The orientation rod 71 is vertically welded to the side wall of the positioning plate 621 facing the pushing member 22, and the engaging cylinder 72 is vertically welded to the end wall of the pushing member 22 where the piston rod is disposed. One end of the directional rod 71 away from the positioning plate 621 can abut against the inner cavity of the engaging barrel 72, and then the positioning plate 621 and the piston rod of the pushing member 22 can be stably adjusted by sliding the directional rod 71 in the engaging barrel 72.
Referring to fig. 7, a fixing assembly 8 is disposed between the positioning plate 621 and the piston rod of the pushing member 22. The fixing assembly 8 comprises a sleeve 81, a positioning ring plate 82 and a fixing piece 83, the sleeve 81 is vertically welded on the side wall of the positioning plate 621 facing the pushing piece 22, and the sleeve 81 is located between two adjacent directional rods 71. The positioning ring plate 82 is welded on the outer edge of the piston rod of the pushing member 22, and the fixing member 83 is a bolt. When the sleeve 81 is sleeved on the outer edge of the piston rod of the pushing member 22, and the end wall of the sleeve 81 away from the positioning plate 621 abuts against the outer side wall of the positioning ring plate 82, the rod body of the fixing member 83 may penetrate through the positioning ring plate 82 and be screwed in the preset thread groove on the end wall of the sleeve 81 in the length direction, so that the positioning plate 621 is fixedly connected with the piston rod of the pushing member 22.
Referring to fig. 7, the extension plates 622 are perpendicularly welded to one end of the positioning plate 621 in the direction away from the pushing member 22, and the abutment plate 623 is perpendicularly welded to the side walls of the two extension plates 622 facing each other. The positioning block 61 is symmetrically provided with a yielding groove 611 at two sides in the width direction, the yielding groove 611 is convenient for the abutting plate 623 to abut in, and further the connecting piece 62 is sleeved outside the positioning block 61.
Referring to fig. 7, the abutting plate 623 is provided with a longitudinal groove 624 toward a side wall of the positioning plate 621, and the longitudinal groove 624 is provided extending in a height direction of the abutting plate 623. The limiting strip 612 is vertically welded on the inner side wall of the abdicating groove 611, and when the abutting plate 623 abuts against the inner cavity of the abdicating groove 611, the limiting strip 612 abuts against the inner cavity of the longitudinal groove 624, so that the connection strength of the connecting piece 62 sleeved outside the positioning block 61 is improved.

When the guiding wheel 32 is pushed into the cavity of the receiving slot 421, the operator can control the lifting member 41 to retract the piston rod. At this time, the abutting plate 623 slides in the receding groove 611, the limiting strip 612 slides in the longitudinal groove 624, the bearing piece 21 enters the inner cavity of the settling tank 141 along with the contraction of the piston rod of the lifting piece 41, and the clamping arc plate 211 is located above the ground 14 and at a lower position. An operator only needs to lift the guide roller 112 by a lower height, so that the guide roller 112 can be erected on the two adjacent clamping arc plates 211, and then the buckling arc plates 214 are rotated and buckled on the top walls of the clamping arc plates 211, so that the first magnetic pieces 241 and the second magnetic pieces 242 are magnetically attracted.
The lift 41 is activated to extend its piston rod until the carrier 21 is fully raised above the ground 14. The control push member 22 retracts its piston rod to displace the carrier 21 in the sliding groove 23 to the position where the rack 111 mounts the guide roller 112. The fastening arc plate 214 is rotated to separate the first magnetic member 241 from the second magnetic member 242, the lifting member 41 is controlled to retract the piston rod thereof, and at this time, the guide roller 112 is automatically seated on the frame 111 as the piston rod of the supporting member 21 retracts, so as to complete the installation.
