Description

Pitching stacker
Technical Field
The invention relates to engineering equipment, in particular to a pitching stacker.
Background
The stacker is a common engineering device, and is widely applied to bulk material stacking operation in a limited space, such as bulk material conveying fields of workshops, warehouses, goods yards and the like, and the stacker is required to be used.
Traditional stacker all includes the material loading section and carries the section, and the lower part both sides of material loading section all have the drive wheel of coaxial arrangement, carry the section and rise the slope upwards to extend from the front end of material loading section, and carry the lower part both sides of section and all have the follow driving wheel of coaxial arrangement. When the bulk cargo stacker is used, the bulk cargo truck firstly pours the bulk cargo into the material loading section of the stacker, and then the bulk cargo is conveyed to the top end of the stacker by the conveying section and falls down to the designated place of the stock ground, so that the stacking operation is completed. However, the material loading section and the conveying section of the stacker are connected through a whole machine steel frame, and the whole machine steel frame can horizontally move under the rolling of the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and is fixed relative to the ground. Affected by the space of the site and the investment of capital, a plurality of factory buildings, warehouses or closed spaces and the like are highly limited. Because the overall height of the traditional stocker is high (usually close to 7 meters), the traditional stocker cannot be smoothly moved to places with limited height, so that the stocking operation is difficult, and the application range is greatly limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a pitching stacker. The pitching stacker can perform pitching operation on the whole machine, so that the height of the whole machine is reduced, the whole machine can smoothly enter a place with a limited height to perform stacking operation, and the range of application is wider.
In order to solve the problems, the following technical scheme is adopted:
the pitching stacker comprises a loading section and a conveying section, wherein driving wheels which are coaxially arranged are arranged on two sides of the lower part of the loading section. The conveying section extends upwards from the front end of the material loading section in an inclined mode, and driven wheels which are coaxially arranged are arranged on two sides of the lower portion of the conveying section. The conveying section is characterized in that a connecting frame is arranged between driven wheels on two sides of the lower portion of the conveying section, an inclined strut is hinged between the front end of the connecting frame and the front portion of the conveying section, and a telescopic mechanism is hinged between the rear end of the connecting frame and the rear portion of the conveying section.
Furthermore, the quantity of bracing is two and is arranged side by side, and their upper end articulates respectively in the both sides of carrying the section bottom. And the connecting frames on the inner sides of the lower ends of the inclined struts are respectively fixed with a first limiting block.
The telescopic mechanism is an oil cylinder, the number of the oil cylinders is two and the oil cylinders are arranged side by side, and the upper ends of the two oil cylinders are respectively hinged on the two sides of the upper part of the conveying section. And a second limiting block is fixed on the connecting frame at the inner side of the lower end of the oil cylinder. The connecting frames on the two sides of the conveying section are provided with electric diesel engine rooms, and the two electric diesel engine rooms are connected with the two oil cylinders in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
Wherein, the material loading section comprises a horizontal rack, and a material loading hopper is arranged on the horizontal rack. The conveying section comprises an inclined rack, the lower end of the inclined rack is integrally connected with the front end of the horizontal rack, and a conveying belt continuously arranged from the bottom of the loading hopper to the top end of the inclined rack is arranged on the inclined rack.
The driving wheels are positioned on two sides of the front part of the horizontal rack, and supporting legs are arranged below the rear part of the horizontal rack.
