Description

Elevator destination floor registration system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of elevator control, in particular to an elevator destination floor registration system.
Background
In general, there are two ways for a passenger to register a destination floor: one is that the passenger enters the car and completes the registration of the destination floor in the car by means of destination floor buttons on an operation box in the car or by means of voice input, etc., and the other is that the passenger completes the registration of the destination floor outside the car by means of a destination floor input device on a landing or by means of remote reservation, etc., before entering the car.
Both of the above two methods require the passenger to perform a certain operation to register the destination floor, but in some cases, the passenger may not be convenient to perform the operation related to the destination floor registration or cannot perform the destination floor registration at all, which may cause inconvenience for the passenger to take the elevator. Obviously, if the elevator can automatically complete the registration of the destination floor for the passenger, the problem that the destination floor registration cannot be completed when the passenger is inconvenient to operate can be well solved.
At present, the automatic registration of the destination floor of an elevator is usually performed by determining the access authority of a passenger by using the identity information of the passenger and then registering the destination floor for the passenger according to the access authority information. Although this method can realize the automatic registration of the destination floor, this automatic registration scheme of the destination floor based on the passenger authority information cannot cope with a scenario in which the passenger identification information cannot be acquired, and cannot cope with a scenario in which even if the passenger identification information can be acquired, the access authority of a plurality of floors is included in the passenger access authority range.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an elevator target floor registration system, which obtains the boarding rule of a passenger by analyzing the historical boarding data of the passenger and utilizes the boarding rule to realize the automatic registration of the target floor when the passenger gets on the elevator, thereby solving the problem that the existing target floor registration mode is not suitable for the situation that the passenger identity information cannot be obtained and the passenger identity information can be obtained but the access authority has a plurality of floor access authorities.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an elevator destination floor registration system including:
a storage unit for storing historical boarding data of passengers, the historical boarding data being used for describing elevator boarding behaviors of the passengers;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the historical boarding data, judging whether the boarding behaviors of the passengers have boarding rules or not, and outputting the boarding rules when the boarding behaviors of the passengers have the boarding rules;
the elevator calling information acquiring unit is used for acquiring the elevator calling information of the passenger taking the elevator;
and the registration unit registers the destination floor information of the passenger according to the judgment result of the analysis unit and the call information acquired by the call information acquisition unit.
Preferably, the registration unit includes:
the storage module is used for storing the hitching rule output by the analysis unit;
the query module is used for querying whether the storage module has a hitching rule corresponding to the actual call information or not and outputting a query result;
and the registration module is used for registering the destination floor of the passenger.
Further, when the query result output by the query module is that the riding rule corresponding to the actual call information does not exist in the storage module, the registration module realizes the registration of the target floor by receiving the operation of the passenger.
Further, when the query result output by the query module is that the storage module has a boarding rule corresponding to the actual call information, the query result output by the query module further includes a destination floor corresponding to the boarding rule corresponding to the actual call information.
Preferably, if the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the actual call information are the same, the registration module automatically registers the destination floors corresponding to the actual call information as the destination floors of passengers; if the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the actual call information are different, the registration module sequences all the destination floors corresponding to the actual call information and automatically registers the destination floor at the head as the destination floor of the passenger.
Further preferably, when the destination floors corresponding to the actual call information are different, the registration module sorts all the destination floors in order of the number of times that passengers board the elevator, which is the largest number of times that the passengers board the elevator, and automatically registers the destination floor corresponding to the largest number of times that the passengers board the elevator as the destination floor of the passenger.
Further preferably, the registration module alerts and/or waits for a passenger to confirm or modify an automatically registered destination floor within a set time when the destination floors corresponding to the actual call information are different.
Further preferably, the analysis unit analyzes the history boarding data when a modification rate of a passenger to a destination floor of automatic registration exceeds a first threshold.
In the above system, the call information includes a departure floor of a passenger boarding an elevator.
Preferably, the historical boarding data at least comprises a departure floor and a destination floor when passengers board an elevator, and the departure floor and the destination floor of each boarding form a data combination.

a. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor does not exceed a third threshold;
b. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a given passenger identity does not exceed the fourth threshold (rules exist only for that given passenger identity, such as owner and cleaner, not as global rules in a; global rules can only be assumed to exist if the number of different destination floors corresponding to all passenger identities does not exceed the fourth threshold).
Further, when the analysis unit judges that the boarding behavior of the passenger has the boarding rule and outputs the boarding rule, the registration unit automatically registers the destination floor of the passenger according to the data combination corresponding to the identity information of the passenger, the departure floor and the boarding rule in the actual call information.

