Detailed Description
Embodiments of a privilege assignment system, privilege assignment method, and storage medium according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
< embodiment >
[ overview of privilege imparting System 1 ]
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a preference providing system 1 according to an embodiment. The offer system 1 includes, for example, an offer device 10, a vehicle-sharing service providing device 20, and a sales service management device 30. The offer device 10, the vehicle-shared service providing device 20, and the sales service management device 30 are connected to a network NW and can communicate with each other via the network NW. The network NW includes, for example, the internet, a cellular network, a Wi-Fi network, a wan (wide Area network), a lan (local Area network), and the like.
The vehicle sharing service providing device 20 is installed at a station ST where a lending vehicle RV used for vehicle sharing waits, and manages information on the use of the lending vehicle RV for a user who uses the vehicle sharing service.
The sales service management apparatus 30 is installed in a sales shop (hereinafter, a car vendor CD) that sells vehicles, and manages information on a user who has accessed the car vendor CD and information on a service that the user has received at the car vendor CD. The car dealer is an example of a "fixed store".
The offer device 10 is a device that, when a user who has lent a vehicle RV accesses a car vendor CD and purchases or wants to purchase a vehicle sold by the car vendor CD, based on information managed by the vehicle sharing service providing device 20 and information managed by the sales service managing device 30, offers an offer to the user. Hereinafter, each constituent element will be described in turn.
[ vehicle sharing service providing device 20]
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the vehicle-sharing service providing apparatus 20. The vehicle-shared service providing device 20 includes, for example, a control unit 200, a communication unit 210, an hmi (human machine interface)220, and a storage unit 230.
The communication unit 210 transmits, for example, the use history information 232 showing the use history of the vehicle RV for each user to the benefit providing apparatus 10 under the control of the control unit 200.
The HMI220 includes, for example, various display devices, speakers, buzzers, touch panels, switches, keys, and the like, and accepts an operation of the HMI220 by a user of the vehicle-sharing service providing device 20 (for example, a provider of the vehicle-sharing service).
The control unit 200 includes, for example, an information generation unit 202, a communication control unit 204, and a request processing unit 206. These components are realized by a processor such as a cpu (central Processing unit) executing a program (software) stored in the storage unit 230. Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (including circuit units) such as lsi (large Scale integration), asic (application Specific Integrated circuit), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), gpu (graphics Processing unit), or the like, or may be realized by cooperation of software and hardware.
The storage unit 230 may be implemented by a storage device (a storage device including a non-transitory storage medium) such as an hdd (hard Disk drive) or a flash memory, may be implemented by a removable storage medium (a non-transitory storage medium) such as a DVD or a CD-ROM, or may be a storage medium mounted on a drive device. A part or all of the storage unit 230 may be an external device accessible by the vehicle sharing service providing device 20, such as a NAS or an external storage server. The storage unit 230 stores, for example, use history information 232 in addition to a program.
Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the content of the use history information 232. The use history information 232 includes, for example, information including one or more records in which information (hereinafter, user ID) capable of identifying a user who uses the lending vehicle RV in the vehicle sharing service, information (hereinafter, lending vehicle ID) capable of identifying the lending vehicle RV lent to the user, information indicating a date and time (lending start date and time shown in the drawing) at which the use of the lending vehicle RV is started, information indicating a date and time (lending end date and time shown in the drawing) at which the use of the lending vehicle RV is ended, and information indicating a use fee in a case where the lending vehicle RV is used during a period from the lending start date and time to the lending end date and time are associated with each other. The use history information 232 is generated by the information generating unit 202 described later and stored in the storage unit 230.
Returning to fig. 2, the information generation unit 202 generates the use history information 232 based on the operation of the user of the vehicle-sharing service providing apparatus 20 received by the HMI 220. In this case, the HMI220 accepts, for example, an operation of the user of the vehicle-sharing service providing apparatus 20 to input various information (the lending vehicle ID, the user ID, the lending start date and time, the lending end date and time, and the usage fee) included in the usage history information 232. Each time the user uses the lending vehicle RV, the information generation unit 202 generates (updates) a record relating to the user as the use history information 232.
