maintenance descending signal and a pit maintenance ascending signal sent by a pit maintenance loop arranged in the elevator pit;
after the elevator stops running, the elevator is restored to run in response to an elevator restoration command sent by the hall outside call display panel circuit.