By adopting the scheme, the method has the following advantages:
according to the pitching stacker, the connecting frame is arranged between the driven wheels on two sides of the lower portion of the conveying section, the inclined strut is hinged between the front end of the connecting frame and the front portion of the conveying section, and the telescopic mechanism is hinged between the rear end of the connecting frame and the rear portion of the conveying section. When the stacker needs to enter a place with limited height, the telescopic mechanism retracts, the whole stacker bends forwards and downwards, the height of the top end of the conveying section is reduced, and the stacker can move smoothly to the place with limited height. When the stacker needs to carry out stacking operation, the telescopic mechanism extends out, the whole stacker tilts backwards, the material loading section is in a horizontal position, and the top of the conveying section is located at the highest point, so that the stacking operation can be carried out. Therefore, the pitching stacker can rotate in a vertical plane under the action of the telescopic mechanism to perform pitching operation on the whole machine, so that the height of the top of the conveying section is reduced, namely the height of the whole machine is reduced, the whole machine can smoothly enter a place with a limited height to perform stacking operation, and the application range is wider.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the pitching stacker of the present invention comprises a loading section 1 and a conveying section 3, and driving wheels 7 coaxially arranged are arranged on both sides of the lower part of the loading section 1. The conveying section 3 extends upwards from the front end of the material loading section 1 in an inclined mode, and driven wheels 5 which are coaxially arranged are arranged on two sides of the lower portion of the conveying section 3. A connecting frame 9 is arranged between driven wheels 5 on two sides of the lower portion of the conveying section 3, an inclined strut 4 is hinged between the front end of the connecting frame 9 and the front portion of the conveying section 3, and a telescopic mechanism is hinged between the rear end of the connecting frame 9 and the rear portion of the conveying section 3. The quantity of bracing 4 is two and is arranged side by side, and their upper end articulates respectively in the both sides of conveying section 3 bottom. And a first limiting block 10 is fixed on the connecting frame 9 at the inner side of the lower end of the inclined strut 4. The telescopic mechanism is an oil cylinder 6, the number of the oil cylinders 6 is two and the two oil cylinders are arranged side by side, and the upper ends of the two oil cylinders are respectively hinged on the two sides of the upper part of the conveying section 3. And a second limiting block 11 is fixed on the connecting frame 9 at the inner side of the lower end of the oil cylinder 6. The connecting frames 9 on the two sides of the conveying section 3 are provided with electric diesel engine rooms 2, and the two electric diesel engine rooms 2 are connected with the two oil cylinders 6 in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
Wherein, the loading section 1 comprises a horizontal frame 101, and a loading hopper 102 is arranged on the horizontal frame 101. The conveying section 3 comprises an inclined frame 301, the lower end of the inclined frame 301 is integrally connected with the front end of the horizontal frame 101, and a conveying belt 302 continuously arranged from the bottom of the loading hopper 102 to the top end of the inclined frame 301 is arranged on the inclined frame 301. The driving wheels 7 are positioned at two sides of the front part of the horizontal frame 101, and supporting feet 8 are arranged below the rear part of the horizontal frame 101.
In the conventional state, the placement state of the pitching stacker of the present invention is shown in fig. 1. During operation, bulk materials conveyed by a loader are directly poured into the loading hopper 102, conveyed to the top end of the inclined rack 301 by the conveyor belt 302 and then fall to a designated stacking position, and stacking operation is completed.
When the stacker needs to be moved into a place 12 with a limited height to work, as shown in fig. 5, the oil cylinder 6 can be controlled to retract by using the electric diesel engine room 2, the inclined strut 4 rotates clockwise along the wheel shaft of the driven wheel 5 at a small angle, so that the whole stacker tilts forward and downward, the height of the top end of the conveying section 3 is reduced, and the stacker can be smoothly moved into the place 12 with the limited height. In the process of bending down the whole machine, the second limiting block 11 on the connecting frame 9 in fig. 4 can limit the rotation angle of the oil cylinder 6, so that the connecting frame 9 and the electric diesel engine room 2 above the connecting frame are prevented from tilting forwards. When the stacker moves to a designated position and needs to perform stacking operation, as shown in fig. 6, the electric diesel engine room 2 controls the oil cylinder 6 to extend out, the inclined strut 4 rotates along the driven wheel 5 at a small angle anticlockwise, so that the whole stacker tilts backwards, the material carrying section 1 is in a horizontal position, and the top of the conveying section 3 is located at the highest point, so that the stacking operation can be performed. At the moment, the supporting legs 8 below the rear part of the horizontal rack 101 of the material loading section 1 are in contact with the ground, and the function of supporting and stabilizing the whole machine is achieved. In the process of tilting up the whole machine, the first limiting block 10 on the connecting frame 9 in fig. 4 can limit the rotation angle of the inclined strut 4, so that the connecting frame 9 and the electric diesel engine room 2 above the connecting frame are prevented from tilting backwards.
Therefore, the pitching stacker can rotate within a small angle in a vertical plane under the action of the telescopic action of the oil cylinder 6 to perform pitching operation of the whole stacker, so that the height of the top of the conveying section 3 is reduced, namely the height of the whole stacker is reduced, the stacker can smoothly enter a place 12 with limited height to perform stacking operation, and the use range is wider.