The lending start date and time and the lending end date and time included in the use history information 232 may be predetermined dates and times which are declared by the user before the use of the lending vehicle RV, or may be dates and times at which the user actually starts and ends the use of the lending vehicle RV. The usage charge included in the usage history information 232 is a predetermined charge that the user pays after the usage of the lending vehicle RV when the lending start date and the lending end date and time are predetermined dates and times, and the usage charge included in the usage history information 232 is a charge that the user pays after the usage of the lending vehicle RV when the lending start date and the lending end date and time are actual dates. Hereinafter, the lending start date and time and the lending end date and time included in the use history information 232 are actual dates and times.
The communication control unit 204 transmits the use history information 232 generated by the information generation unit 202 to the benefit providing apparatus 10 by using the communication unit 210.
The request processing unit 206 performs request processing for requesting the user using the lending vehicle RV the requested amount obtained by subtracting the amount of the offer indicated by the offer information from the use fee included in the use history information 232, based on the use fee included in the use history information 232 and the offer information indicating the amount of the offer received from the offer providing apparatus 10 by the communication unit 210. The request processing unit 206 performs the request processing at a timing when the user ends the use of the lending vehicle RV and returns to the station ST, for example. The request processing unit 206 supplies information indicating the requested amount of money to a device (e.g., a cash register or the like) for collecting the usage charge installed at the station ST, for example, and causes the provider of the vehicle sharing service to collect the requested amount of money from the user using the device.
The request processing unit 206 may provide the user ID and the requested amount to the settlement proxy service, and cause the settlement proxy service to collect the requested amount from the user by using a credit card, an electronic money service, automatic bank payment, or the like. The description has been given of the case where the provider of the vehicle sharing service inputs various information (the lent vehicle ID, the user ID, the loan start date and time, the loan end date and time, and the usage fee) included in the usage history information 232 to the HMI220 to receive the usage of the user of the vehicle sharing service, but the provider of the vehicle sharing service is not limited to this. The user of the vehicle sharing service may access the website of the application for use of the vehicle sharing service using the own terminal device, for example, and provide various information (the lent vehicle ID, the user ID, the lending start date and time, the lending end date and time, and the use fee) included in the use history information 232.
Further, even if the provider of the vehicle-sharing service and the seller of the car vendor CD cooperate with each other, the service related to the sale of the vehicle can be provided comprehensively even if the amount of the privilege is subtracted, and therefore, there is a case where it is not necessary to offset the discount related to the amount of the privilege, but the request processing unit 206 may request the seller of the car vendor CD (for example, the sales service management apparatus 30) for the amount of the privilege subtracted from the use fee, if the provider of the vehicle-sharing service and the seller of the car vendor CD do not cooperate with each other.
[ Structure of sales service management apparatus 30 ]
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the sales service management apparatus 30. The sales service management device 30 includes, for example, a control unit 300, a communication unit 310, an HMI320, and a storage unit 330.
The communication unit 310 transmits, for example, access history information 332 indicating an access history to the car vendor CD for each user and service history information 334 indicating the content of the service received by the user in the car vendor CD for each user to the offer device 10 based on the control of the control unit 300.
The HMI320 includes, for example, various display devices, speakers, buzzers, touch panels, switches, keys, and the like, and accepts operations of a user (for example, a serviceman of a car dealer CD) of the sales service management device 30 with respect to the HMI 320.
The control unit 300 includes, for example, an information generation unit 302 and a communication control unit 304. These components are realized by a processor such as a CPU executing a program (software) stored in the storage unit 330. Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (including a circuit portion) such as an LSI, an ASIC, an FPGA, or a GPU, or may be realized by cooperation of software and hardware.
The storage unit 330 may be implemented by a storage device (a storage device including a non-transitory storage medium) such as an HDD or a flash memory, may be implemented by a removable storage medium (a non-transitory storage medium) such as a DVD or a CD-ROM, or may be a storage medium mounted in a drive device. In addition, some or all of the storage unit 330 may be an external device such as a NAS or an external storage server that can be accessed by the sales service management apparatus 30. The storage unit 230 stores access history information 332 and service history information 334, for example, in addition to a program.
Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of the content of the access history information 332. The access history information 332 is information including one or more records in which a user ID and an access date and time indicated by the user ID when the user accessed the car vendor CD are associated with each other, for example.
Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of the contents of the service history information 334. The service history information 334 is, for example, information including one or more records in which a user ID, information indicating the content of a service that the user indicated by the user ID has received in a car vendor CD, information indicating the amount of money the user has paid to the car vendor CD by the service (i.e., the amount of profit for the car vendor CD), information indicating the amount of money the user has paid to the car vendor CD in the future (i.e., the estimated amount of profit for the car vendor CD), and information indicating the number of times the user indicated by the user ID has visited the car vendor CD or the store series of the car vendor CD up to that time are associated with each other. The contents of the service are, for example, "trial riding" of a vehicle, a "quote price of a vehicle", and "purchase of a vehicle" sold at the car vendor CD. Here, "trial ride" is an example of "first service," offer of vehicle "is an example of" second service, "and purchase of vehicle" is an example of "third service. The contents of these services are examples, and are not limited to these.
The access history information 332 and the service history information 334 are generated (updated) by the information generating unit 302 described later, and are stored in the storage unit 330.
Returning to fig. 4, the information generating unit 302 generates the access history information 332 based on the user operation of the sales service management apparatus 30 received from the HMI 320. In this case, the HMI320 receives, for example, an operation of the user of the sales service management apparatus 30 that inputs various information (user ID and access date and time) included in the access history information 332. Hereinafter, it is assumed that the user ID used in the vehicle sharing service and the user ID used in the car vendor CD are associated with each other or the same user ID is used. Every time the user accesses the car vendor CD, the information generating unit 302 generates a record related to the user and generates (updates) the record as the access history information 332.
The lending vehicle RV may have a functional unit capable of specifying the position of the lending vehicle RV, such as a gnss (global Navigation Satellite system) receiver, and map information, and may transmit information indicating that the position of the lending vehicle RV specified by the functional unit capable of specifying the position matches the position of the car vendor CD shown in advance in the map information, and the user ID to the sales service management apparatus 30 installed in the car vendor CD. In this case, the information generation unit 302 generates the access history information 332 based on the information received from the lending vehicle RV, instead of the operation on the HMI 320.
The information generation unit 202 generates the service history information 334 based on the user operation of the sales service management apparatus 30 received from the HMI 320. In this case, the HMI320 receives, for example, an operation of the user of the sales service management apparatus 30 that inputs various information (user ID, service content, profit amount/estimated profit amount, and number of accesses) included in the service history information 334. Each time the user receives a service from the car vendor CD, the information generating unit 302 generates a record related to the user and generates (updates) the record as the service history information 334.
The communication control unit 304 transmits the access history information 332 and the service history information 334 generated by the information generation unit 302 to the benefit providing apparatus 10 by using the communication unit 310.
[ Structure of preferential application device 10 ]
Fig. 7 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the benefit providing apparatus 10. The benefit providing apparatus 10 includes, for example, a control unit 100, a communication unit 110, and a storage unit 120.
The communication unit 110 transmits offer information indicating the amount of the offer calculated by the control unit 100 to the vehicle-shared service providing apparatus 20, for example, based on the control of the control unit 100.
The control unit 100 includes, for example, an acquisition unit 101, a determination unit 102, a calculation unit 103, and a communication control unit 104. These components are realized by a processor such as a CPU executing a program (software) stored in the storage unit 120. Some or all of these components may be realized by hardware (including a circuit portion) such as an LSI, an ASIC, an FPGA, or a GPU, or may be realized by cooperation of software and hardware.
The storage unit 120 may be implemented by a storage device (a storage device including a non-transitory storage medium) such as an HDD or a flash memory, may be implemented by a removable storage medium (a non-transitory storage medium) such as a DVD or a CD-ROM, or may be a storage medium mounted in a drive device. Some or all of the storage unit 120 may be an external device accessible by the preference providing apparatus 10, such as a NAS or an external storage server. The storage unit 120 stores service correspondence information 122 in addition to, for example, a program.
Fig. 8 is a diagram illustrating an example of the content of the service correspondence information 122. The service correspondence information 122 is, for example, information in which the content of the service and the amount of the offer are associated with each other. The contents of the service correspondence information 122 in fig. 8 include "trial riding", "quoted price of vehicle", and "purchase of vehicle". The amount of the offer corresponding to the content of each service is "trial ride" < "offer of vehicle" < "purchase of vehicle".
