Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cable production, in particular to a cable stripping device and a cable stripping method based on the same.
Background
Cables are generally composed of a core and a sheath covering the core, and in an actual production process, the sheath may be unqualified (for example, the appearance of the sheath is unqualified, parameters are not up to standard, and the like) due to various reasons. It will be appreciated that in this process, it is necessary to ensure that the core is not damaged.
The existing peeling method is generally manual peeling, and comprises the following specific operations: the wire take-up device is started at a low speed, one operator stands in front of the wire take-up machine and lightly cuts the outer skin by using the blade, and the other operator pulls off the cut outer skin by assistance, so that the whole process is slow, and the core body is easily accidentally injured due to cable shaking and non-fixed blade.
Therefore, it is an urgent problem to design a cable stripping device that can avoid accidentally damaging the core.

Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a cable stripping device in the present embodiment.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
Terms such as "upper," "above," "lower," "below," and the like, used herein to denote relative spatial positions, are used for ease of description to describe one element or feature's relationship to another element or feature as illustrated in the figures. The spatially relative positional terms may be intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is turned over, elements described as "below" or "beneath" other elements or features would then be oriented "above" the other elements or features. Thus, the exemplary term "below" can encompass both an orientation of above and below. The device may be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a cable stripping device, as shown in fig. 1, including:
a body part 1, wherein a through hole 2 and a side hole 3 are arranged in the body part 1; one end of the side hole 3 is communicated with the through hole 2, and the other end of the side hole penetrates through the outer side surface of the body part 1; blade 4, blade 4 is provided with sharp portion, blade 4 is located in side opening 3, and sharp portion can stretch into in through-hole 2, blade 4 can slide along the extending direction of side opening 3.
Here, in use, the tip of the blade 4 may be inserted into the through hole 2, then the cable to be stripped is inserted from one end of the through hole 2, then the cable is extended from the other end of the through hole 2, and then the other end of the cable is pulled outward, so that the cable slides in the through hole 2, during which the blade tip can cut the outer skin of the cable, and thus the stripping operation of the cable is completed. Because the blade 4 can slide along the extending direction of the side hole 3, the degree of the blade tip extending into the through hole 2 can be adjusted, so that the blade tip can not only cut the outer skin, but also does not damage the core body.
Here, it will be appreciated that in practice the cross-section of the cable is generally of varying size, i.e. thickness, and therefore an adjustment means may be provided in the through hole 2, for example, lugs symmetrically arranged one above the other in the through hole 2, arcuate recesses being provided on opposite sides of the lugs, and the lugs being movable away from or towards each other, and the blade 4 being insertable into the gap between the lugs, the cable being clamped in use by adjusting the distance between the lugs.
Here, the through-hole 2 may be a cylindrical hole, and the side-hole 3 may be a square hole.
Here, the size of the side hole 3 can be matched with the blade 4, i.e. the upper and lower parts of the side hole 3 are tightly attached, so that the cutter 4 is ensured not to be loosened in the peeling process.
In this embodiment, the method further includes: and the adjusting module can control the blade 4 to slide along the extending direction of the side hole 3 and can fix the position of the blade 4. Here, the adjusting module can control the blade 4 to slide, so that the degree of the knife tip extending into the through hole 2 can be adjusted, and can fix the position, so that the use of a user is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the number of side opening 3 and blade 4 is two, respectively the symmetry set up in the both sides of through-hole 2, two blades 4 are located different side openings 3 respectively.
In this embodiment, the main body 1 includes an upper body 11 and a lower body 12 which are separable, a first groove 21 is disposed on a lower surface of the upper body 11, and a second groove 22 is disposed on an upper surface of the lower body 12, and the first and second grooves jointly form the through hole 2. Here, since the upper and lower bodies are separable, in use, the upper body 12 can be taken away from the lower body 11, the cable can be put into the second groove 22, the position of the blade 4 can be adjusted so that the blade tip can cut the sheath without hurting the core, and then the upper body 11 is closed, which is very convenient for the user. In addition, because the upper body and the lower body can be separated, a thicker cable can be placed between the first groove and the second groove.
In this embodiment, the upper surface of the lower body 12 is provided with a concave portion 13 for accommodating the upper body 11, the shape of the concave portion 13 matches the shape of the upper body 11, and the second groove 22 is arranged on the bottom surface of the concave portion 13; when the upper body 11 is located in the recess 13, the first and second grooves 22 are aligned. Here, in use, the first and second grooves are aligned to constitute the through-hole 2, and when the upper body 11 is located in the recess 13, the first and second grooves 22 are aligned, which is very convenient for a user to use.
In this embodiment, a third groove is disposed on the bottom surface of the concave portion 13, and the third groove and the lower surface of the upper body 11 together form the side hole 3.
The embodiment of the invention provides a cable stripping method based on the cable stripping device in the embodiment one, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: inserting a cable into one port of the through hole 2 and extending out from the other port; here, the cable can be inserted into the port and then continue to be squeezed to extend the cable from the other port; it is also possible to first remove the upper body 12 from the lower body 11 and then place the cable in the second recess 22 and close the upper body 11.
Step 2: and adjusting the position of the blade 4 to make the tip part extend into the through hole 2; here, the position of the tip portion can be adjusted so that the tip portion can both cut the outer skin and not damage the core body.
And step 3: continuously pulling the cable from the other port. Here, when the cable is extended from the other port of the through-hole 2, the sheath has been scratched but there is a possibility that the remaining core is not yet separated, and therefore, a worker may stand at the other port, the worker peeling the sheath off the core. Furthermore, it is also possible to connect both the core and the sheath to a take-up device, which is able to reel the core on one reel, and likewise to reel the sheath on another reel.
It should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment contains only a single technical solution, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should make the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments can also be combined appropriately to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
The above-listed detailed description is only a specific description of a possible embodiment of the present invention, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and equivalent embodiments or modifications made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