Further, when the analysis unit judges that a boarding rule exists in the elevator boarding behavior of the passenger and outputs the boarding rule, the registration unit automatically registers the destination floor of the passenger according to the identification information of the passenger in the actual call information, the boarding time, and the data combination corresponding to the departure floor and the boarding rule.
Preferably, the analysis unit analyzes the historical boarding data when it is determined that no condition is satisfied when there is a boarding law in the historical boarding data.
Preferably, for the same directional elevator operation process comprising n continuous stops, wherein n is more than or equal to 2, the storage unit distinguishes the departure floor and the destination floor of the passenger according to the following rules according to the load change of the elevator car:
if the load of the elevator car is continuously increased except for the last stop and the load of the elevator car is reduced to zero after the last stop, all the stop floors except for the last stop are the starting floors, and the last stop floor is the target floor.
The invention not only can realize the automatic registration of the passenger destination floor, but also can solve the problem that the prior art can only realize the automatic registration of the destination floor according to the access authority determined by the identity information of the passenger.
The destination floor registration system can analyze whether the passenger elevator boarding behavior has a boarding rule or not according to historical boarding data, automatically register the destination floor of the passenger based on the boarding rule and actual calling information of the passenger, and can be suitable for scenes that the passenger identity information cannot be obtained and the situation that the passenger has multiple floor access authorities so as to improve the passenger elevator boarding feeling.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. It should be noted that the meaning of "and/or" appearing throughout is to include three parallel solutions, taking the solution of "a and/or B" as an example, including the solution a or the solution B or the solution a + B.
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1, the elevator destination floor registration system of the present embodiment includes:
a storage unit for storing historical boarding data of passengers, the historical boarding data being used for describing elevator boarding behaviors of the passengers;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the historical boarding data, judging whether the boarding behaviors of the passengers have boarding rules or not, and outputting the boarding rules when the boarding behaviors of the passengers have the boarding rules;
the elevator calling information acquiring unit is used for acquiring the elevator calling information of the passenger taking the elevator;
and the registration unit registers the destination floor information of the passenger according to the judgment result of the analysis unit and the call information acquired by the call information acquisition unit.
Further, the registration unit in the elevator destination floor registration system comprises:
the storage module is used for storing the hitching rule output by the analysis unit;
the inquiring module is used for inquiring whether the storage module has a hitching rule corresponding to the actual calling information or not and outputting an inquiring result;
and the registration module is used for registering the destination floor of the passenger.
When the inquiry result output by the inquiry module is that the holding module does not have a boarding rule corresponding to the actual call information, the registration module realizes the registration of the target floor by receiving the operation of a passenger. Specifically, in this case, the elevator reminds the passenger of manually inputting the destination floor, wherein the reminding manner may be a voice prompt or an interface identification prompt, and the passenger may register the destination floor by a keyboard or a voice.
When the query result output by the query module is that the storage module has a riding rule corresponding to the actual call information, the query result output by the query module further comprises a destination floor corresponding to the riding rule corresponding to the actual call information, wherein:
if the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the actual call information are the same, the registration module automatically registers the destination floors corresponding to the actual call information as the destination floors of the passengers;
if the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the actual call information are different, the registration module sequences all the destination floors corresponding to the actual call information and automatically registers the destination floor at the head as the destination floor of the passenger.
Preferably, when the destination floors corresponding to the actual call information are different, the registration module sorts all the destination floors in order of the number of times (i.e., the number of records) that a passenger takes an elevator for each destination floor corresponding to the actual call information, and automatically registers the destination floor corresponding to the destination floor on which the passenger takes the elevator the most as the destination floor of the passenger.
Further, when the destination floors corresponding to the actual call information are different, the registration module may prompt the passenger to confirm or modify the automatically registered destination floors, or may wait for the passenger to confirm or modify the automatically registered destination floors within a set time, for example, after a certain time is exceeded, the system defaults that the passenger approves the currently registered destination floors without modification.
And when the modification rate of the passenger on the automatically registered target floor exceeds a first threshold value, the system considers that the original boarding rule is no longer applicable, and the analysis unit needs to re-analyze the historical boarding data to obtain a new boarding rule.