Returning to fig. 7, the acquisition unit 101 receives the use history information 232 from the vehicle-sharing service providing apparatus 20 and receives the access history information 332 and the service history information 334 from the sales service management apparatus 30 via the communication unit 110.
The identification unit 102 identifies a user who has accessed the car vendor CD (hereinafter, referred to as an access user) among the users who have used the lent vehicle RV, based on the use history information 232, the access history information 332, and the service history information 334 acquired by the acquisition unit 101, and identifies a service that the identified access user has received at the car vendor CD. First, the identification unit 102 identifies the user who uses the lending vehicle RV and has visited the car vendor CD when the user ID of the visiting user indicated in the access history information 332 is used as the search key to search for the use history information 232 and the visiting date and time associated with the same user ID matches the period from the lending start date and time to the lending end date and time. The specifying unit 102 searches the service history information 334 using the user ID of the specified access user as a search key, and specifies the content of the service associated with the user ID as the content of the service received by the access user from the car vendor CD.
The calculation unit 103 calculates the amount of money of the offer given to the access user with respect to the use of the vehicle sharing service, based on the service specified by the specification unit 102. The calculation unit 103 calculates, for example, the amount of money of the offer associated with the content of the service as the amount of money of the offer given to the access user for the use of the vehicle sharing service, based on the content of the service specified by the specification unit 102 and the service correspondence information 122. Thus, the specifying unit 102 calculates the amount of the offer to be paid greatly in "trial riding" and "offer to be paid to a vehicle", and calculates the amount of the offer to be paid greatly in "offer to a vehicle" and "purchase to a vehicle".
The communication control unit 104 transmits offer information indicating the amount of the offer calculated by the calculation unit 103 to the vehicle-shared service providing device 20.
The calculation unit 103 may calculate the amount of the offer by a process other than the calculation process of the amount of the offer based on the service correspondence information 122. The following describes other calculation processes.
[ calculation processing: calculation based on profit margin/estimated profit margin ]
The calculation unit 103 calculates the amount of the offer based on the profit amount or the estimated profit amount included in the service history information 334, for example. In this case, the specifying unit 102 specifies the visiting user based on the use history information 232, the visit history information 332, and the service history information 334 acquired by the acquiring unit 101, and specifies the profit amount/estimated profit amount associated with the service that the specified visiting user receives from the car dealer CD. The process of identifying the profit margin/estimated profit margin associated with the service by the identification unit 102 is the same as the process of identifying the content of the service described above, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
The calculation unit 103 calculates the amount of money that is preferential as the profit margin/estimated profit margin determined by the determination unit 102 increases, based on the profit margin/estimated profit margin. In this case, the calculation unit 103 may calculate the amount of the offer based on, for example, benefit amount/estimated benefit amount correspondence information (not shown) in which the benefit amount/estimated benefit amount and the amount of the offer are associated with each other. In the interest amount/estimated interest amount correspondence information, the higher the interest amount/estimated interest amount is, the correspondence relationship with the amount of the higher privilege is established. The calculation unit 103 may calculate, as the amount of benefit, a value obtained by multiplying the benefit amount/estimated benefit amount by a predetermined value, a value obtained by dividing the benefit amount/estimated benefit amount by a predetermined value, or a value obtained by subtracting a predetermined value from the benefit amount/estimated benefit amount.
[ calculation processing: calculation based on number of accesses ]
The calculation unit 103 calculates the amount of the offer based on, for example, the number of accesses included in the service history information 334. In this case, the specifying unit 102 specifies the visiting user based on the use history information 232, the visit history information 332, and the service history information 334 acquired by the acquiring unit 101, and specifies the number of visits by the specified visiting user to the car vendor CD or the series store to which the car vendor CD has been visited so far. The process of specifying the number of accesses by the specifying unit 102 is the same as the process of specifying the contents of the service and the process of specifying the profit margin/estimated profit margin described above, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
The calculation unit 103 calculates the amount of the benefit as the number of accesses increases, based on the number of accesses determined by the determination unit 102. In this case, the calculation unit 103 may calculate the amount of the offer based on access number correspondence information (not shown) in which the access number and the amount of the offer are associated with each other, for example. In the access frequency correspondence information, as the access frequency increases, a correspondence relationship is established with the higher amount of the benefit. The calculation unit 103 may calculate a value obtained by multiplying the number of visits by a predetermined amount of money or a value obtained by adding a predetermined amount of money to the number of visits as the amount of money of the benefit.
