To maintain the following description of the embodiments of the present invention clear and concise, a detailed description of known functions and known components of the invention have been omitted.
As shown in fig. 2 through 11, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a wall assembly including a wall panel assembly 90 in addition to a keel 70 assembly, and a keel 70 assembly belonging to the wall assembly.
As shown in fig. 2, the keel 70 assembly includes a plurality of groups, the plurality of groups of keel 70 assemblies are parallel and fixed on the structural wall 100 in an up-and-down arrangement; the wall panel assemblies 90 comprise a plurality of sets of wall panel assemblies 90 arranged in a left-right arrangement on the structural wall 100 by means of the keel 70 assemblies.
As shown in fig. 4, each set of keel 70 assemblies includes a keel 70 and a plurality of sets of fastening members 80. The keel 70 may be formed by cutting a section of galvanized lath, the keel 70 being intended to be horizontally disposed on the structural wall 100; the plurality of sets of fastening members 80 are spaced apart along the length of the keel 70. Each set of fastening members 80 includes at least an adjustment member 81, the adjustment member 81 being formed by a screw 811 and a block 812 integrally formed, the block 812 being formed at a tail of the screw 811, and a head of the screw 811 being adapted to protrude into the structural wall 100. The adjustment member 81 may be made of a metal material, or may be made of a hard plastic or nylon material. The keel 70 is adapted to be secured to the spacer 812 such that the keel 70 is disposed on the structural wall 100 by being secured to the sequentially arranged spacers 812 of the plurality of sets of fastening members 80; and: because the cushion block 812 is arranged between the keel 70 and the structural wall 100, the upper side of the keel 70 forms an inserting strip 71 which can be inserted into the inserting slot.
As shown in fig. 6, each set of wall panel assemblies 90 includes a wall panel 91 and a plurality of rows of hangers 92 fixed to the inside of the wall panel 91 and corresponding to the plurality of parallel runners 70. As shown in fig. 5 and 10 in combination with fig. 7 and 11, each hanger 92 includes a fixing plate 921 and a holding plate 922, and the holding plate 922 is formed on the lower side of the fixing plate 921 and is integrally formed with the fixing plate 921. The fixing plate 921 is bonded to the inner side of the wall plate 91 using a glue, and in some preferred embodiments, a plurality of through holes 9211 arranged in a matrix are formed in the fixing plate 921, so that when the fixing plate 921 is bonded using the glue, the glue overflows from the through holes 9211, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the fixing plate 921 after the glue is solidified.
The retaining plate 922 is adapted to define a slot with the inner side of the wall plate 91 for receiving the insert 71 formed on the upper side of the keel 70 after the attachment plate 921 of the hanger 92 is adhesively secured.
It should be noted that: the hanger 92 is bonded to the wall panel 91 in a prefabrication factory; in a construction site, the wall board 91 is close to the structural wall 100, and the insertion slot formed by the holding plate 922 of the hanging piece 92 and the wall board 91 is positioned above the insertion strip 71 of the keel 70, as shown in fig. 5 and 10, the wall board 91 is hung on the keel 70 by moving the wall board 91 downwards to insert the insertion strip 71 into the insertion slot, so that the wall board 91 is detachably arranged on the structural wall 100.
The key to the above embodiment is: an adjustment member 81 is added.
The adjusting member 81 functions to:
1. when the distance between the wall board 91 and the structural wall 100 needs to be adjusted, the screw 811 of each adjusting component 81 is screwed, so that the depth of the screw 811 extending into the structural wall 100 is changed, the distance between the outer side surface (the surface contacting with the keel 70) of the cushion block 812 and the structural wall 100 can be adjusted, the distance between the keel 70 and the insert 71 on the upper side thereof and the structural wall 100 can be adjusted, and the distance between the wall board 91 and the structural wall 100 can be adjusted because the insert 71 is inserted into the insertion slot formed by the hanging piece 92.
2. When the structural wall 100 has the defect of unevenness, especially, the defect of unevenness exists in the arrangement direction of the wall boards 91, the depth of the adjusting screw 811 extending into the structural wall 100 can be adjusted to enable the outer side surfaces of all the cushion blocks 812 corresponding to each keel 70 to be located on the same plane, so that the keels 70 are in contact with all the cushion blocks 812, the keels 70 are not bent and deformed due to the unevenness of the structural wall 100 when being fixed on the structural wall 100 by the screws 82, the influence of the defect of unevenness of the structural wall 100 on the wall surface spliced by the wall boards 91 can be effectively avoided, and the difficulty of inserting the insertion joints due to the bending of the insertion strips 71 which are part of the keels 70 can be effectively avoided.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 10, the fastening member 80 further comprises a screw 82, and the keel 70 is perforated at a position corresponding to the spacer 812, and the screw 82 is perforated to extend at least into the spacer 812, so that the keel 70 is fixed to the spacer 812 by the screw 82.
