When the device is used specifically, firstly, bills or documents to be adhered are placed in the conveying device, meanwhile, a base material for adhering is placed in the drawing box, the drawing box is adjusted to a specified position under the driving of the first motor before being started, when the device works, the second motor drives the crankshaft to act so as to extrude glue to the surface of the base material, and meanwhile, the conveying device takes out and conveys sheets to a specified target position, wherein the specified target position is a gluing position of the surface of the base material; when the first sheet falls on the base material, the first motor drives the drawer to move to the position of the paper ejecting device in the opposite direction to the position covered by the first sheet discharging position and stop; at the moment, the glue supply device supplies glue again, and then the second sheet is conveyed to the gluing position and is preliminarily pasted; the box drawing device is driven by a first motor to repeat the intermittent motion until the sheets are full; the first motor drives the drawer to move towards the direction of the paper pushing device and reach a preset position, the sensor on the paper pushing device obtains the arrival information of the drawer and transmits the information to the controller through the transmission unit, the controller controls the paper pushing device to ascend and push up the base material to the paper rolling wheel/roller/shaft, and the sheet and the base material are reliably pasted under the rolling pressure of the paper rolling wheel/roller/shaft and the follower wheel; and keeping the set time after the top paper board rises to reach the preset distance, so that the paper pickup wheel/roller/shaft and the follower wheel finish the output of the base material, and then the linear rack falls to the initial position.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic degree of the scheme is high, the whole process of the pasting process can be automated, only the sheet is placed at the beginning and the base material after the pasting is finished is taken out from the outlet, and the implementation structure and the control mode of the scheme are simple and convenient.

Claims (9)

1. The automatic liquid glue-supplying type sheet-like document pasting device at least comprises a conveying device (100) for conveying paper, wherein the conveying device (100) is configured to convey a specified sheet to a specified target position through a roller/driving belt; the device also comprises at least one first detection unit for detecting that the sheet reaches the specified target position, and after the sheet reaches the specified position, the first detection unit transmits the arrival information to the controller through the communication unit and controls the glue solution supply device (200) to supply the glue solution to the surface of the base material at the specified position through the controller; the glue solution supply device (200) is configured to comprise a glue storage bin (201), a glue supply port (207) and a glue supply switch for controlling the glue supply port (207) to be opened or closed; appointed object position still includes one and is used for splendid attire slice to paste box (300) of drawing of substrate, draw box (300) still includes first actuating mechanism (301), first actuating mechanism (301) are configured to the drive and draw box (300) and do the intermittent motion of appointed distance along a horizontal direction, the appointed distance with the assigned position phase-match of substrate surface is pasted in the sheet, realizes many the sheet is carried to same pasting substrate in proper order and is carried out the structure of pasting.

The automatic liquid glue-supplying type sheet-like document sticking apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising an output device (400) fixedly installed at the end of the intermittent linear motion of the drawer (300), wherein the output device (400) is configured to include a paper ejection device (401) driven by an adaptive intermittent driving mechanism to move up and down, the paper ejection device (401) is used for lifting the substrate reaching and covering above the paper ejection device (401) to a paper pickup wheel/roller/shaft (402) included in the output device (400) and used for outputting the substrate when the substrate is lifted, and the paper ejection device (401) further comprises a second detection unit (403) for detecting whether the substrate reaches a specified position.

The automatic liquid glue-supplying type sheet-like document sticking device according to claim 2, wherein the power input end of the adaptive intermittent driving mechanism comprises an input wheel (404) with a belt transmission, the power output end of the adaptive intermittent driving mechanism comprises an incomplete gear and a gear-rack kinematic pair formed by matching a linear rack (405), and the linear rack (405) is fixedly connected with the paper pushing device (401) to form a structure which realizes intermittent up-and-down intermittent motion under the drive of the incomplete paper wheel.
4. The apparatus according to claim 3 wherein the adaptive intermittent drive mechanism further comprises an incomplete tooth input adjustment wheel (406) rotating coaxially and synchronously with the input wheel (404), and further comprises a transition gear (407) having a complete tooth.

The automatic adhering device of the liquid glue-supplying type sheet-like document according to claim 4, characterized in that the first driving mechanism (301) comprises a first motor (302) and a lead screw (303) in transmission fit with an output shaft of the first motor (302), the lead screw (303) and one position of the drawer (300) form a mechanism of thread transmission, and the intermittent motion structure of the drawer (300) is realized through the intermittent motion of the first motor (302).

The automatic liquid glue-supplying type sheet document sticking device according to claim 5, wherein a tray (304) is provided on the lower surface of the drawer (300), and a sliding rail is provided between the tray (304) and the bottom of the drawer (300), so as to form a structure in which the drawer (300) can slide out/in relative to the tray (304) to place a substrate.

The automatic liquid glue-supplying type sheet-like document sticking device according to any one of claims 2 to 6, characterized in that the glue storage bin (201) extends to form a squeezing cavity (202) and a liquid outlet cavity (203), the inner wall of the squeezing cavity (202) is movably connected with a squeezing piston (204), the lower end of the liquid outlet cavity (203) is in sliding sealing fit with an adjusting plate (205), a through hole (206) corresponding to the glue supply port (207) is arranged on the adjusting plate (205), and a structure that the glue solution can be extruded out through a hollow space when the adjusting plate (205) slides to the through hole (206) and the glue supply port (207) are aligned is formed; regulating plate (205), extrusion piston (204) are articulated through connecting rod (209) and a bent axle (208) respectively, and synchronous drive extrusion piston (204), the structure of regulating plate (205) motion when forming bent axle (208) and rotating extrude piston (204) simultaneously or extract the glue solution and make and supply to glue mouth (207) and supply smoothly to glue or close the structure that supplies to glue mouth (207) when realizing regulating plate (205) slip, bent axle (208) are driven by the second motor.
9. A method for realizing automatic bill or document pasting by using the device comprises the following steps:
STP 1: firstly, placing the bill or document to be adhered into the conveying device (100); when the device is started, the second motor drives the crankshaft (208) to act to extrude glue solution to the surface of the base material, and meanwhile, the conveying device (100) takes out the sheet and conveys the sheet to a specified target position, wherein the specified target position is a gluing position on the surface of the base material;
STP 2: after the first sheet falls on the base material, the first motor (302) drives the extraction box (300) to move to the direction opposite to the position of the paper ejection device (401) to the position for covering the first sheet and stop; at the moment, the glue supply device supplies glue again, and then the second sheet is conveyed to the gluing position and is preliminarily pasted; the box drawing (300) is driven by a first motor (302) to repeat the intermittent motion until the sheets are full;