Here, the visiting user who accepts or purchases the vehicle using "trial ride" or "quoted price of the vehicle" as a service, or who has a correlation with the high profit amount/estimated profit amount is estimated to be a user who has a high enthusiasm for purchasing the vehicle. Therefore, the calculation unit 103 can promote the access to the car dealer CD and the purchase of the vehicle by calculating and assigning the benefit subtracted from the usage fee of the vehicle sharing service to the user who uses the vehicle such as the lent vehicle RV but does not own the vehicle.
[ case where the number of accesses is greater than a predetermined number ]
When the number of visits by the visiting user is greater than the predetermined number, the visiting user may be a user who has a low enthusiasm to purchase a vehicle from the car vendor CD although visiting the car vendor CD. Therefore, the calculation unit 103 may calculate the amount of the offer to be given to the accessing user only when the number of accesses specified by the specification unit 102 is equal to or less than the predetermined number, and may not calculate the amount of the offer when the number of accesses is greater than the predetermined number. This can avoid unnecessary assignment of a preference to a user who has a low enthusiasm for purchasing a vehicle by the calculation unit 103.
[ resetting of the number of accesses ]
Further, since the visiting user who has purchased the vehicle from the car vendor CD is not a user who has low enthusiasm for purchasing the vehicle, even when the number of visits by the visiting user is greater than the predetermined number, the calculation unit 103 may calculate the amount of the benefit given to the visiting user when the content of the service of the visiting user specified by the specification unit 102 is "purchase of the vehicle". In addition, when the content of the service of the visiting user specified by the specifying unit 102 is "purchase of vehicle", the calculating unit 103 instructs the vehicle-shared service providing apparatus 20 to reset the number of times of visiting of the visiting user in the use history information 232. Thus, the calculation unit 103 can promote the purchase of the vehicle to the user who is highly enthusiastic to purchase the vehicle.
[ amount of specialization ]
In the above description, the case where the calculation unit 103 calculates the amount of the offer to be subtracted from the usage fee related to the usage of the vehicle sharing service by the visiting user has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. The calculation unit 103 may calculate the amount of the privilege to be further given, for example, in consideration of the usage fee related to the usage of the vehicle sharing service by the visiting user. In this case, the amount of the privilege to be further given calculated by the calculation unit 103 may be an amount of use fee related to the next use of the vehicle sharing service, or may be an amount subtracted from the price of the vehicle purchased by the visiting user at the car dealer CD. When the calculation unit 103 calculates the amount of the offer as the amount of money subtracted from the price of the vehicle purchased by the visiting user at the car dealer CD, the offer providing device 10 transmits information indicating the amount of money calculated by the calculation unit 103 to the sales service management device 30 by using the communication unit 110. Based on the received information, the sales service management apparatus 30 requests the visiting user of the price of the vehicle obtained by subtracting the amount of the offer from the price of the vehicle purchased by the visiting user at the car dealer CD.
[ amount of money on specials based on the type of vehicle purchased ]
Further, the calculation unit 103 may calculate the amount of money of the benefit more largely when the content of the service specified by the specification unit 102 is "purchase of vehicle" and the vehicle type of the purchased vehicle matches the vehicle type of the lending vehicle RV used by the visiting user. In this case, the use history information 232 includes information indicating the model of the lending vehicle RV used by the user, and the service history information 334 includes information indicating the model of the vehicle purchased by the visiting user. Then, the calculation unit 103 determines whether or not the model of the purchased vehicle matches the model of the lending vehicle RV used by the visiting user based on the use history information 232 and the service history information 334.
[ operation procedure ]
Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing a series of flows of the processing of the benefit providing apparatus 10. The flowchart shown in fig. 9 is repeatedly executed at predetermined time intervals. First, the acquisition unit 101 acquires the use history information 232 from the vehicle-sharing service providing apparatus 20 (step S100). Next, the acquisition unit 101 acquires the access history information 332 from the sales service management apparatus 30 (step S102). Next, the acquisition unit 101 acquires the service history information 334 from the sales service management apparatus 30 (step S104). The processing in subsequent steps S106 to S112 is performed for each record included in the service history information 334.