The screw 82 may be a tapping screw 82, or may be a non-tapping screw 82.
When the self-tapping screw 82 is adopted to penetrate through the cushion block 812, the cushion block 812 does not need to be provided with a threaded hole 813 in advance; when the screw 82 is a non-tapping screw 82, the screw hole 813 needs to be formed in the spacer 812 in advance so that the screw 82 is inserted into the hole and screwed into the screw hole 813.
As shown in fig. 8, the threaded hole 813 may extend only a depth into the block 812 without extending through the screw 811, in which case a short nail (shorter stud length) may be used to thread into the threaded hole 813, which allows the short nail to be used only to secure the keel 70 to the block 812.
As shown in fig. 9, of course, the threaded hole 813 may also penetrate through the head of the screw 811, so that the threaded hole 813 is a through hole penetrating through the adjusting component 81, at this time, at least one slit 81111 is opened on the screw 811, and a long nail (long stud) is utilized to not only penetrate through the cushion block 812, but also extend into one section of the screw 811, and the long nail extending into the screw 811 can cause the screw 811 to expand radially, thereby increasing the strength of the connection between the screw 811 and the structural wall 100.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the outer side of the spacer 812 facing the keel 70 is formed with a recess 8121; the positions of the keels 70 corresponding to the grooves 8121 are protruded towards the grooves 8121, so that the outward side of the keels 70 forms an inward embedding part 72; the nut 821 of the screw 82 is embedded in the embedding part 72, as shown in fig. 5 and 10, so that the nut 821 of the screw 82 does not protrude out of the plane of the outer side surface of the keel 70, which tends to avoid the interference of the wall board 91 with the nut 821 of the screw 82 when the wall board is attached to the keel 70.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in figures 5 and 10, spine 70 is formed with ribs 74; ribs 74 are formed by the spine 70 projecting toward the structural wall 100. The ribs 74 protrude in the thickness direction of the spine 70 to improve the bending strength of the spine 70, and the ribs 74 protrude toward the structural wall 100 and can effectively avoid interference with the wall panel 91.
It should be noted that: the corresponding position of the keel 70 and the groove 8121 is protruded towards the groove 8121, so that the inward embedding part 72 is formed on the outward side of the keel 70, and the structure also improves the bending strength of the keel 70 to a certain extent.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the underside of the keel 70 is bent toward the structural wall 100 to form a bar 73, the bar 73 may be attached to the underside of the spacer 812, and the bar 73 may be in contact with the spacer 812 to position the keel 70; on the other hand, the ribs 73, as well as the ribs 74 described above, can increase the bending strength of the spine 70.
The retaining plate 922 of the pendant 92 may have two types of structures:
one is that: as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the holding plate 922 is a flat plate, and in this case, the holding plate 922 and the fixing plate 921 are offset in the thickness direction, so that the holding plate 922 and the wall plate 91 enclose an insertion slot with a certain interval for inserting the insertion strip 71 of the keel 70. The holding plate 922 having this structure makes the processing of the hanger 92 simple, and the relative position state between the holding plate 922 and the fixing plate 921 can be obtained only by punching or bending. .
The other is as follows: as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the holding plate 922 is a wave plate, which defines an insertion slit with the wall plate 91 and makes a convex portion of the wave plate toward one side of the wall plate 91 abut against the wall plate 91 with a certain pretightening force when the insertion strip 71 of the keel 70 is not inserted into the insertion slit, and in this case, the holding plate 922 is provided as a wave plate, which is advantageous in that: after the insertion strips 71 of the keels 70 are inserted into the insertion slits, the corrugated plate is elastically deformed to apply a certain pretightening force to the insertion strips 71, so that the keels 70 are more closely attached to the wall board 91.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the underside of the retaining plate 922 is turned outwards towards the structural wall 100 to form a bend 9221 so that the lower part of the slot forms a socket for the insertion of the slip 71, which socket allows the slip 71 to be inserted smoothly into the slot by means of the guiding action of the socket without having to be perfectly aligned with the slot.
Regarding the structural features of the bent portion 9221, the rib 74 is disposed to face a "corner" of the structural wall 100, that is, the surface of the rib 74 is surrounded by two inclined surfaces 741, at this time, the inclined surface 741 above and the bent portion 9221 of the retaining plate 922 have a consistent inclination angle, so that the overall stress condition of the suspension 92 can be improved by attaching the inclined surfaces 741 and the bent portion 9221.
The wall surface assembly disclosed by the invention also has the following advantages:
the upper side and the lower side of the strip-shaped keel 70 of the invention are not staggered and are positioned on the same plane, so that after the inserting strip 71 (the upper side of the keel 70) is inserted into the inserting seam defined by the hanging piece 92 and the wall board 91, the upper side and the lower side of the keel 70 are attached to the wall board 91, the mounting stability of the wall board 91 is certainly improved, and the wall board 91 can be effectively prevented from swinging in the thickness direction.
