本发明公开了颜料技术领域的一种耐返潮的绘画颜料。该颜料包括以下重量份数的原料组份:丙烯酸乳液50‑60份,硅藻土5‑10份,滑石粉5‑10份,色粉8‑12份,植物胶5‑10份,增稠剂5‑8份,保湿剂5‑8份,分散剂0.3‑0.5份,成膜剂3‑8份,防腐剂0.03~0.06份,水10‑15份。本发明的优点是通过吸收空气中的水分,提高耐返潮性,延长褪色时间。

一种耐返潮的绘画颜料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及颜料技术领域,特别涉及一种耐返潮的绘画颜料。
背景技术
颜料就是能使物体染上颜色的物质,其中,丙烯颜料作为绘画颜料,由溶解于矿物油精中的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯所制成的分散性颜料,可在多种载体上绘画创作,逐渐被当代艺术家所推崇。现有技术公开了一种绘画颜料浆的制备方法,授权公告号CN103319926B,授权公告日20150916,制备原料与制备过程:在丙烯酸弹性乳液中,加入柔性丙烯酸乳液,水性胶粘剂,搅拌均匀后,加入重钙粉、硅石粉和滑石粉、电气石粉,然后再进行搅拌,搅拌后加入香料、颜料和可再分散乳胶粉,继续搅拌研磨,制成颜料浆。虽然现有技术中的颜料浆以水为稀释剂,环保卫生,调节方便,但是,依旧存在如下问题:采用丙烯颜料做画后,丙烯颜料在纸张表面形成一层漆膜,但由于丙烯颜料的水溶特性,当遇到湿度大的环境下,漆膜容易防潮软化,并产生褪色,所做的画作保持时间短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐返潮的绘画颜料,具有耐返潮的性能,延长褪色时间。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明耐返潮的绘画颜料采用的如下技术方案:
一种耐返潮的绘画颜料,包括以下重量份数的原料组份:丙烯酸乳液50-60份,硅藻土5-10份,滑石粉5-10份,色粉8-12份,植物胶5-10份,增稠剂5-8份,保湿剂5-8份,分散剂0.3-0.5份,成膜剂3-8份,防腐剂0.03~0.06份,水10-15份。
优选的,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
一种耐返潮的绘画颜料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取配方量的硅藻土、滑石粉和色粉置于高混机内进行混合,混合完成后置于球磨机进行第一次研磨,研磨时间2-3小时,得到混合物A;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物A中加入能够将其润湿的水,于球磨机进行第二次研磨,研磨时间1-2小时,得到混合物B;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物B中加入配方量的分散剂、成膜剂、保湿剂和剩余量的水,与搅拌机中搅拌混匀,搅拌时间20-30分钟,得到色膏;
(4)称取配方量的丙烯酸乳液、植物胶和增稠剂,于搅拌机中搅拌混合,搅拌时间30-60分钟,得到粘合剂;
(5)将步骤(3)中得到的色膏和步骤(4)中得到的粘合剂置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间20-30分钟,得到绘画颜料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明加入硅藻土,硅藻土是一种多孔材料,它的透水性和吸水性较好,当遇到空气湿度很大时,硅藻土能够将空气中的水分子吸收,具有耐防潮的性能,保证颜料颜色,同时,在纸张上进行绘画时,够吸收空气中的水分并保留水分,保持了颜色的鲜艳度,并且,通过加入保湿剂来提供颜料良好的耐光耐候性,并通过保湿剂保留水分从而保持颜色的鲜艳度,通过硅藻土与保湿剂的协同作用,进一步保持颜料颜色,延长褪色时间;
2、本发明通过加入配方量的植物胶,与增稠剂协同作用作为粘合剂使用,提高稳定性,并能够快速干燥成型,同时,通过成膜剂的加入加快成膜时间,协同植物胶快速干燥成型;
3、本发明通过采用两次研磨来提高颜料颗粒的细腻度,通过干磨和湿磨的结合,使得研磨出的物料颗粒度至微米以下,便于作画,同时,方便后期制备中原料组分之间的快速分散,形成稳定的体系,而微米级硅藻土的设置,在颜料中均匀分散,提高吸水能力,具有优良的耐返潮性。