First, the identification unit 102 searches the use history information 232 using the user ID of a certain user included in the access history information 332 as a search key, and determines whether or not the user is an accessing user who accessed the car vendor CD by lending the vehicle RV (step S106). When it is determined that the user is not an access user, the specification unit 102 does not give any benefit to the user, and therefore ends the processing related to the user. When it is determined that the user is an accessing user, the specification unit 102 searches the service history information 334 using the user ID of the determined accessing user as a search key, and specifies the content of the service associated with the accessing user (step S108). The calculation unit 103 determines whether or not the content of the service is specified by the specification unit 102 (step S110).
When it is determined that the content of the service is not specified by the specifying unit 102, the calculating unit 103 regards that the visiting user does not receive the service from the car dealer CD and does not give a preference to the visiting user, and therefore, ends the processing related to the visiting user. When the content of the service is specified by the specifying unit 102, the calculating unit 103 calculates the amount of money of the offer given to the access user for the use of the vehicle sharing service based on the content of the specified service (step S110). Details of the processing in step S110 will be described later. The communication control unit 104 transmits offer information indicating the amount of the offer calculated by the calculation unit 103 to the vehicle-shared service providing apparatus 20 via the communication unit 110 with respect to the access user to be given (step S112). When the amount of the offer is not calculated by the calculation unit 103, the communication control unit 104 may not transmit the offer information to the vehicle-shared service providing apparatus 20 regarding the access user.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart showing a series of flows of the processing of step S110 shown in fig. 9. First, the calculation unit 103 searches the service history information 334 using the user ID of the visiting user specified by the specification unit 102 as a search key, and determines whether or not the number of visits by the visiting user to the car vendor CD or the serial store to which the car vendor CD has been visited is equal to or less than a predetermined number of visits (step S200). When determining that the number of visits is not equal to or less than the predetermined number, the calculation unit 103 determines whether or not the content of the service received by the visiting user at the car vendor CD, which is determined by the determination unit 102, is "vehicle shopping" (step S202). The calculation unit 103 does not give a privilege to an access user who has access times more than the predetermined number and does not "buy a vehicle" from the car dealer CD, and therefore does not calculate the amount of the privilege and ends the processing. When it is determined that the content of the service received by the visiting user in the car vendor CD, which is specified by the specifying unit 102, is "car purchase", the calculating unit 103 instructs the visiting user to reset the number of times of visiting in the use history information 232 (step S204), and the process proceeds to step S208.
When determining that the number of visits by the visiting user is equal to or less than the predetermined number, the calculation unit 103 determines whether or not the contents of the service specified by the specification unit 102 are "vehicle shopping" (step S206). When determining that the content of the service specified by the specifying unit 102 is "vehicle purchase", the calculating unit 103 calculates an amount of privilege larger than that of other services based on the service correspondence information 122 (step S208). When determining that the content of the service specified by the specifying unit 102 is not "vehicle purchase", the calculating unit 103 determines whether or not the content of the service is "vehicle offer" (step S210). When determining that the content of the service specified by the specifying unit 102 is "offer of vehicle", the calculating unit 103 calculates the amount of money of the offer smaller than the amount of money of the offer in the case of "purchase of vehicle" and larger than the content of the service other than the offer based on the service correspondence information 122 (step S212).
When determining that the content of the service specified by the specifying unit 102 is not "vehicle purchase" or "vehicle offer", the calculating unit 103 determines whether or not the content of the service is "tentative ride" (step S214). When determining that the content of the service specified by the specifying unit 102 is "tentative riding", the calculating unit 103 calculates the amount of the offer smaller than the amount of the offer when "purchasing the vehicle" is performed and the amount of the offer when "offering of the vehicle" is performed, based on the service correspondence information 122 (step S216).
When the service specified by the specifying unit 102 does not match any of the "purchased vehicle", the "quoted price of the vehicle", and the "tentative ride", the calculation unit 103 searches the service history information 334 using the user ID of the visiting user specified by the specifying unit 102 as a search key, specifies the profit amount/estimated profit amount of the service received by the visiting user from the car dealer CD, and calculates the amount of benefit corresponding to the specified profit amount/estimated profit amount (step S218).
