Background
Natural production causes more or less damage to the cervical os, vaginal walls and vulvar tissues, sometimes to avoid perineal lacerations of a parturient, which are relatively extensive and difficult to handle, obstetricians or midwives usually make the fetus deliver smoothly by means of perineotomy, and the vulva including the perineal area inevitably has local redness, swelling, pain, bleeding, even infection, purulent secretion, pruritus vulvae, etc. Since the wound of the vulva is often affected by postpartum lochia, defecate and urine, postpartum perineum care must be done to promote recovery, otherwise, postpartum genital tract infection and poor healing of perineum wound can be caused, which will affect future life.
Postpartum perineum washing is the routine nursing of the postpartum perineum in the current obstetrical department, and the traditional method basically adopts 0.05 percent povidone iodine washing liquid to wash, so that the aims of cleaning and preventing infection are achieved, but the problems of pruritus vulvae, swelling, pain, bleeding and the like are difficult to solve, and the requirement of a puerpera on the comfort level cannot be improved day by day.
Traditional Chinese medicine has more understanding on postpartum vulva diseases, such as: ming, Von mega tension (essential essences of women, department of miscellaneous diseases after delivery): "Taiquan Dabu Tang" for the reason of the failure of blood and qi to be absorbed and retained due to weak primordial qi and malnutrition of the fetus after delivery. Although the symptoms of severe swelling and heat, cold and cold are contraindicated, the postpartum syndromes are mainly due to the deficiency of qi and blood, and the symptoms of prolapse of yin and prolapse of jade gate are limited by qi deficiency and blood collapse! ' Qing, Chen Hou (lying secreta of child): for the chronic labor excess injury, which leads to swelling and pain at both sides of the vulva and inability of hands and feet to stretch, the four season onion is added with the milk powder and smashed into a cake, and the swelling and pain part is pasted for a long time to cure. The itching of the vulva refers to the disorder of the spleen and stomach, disharmony of qi and blood, subsidence of pectoral qi, detrusor due to damp-heat and insect growth in yin. Itching is caused by eating yin by worms. For treatment, Buzhong Yiqi Tang is added or subtracted with chai Hu. External application for fumigation and washing. The yin gate sores and sinking of damp-heat. "Qing, Fu shan" Fu Qing Master Ladies: for those who are too early to get a birth and feel wind and get pain in the midwifery, the decoction for dispelling wind and relieving pain should be used. "Yin Zhong Chuang recorded hidden sores, or pain or itching, such as worm-shaped, thick and dribbling. Qi and blood stagnation is caused by restlessness of heart and kidney, and weak stomach qi. And (3) cloud passing: all sores and itching are attributed to the heart. For tonifying heart and kidney, the external herbs are used in fumigating and washing, so Shiquan yin gan san. Based on the knowledge, the postpartum vulva is also characterized by blood vessel empty deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis, easy damage of cold evil and easy recovery of damp-heat, and is the main pathogenesis of the postpartum vulva,