实施例1:
一种耐返潮的绘画颜料,包括以下重量份数的原料组份:丙烯酸乳液60份,硅藻土5份,滑石粉10份,色粉8份,植物胶8份,羟乙基纤维素5份,保湿剂8份,分散剂0.3份,成膜剂3份,防腐剂0.03份,水12份。
一种耐返潮的绘画颜料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取配方量的硅藻土、滑石粉和色粉置于高混机内进行混合,混合完成后置于球磨机进行第一次研磨,研磨时间2小时,得到混合物A;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物A中加入能够将其润湿的水,于球磨机进行第二次研磨,研磨时间1小时,得到混合物B;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物B中加入配方量的分散剂、成膜剂、保湿剂和剩余量的水,与搅拌机中搅拌混匀,搅拌时间20分钟,得到色膏;
(4)称取配方量的丙烯酸乳液、植物胶和羟乙基纤维素,于搅拌机中搅拌混合,搅拌时间30分钟,得到粘合剂;
(5)将步骤(3)中得到的色膏和步骤(4)中得到的粘合剂置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间20分钟,得到绘画颜料。
实施例2:
一种耐返潮的绘画颜料,包括以下重量份数的原料组份:丙烯酸乳液50份,硅藻土8份,滑石粉8份,色粉10份,植物胶5份,羧甲基纤维素8份,保湿剂6份,分散剂0.4份,成膜剂8份,防腐剂0.05份,水15份。
一种耐返潮的绘画颜料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取配方量的硅藻土、滑石粉和色粉置于高混机内进行混合,混合完成后置于球磨机进行第一次研磨,研磨时间3小时,得到混合物A;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物A中加入能够将其润湿的水,于球磨机进行第二次研磨,研磨时间2小时,得到混合物B;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物B中加入配方量的分散剂、成膜剂、保湿剂和剩余量的水,与搅拌机中搅拌混匀,搅拌时间30分钟,得到色膏;
(4)称取配方量的丙烯酸乳液、植物胶和羧甲基纤维素,于搅拌机中搅拌混合,搅拌时间60分钟,得到粘合剂;
(5)将步骤(3)中得到的色膏和步骤(4)中得到的粘合剂置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间30分钟,得到绘画颜料。
实施例3:
一种耐返潮的绘画颜料,包括以下重量份数的原料组份:丙烯酸乳液55份,硅藻土10份,滑石粉5份,色粉12份,植物胶10份,羟乙基纤维素3份,羧甲基纤维素3份,保湿剂5份,分散剂0.5份,成膜剂5份,防腐剂0.06份,水10份。
一种耐返潮的绘画颜料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取配方量的硅藻土、滑石粉和色粉置于高混机内进行混合,混合完成后置于球磨机进行第一次研磨,研磨时间2小时,得到混合物A;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物A中加入能够将其润湿的水,于球磨机进行第二次研磨,研磨时间2小时,得到混合物B;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物B中加入配方量的分散剂、成膜剂、保湿剂和剩余量的水,与搅拌机中搅拌混匀,搅拌时间20分钟,得到色膏;
(4)称取配方量的丙烯酸乳液、植物胶和增稠剂,于搅拌机中搅拌混合,搅拌时间60分钟,得到粘合剂;
(5)将步骤(3)中得到的色膏和步骤(4)中得到的粘合剂置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间30分钟,得到绘画颜料。
下面对本发明实施例1-3中制备的绘画颜料和现有技术的绘画颜料同时置于相对湿度在80%的环境下进行检测,检测结果如下表所示:

1.一种耐返潮的绘画颜料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料组份:丙烯酸乳液50-60份,硅藻土5-10份,滑石粉5-10份,色粉8-12份,植物胶5-10份,增稠剂5-8份,保湿剂5-8份,分散剂0.3-0.5份,成膜剂3-8份,防腐剂0.03~0.06份,水10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐返潮的绘画颜料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐返潮的绘画颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取配方量的硅藻土、滑石粉和色粉置于高混机内进行混合,混合完成后置于球磨机进行第一次研磨,研磨时间2-3小时,得到混合物A;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物A中加入能够将其润湿的水,于球磨机进行第二次研磨,研磨时间1-2小时,得到混合物B;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物B中加入配方量的分散剂、成膜剂、保湿剂和剩余量的水,与搅拌机中搅拌混匀,搅拌时间20-30分钟,得到色膏;
(4)称取配方量的丙烯酸乳液、植物胶和增稠剂,于搅拌机中搅拌混合,搅拌时间30-60分钟,得到粘合剂;
(5)将步骤(3)中得到的色膏和步骤(4)中得到的粘合剂置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间20-30分钟,得到绘画颜料。