In step S208, the calculation unit 103 may calculate the amount of the privilege to be further given, in consideration of the usage fee related to the usage of the vehicle sharing service by the access user. The amount of the offer is, for example, the amount subtracted from the price of the vehicle purchased by the visiting user at the auto dealer CD. In step S208, the calculation unit 103 may calculate a larger amount of money for the benefit when the model of the purchased vehicle matches the model of the lending vehicle RV used by the visiting user.
[ summary of the embodiments ]
As described above, according to the offer system 1 of the present embodiment, by identifying an accessing user who accesses the car vendor CD among users who use the lent vehicle RV and providing an offer corresponding to the service that the identified accessing user receives at the car vendor CD, it is possible to promote the purchase of the vehicle to users who share the service with the vehicle. In addition, according to the offer system 1 of the present embodiment, the higher the purchase enthusiasm is, the higher the offer (calculation) is made by the calculation unit 103 for the access user who has received the service from the car dealer CD, and the purchase of the vehicle can be further promoted. In addition, according to the special offer system 1 of the present embodiment, it is possible to promote the purchase of a vehicle by giving the amount of special offers to a user who has a high enthusiasm for purchasing a vehicle, and it is possible to avoid unnecessary giving of special offers to a user who has a low enthusiasm for purchasing a vehicle.
< modification example >
Hereinafter, modifications of the embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. In the modification, a description will be given of a process of increasing the number of visiting users, a method of giving a benefit other than subtracting the usage fee of the vehicle sharing service, and a process of promoting purchase of a vehicle to the visiting users. The same reference numerals are attached to the same components as those of the above-described embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 11 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of a benefit providing apparatus 10a according to a modification. The benefit providing device 10a includes, for example, a control unit 100a, a communication unit 110, and a storage unit 120. The control unit 100a includes a notification control unit 105 and a benefit providing unit 106 in addition to the configuration of the control unit 100.
The notification control unit 105 notifies, for example, information for promoting access to the car dealer CD to the passenger of the lending vehicle RV (i.e., the user using the lending vehicle RV) by using the navigation device 50 mounted on the lending vehicle RV.
Fig. 12 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the navigation device 50 mounted on the lending vehicle RV. The navigation device 50 is connected to, for example, a communication device 40. The communication device 40 communicates with the preference providing device 10 via the network NW. The navigation device 50 includes, for example, a GNSS receiver 51, a navigation HMI52, and a route determination unit 53. The navigation device 50 holds map information 54 in a storage device such as an HDD or a flash memory. The GNSS receiver 51 determines the position of the borrowed vehicle RV based on the signals received from the GNSS satellites. The navigation HMI52 includes a display device, a speaker, a touch panel, keys, and the like. The route determination unit 53 determines a route (hereinafter, on-map route) from the position of the lending vehicle RV specified by the GNSS receiver 51 (or an arbitrary input position) to the destination input by the occupant using the navigation HMI52, for example, with reference to the map information 54. The map information 54 is information for expressing a road shape by a link representing a road and a node formed by connecting the links, for example. The map information 54 may include curvature of a road, poi (point of interest) information, and the like. The navigation device 50 may be realized by a function of a terminal device such as a smartphone or a tablet terminal held by the occupant. The navigation device 50 may transmit the current position and the destination to the navigation server via the communication device 40, and acquire a route equivalent to the route on the map from the navigation server. The navigation HMI52 is an example of the "notification section".
The navigation device 50 transmits information indicating the position of the borrowed vehicle RV, which is determined by the GNSS receiver 51, to the benefit providing device 10 through the communication device 40. The notification control unit 105 receives information indicating the position of the lending vehicle RV specified by the GNSS receiver 51, for example, by the communication unit 110, and determines whether or not the position of the lending vehicle RV matches the position of the car vendor CD. When determining that the position of the lending vehicle RV matches the position of the car vendor CD, the notification control unit 105 transmits, to the navigation device 50, information for promoting access to the car vendor CD to the user using the lending vehicle RV, using the communication unit 110. The navigation HMI52 generates a notification image IMa1 based on information received from the offer device 10 via the communication device 40, and displays the notification image on the display device.
