Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cigarette manufacturing, in particular to a tobacco shred flavoring device and a tobacco shred flavoring method.
Background
Tobacco leaves of different tobacco types, varieties and production places have different aroma characteristics. In order to keep the quality stability of cigarette products, the quality of cigarettes needs to be adjusted in a flavoring mode on the basis of reasonable design of a leaf group formula.
The known perfuming devices are usually drum-type perfuming devices. The drum-type flavoring device applies the flavoring to the cut tobacco in the drum, and the cut tobacco and the flavoring are uniformly mixed through the rotation of the drum. However, the drum-type flavoring device can cause the problem of shredded tobacco, and also has the problem of uneven flavoring, which directly influences the quality of cigarettes.
Therefore, how to provide a perfuming device which can effectively avoid perfuming and crushing the cut tobacco and improve the perfuming uniformity becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel technical scheme of a cut tobacco flavoring device, which can effectively prevent cut tobacco from being flavored and crushed and improve flavoring uniformity.

as the cut tobacco is conveyed forward gradually, the first nozzles and the second nozzles along the conveying direction of the cut tobacco start to spray spices in sequence;
when the cut tobacco is stopped being filled, the first nozzles and the second nozzles along the cut tobacco conveying direction stop blowing the spices in sequence.
Optionally, the spraying amount of each first nozzle and each second nozzle along the tobacco shred conveying direction is gradually reduced, and the spraying amount of the second nozzle is smaller than that of the first nozzle.
The tobacco shred perfuming device conveys tobacco shreds in a spiral feeding mode, can effectively prevent the tobacco shreds from perfuming and breaking, is provided with the main perfuming component and the auxiliary perfuming component to cooperate with perfuming, and is favorable for improving the perfuming uniformity.

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.

As shown in fig. 1, the present disclosure provides a cut tobacco flavoring device, which comprises a feeding mechanism and a flavoring mechanism.
The feeding mechanism comprises a bin 1 and a spiral feeding piece 2. The spiral feeding piece 2 is arranged in the storage bin 1, and the spiral feeding piece 2 is provided with a spiral blade 20. The screw feeder 2 may be, for example, a screw feeder screw. Compared with the violent rolling of the roller to the cut tobacco, the spiral feeding mode is gentle, and the problem that the cut tobacco is broken can be effectively avoided.
The storage bin 1 is provided with a plurality of auxiliary flavoring openings 10. The auxiliary fragrancing port 10 is located on the side of the central axis of the screw feeder 2 adjacent to the top of the silo 1. The auxiliary flavoring opening 10 is positioned above the central shaft of the spiral feeding piece 2, which is beneficial to avoiding the tobacco shreds on the spiral feeding piece 2 from blocking the auxiliary flavoring opening 10.
The perfuming mechanism comprises a main perfuming assembly and an auxiliary perfuming assembly. The main perfuming assembly comprises a plurality of first nozzles 3 and is located at the top of the magazine 1. The first nozzle 3 may be mounted on the roof of the silo 1. The secondary perfuming assembly comprises a plurality of second nozzles (not shown in the figures), and each second nozzle is arranged in one-to-one correspondence with each secondary perfuming opening 10.
The main flavoring component and the auxiliary flavoring component can spray spice to the cut tobacco on the spiral feeding piece 2, thereby effectively improving the flavoring uniformity of the cut tobacco. In specific implementation, the spraying amount of the second nozzle can be set to be smaller than that of the first nozzle 3, so that the perfuming uniformity of the cut tobacco is effectively improved.
The tobacco shred perfuming device conveys tobacco shreds in a spiral feeding mode, can effectively prevent the tobacco shreds from perfuming and breaking, is provided with the main perfuming component and the auxiliary perfuming component to cooperate with perfuming, and is favorable for improving the perfuming uniformity.
In one embodiment of the cut tobacco flavoring device of the present disclosure, in order to improve the feeding smoothness, the feeding direction of the spiral feeding member 2 is a horizontal direction.
In one embodiment of the cut tobacco flavoring device of the present disclosure, in order to improve the flavoring uniformity, the central axis of the nozzle opening of the first nozzle 3 is perpendicular to the feeding direction of the screw feeder 2.
Further, the nozzle opening of the second nozzle faces the direction of the central axis of the screw feeder 2, and the included angle between the central axis of the nozzle opening of the second nozzle and the central axis of the first nozzle 3 is an acute angle. The arrangement is not only favorable for avoiding the tobacco shreds from blocking the second nozzle, but also favorable for improving the perfuming uniformity.
Furthermore, the angle between the central axis of the nozzle opening of the second nozzle and the central axis of the first nozzle 3 is less than 45 °.
In one embodiment of the cut tobacco flavoring device of the present disclosure, the first nozzle 3 and the auxiliary flavoring port 10 are staggered. Therefore, the feed liquid sprayed out of the first nozzle 3 and the feed liquid sprayed out of the second nozzle can be effectively prevented from being repeatedly sprayed on the cut tobacco in the same area, and the perfuming uniformity is improved.
Further, in order to improve the uniformity of perfuming, a line connecting the centers of the nozzle openings of the first nozzles 3 is parallel to the feeding direction of the screw feeder 2. The connecting line between the centers of the auxiliary flavoring openings 10 is parallel to the feeding direction of the spiral feeding piece 2.
In one embodiment of the cut tobacco perfuming device of the present disclosure, in order to improve the perfuming uniformity, the first nozzle 3 and the second nozzle are both ultrasonic atomizing nozzles.
The disclosure also provides a cut tobacco flavoring method based on the cut tobacco flavoring device, which comprises the following steps:
step (1): and filling the tobacco shreds onto spiral blades of a spiral feeding piece.
Step (2): as the cut tobacco is gradually conveyed forward, the first nozzles and the second nozzles along the conveying direction of the cut tobacco start to spray spices in sequence.
And (3): when the cut tobacco is stopped being filled, the first nozzles and the second nozzles along the cut tobacco conveying direction stop blowing the spices in sequence.
The tobacco shred flavoring method disclosed by the invention is beneficial to improving the flavoring uniformity and avoiding the waste of spices.
In one embodiment of the method for perfuming shredded tobacco according to the present disclosure, in order to improve the perfuming uniformity, the amount of spray of each first nozzle and each second nozzle along the conveying direction of the shredded tobacco is gradually reduced, and the amount of spray of the second nozzle is smaller than that of the first nozzle.