Fig. 13 is a diagram showing an example of the notification image IMa 1. The notification image IMa1 includes, for example, a message MS1 that notifies the user lending the vehicle RV that a car vendor CD exists nearby, and that a preference can be accepted for the use of the vehicle sharing service if the user visits the car vendor CD and accepts the service, and the like, by the message MS 1. The message MS1 is for example "there are car vendors nearby. The vehicle sharing fee is discounted if serviced at the auto dealer. "etc.
In the above description, the notification control unit 105 has been described as to the case where the user using the lending vehicle RV notifies the information for promoting the access to the car vendor CD when the position of the lending vehicle RV matches the position of the car vendor CD, but the present invention is not limited to this. The timing at which the notification control unit 105 notifies the information may be, for example, timing at which the user wants to end the use of the lending vehicle RV, timing at which the use fee of the lending vehicle RV is accounted for, timing at which the car vendor CD is set as the destination at the navigation HMI52, timing at which the car vendor CD set as the destination is reached, or the like. Thus, the notification control unit 105 can promote the purchase of the vehicle by promoting the access to the car dealer CD for the user of the vehicle sharing service at an appropriate timing.
The notification control unit 105 may notify the navigation HMI52 of information for indirectly promoting access to the car vendor CD by the user lending the vehicle RV. Fig. 14 is a diagram showing an example of the notification image IMa 2. The navigation HMI52 generates a notification image IMa2 based on information received from the offer device 10 via the communication device 40, and displays the notification image on the display device. In the notification image IMa2, for example, an image, a message MS3, is contained, which indicates a comparison (difference) of the pattern of the lending vehicle RV currently being utilized by the user and the pattern of the vehicle being sold at the car vendor CD (for example, the vehicle recommended for sale). The message MS3 is, for example, "tell you now about the comparison of the vehicle you are using with the model of the vehicle recommended to you! Such vehicles are available at close automotive vendors. "etc. Thus, the notification control unit 105 can indirectly promote the access to the car dealer CD to the user who uses the lending vehicle RV.
In the above description, the navigation HMI52 has been described as generating and displaying the notification image IMa1 and the notification image IMa2, but the notification control unit 105 may generate and transmit the notification image IMal and the notification image IMa2 to the navigation device 50.
Returning to fig. 11, the offer unit 106 offers to the access user offers other offers than an offer for subtracting from the usage charge related to the current usage of the vehicle-shared service. In the privilege imparting system 1 according to the embodiment, the calculation unit 103 calculates the amount of the privilege based on various information, and the request processing unit 206 provided in the vehicle-shared service providing device 20 subtracts the amount of the privilege calculated by the calculation unit 103 from the usage fee of the vehicle-shared service, thereby imparting the privilege to the user. In the modification, the offer unit 106 gives the access user an offer corresponding to the amount of the offer calculated by the calculation unit 103.
The offer adding unit 106 generates information indicating an offer that can be subtracted from the amount of the offer calculated by the calculating unit 103 from the usage charge of the next vehicle sharing service, for example. The communication control unit 104 transmits information indicating the offer generated by the offer unit 106 to the terminal apparatus of the user to which the offer is given by the communication unit 110. Fig. 15 is a diagram illustrating an example of the preferential image IMp. The terminal device of the user generates the offer image IMp based on the information indicating the offer received from the offer providing device 10, and displays the image on the display unit of the terminal device. The offer image IMp includes, for example, a message MS2 indicating that an offer that can be subtracted from the next usage charge of the vehicle-shared service is given, and an offer amount image IMc indicating the amount of the offer. The message MS2 is, for example, a coupon that "discounts the utilization fee for the vehicle share. Please use it next time. "etc.
For example, the user having the offer image IMp presents the offer image IMp to the vehicle-shared service providing device 20 when the vehicle-shared service is used next time. The provider of the vehicle sharing service subtracts the amount shown in the offer image IMc from the utilization fee involved in the vehicle sharing service that the user prompted the offer image IMp later utilized. Thus, the user having the offer amount image IMc can receive the assignment of an offer other than the offer related to the use fee related to the vehicle sharing service.
The offer unit 106 may generate the offer image IMp and transmit the image to the terminal device of the user. The preferential image IMc included in the preferential image IMp may be an image of a qr (quick response) code indicating a url (uniform Resource locator) of a web page showing the preferential image IMc. The offer unit 106 may also give offers not related to the use of the vehicle-shared service to the user.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