In addition, for the same-direction elevator running process (for example, when a plurality of owners take the elevator out at the same time in the early peak of the residential elevator), which comprises n times of continuous stops (n is more than or equal to 2), wherein the continuous stops refer to the condition that no standby state exists except for two endpoints before starting and after finishing, the storage unit distinguishes the starting floor and the destination floor of the passenger according to the following rules according to the load change of the elevator car:
if the load of the elevator car is continuously increased except for the last stop and the load of the elevator car is reduced to zero after the last stop, all the stop floors except for the last stop are the starting floors, and the last stop floor is the target floor.
In the above system, the call information acquired by the call information acquisition means may contain various kinds of relevant information, such as floor information and passenger information. In the present embodiment, the call information includes the departure floor of the passenger boarding the elevator, and correspondingly, the historical boarding data includes at least the departure floor and the destination floor of the passenger boarding the elevator, and the departure floor and the destination floor of each boarding of the elevator constitute one data combination.
When a condition that the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor does not exceed a second threshold is established, the analysis unit determines that the riding rule exists in the historical riding data; otherwise, judging that the historical hitching data does not have the hitching rule.
In this embodiment, when the analysis means determines that the boarding behavior of the passenger has a boarding law and outputs the boarding law, the registration means automatically registers the destination floor of the passenger based on a combination of data corresponding to the departure floor of the passenger and the boarding law (i.e., the departure floor and the destination floor when the passenger boards the elevator) in the actual call information.
Specifically, when the query result output by the query module in the registration unit is that the boarding rule corresponding to the departure floor of the passenger does not exist in the storage module, the registration module in the registration unit realizes the registration of the destination floor by receiving the operation of the passenger; when the query result output by the query module in the registration unit is that the boarding rule corresponding to the departure floor of the passenger exists in the storage module, the query result output by the query module further comprises a target floor corresponding to the boarding rule corresponding to the departure floor of the passenger.
If the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the departure floor of the passenger are the same (i.e., the destination floors corresponding to the departure floor of the passenger are the same floor), the registration module in the registration unit automatically registers the destination floor corresponding to the departure floor of the passenger as the destination floor of the passenger.
If the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the departure floors of the passengers are different (namely, the destination floors corresponding to the departure floors of the passengers comprise at least two different floors), the registration module in the registration unit sorts all the destination floors corresponding to the departure floors of the passengers and automatically registers the destination floor ranked at the head as the destination floor of the passenger. Further, preferably, when the destination floors corresponding to the passenger departure floors are different, the registration module sorts all the destination floors in the order of the number of times (i.e., the number of records) that the passenger boards the elevator for each destination floor corresponding to the passenger departure floor, and automatically registers the destination floor corresponding to the destination floor on which the passenger boards the elevator the most as the destination floor of the passenger.
The destination floor registration system can analyze whether the elevator boarding behavior of the passenger has a boarding rule or not according to historical boarding data, and automatically register the destination floor of the passenger based on the boarding rule and the departure floor of the passenger, so that the automatic registration of the destination floor of the passenger can be realized, the problems that the automatic registration of the destination floor can be realized only according to the access authority determined by the passenger identity information and the scene that the passenger identity information cannot be acquired and the scene that the passenger identity information can be acquired but has the access authorities of a plurality of floors in the passenger access authority range can be solved, and the elevator riding experience of the passenger is improved.
Example two
The present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, and only the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment will be described below.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the call information includes the identity information of the passenger riding the elevator and the departure floor, wherein the identity information of the passenger can be obtained by video recognition, passenger mobile terminal recognition, various sensor cards storing the identity information of the passenger, and the like.
Correspondingly, the historical boarding data at least comprises the identity information of the passengers and the departure floor and the destination floor when the passengers board the elevator, and the departure floor and the destination floor of each boarding and the identity information of the corresponding passengers form a data combination.
The analysis unit judges that the historical boarding data has a boarding law when at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
a. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor does not exceed a third threshold;
b. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a given passenger identity does not exceed a fourth threshold;
wherein condition b is only regular for the given passenger identity (e.g., owner and cleaner), not as general rule for condition a; only if the number of different destination floors corresponding to all passenger identities does not exceed the fourth threshold value, the existence of a global ride law can be assumed.
In this embodiment, when the analysis unit determines that the boarding behavior of the passenger has a boarding law and outputs the boarding law, the registration unit automatically registers the destination floor of the passenger according to the data combination corresponding to the identification information of the passenger in the actual call information, the departure floor and the boarding law (i.e., the identification information of the passenger, and the departure floor and the destination floor when the passenger boards the elevator).
Specifically, when the query result output by the query module in the registration unit is that the storage module does not have a boarding rule corresponding to the identity information of the passenger and the departure floor thereof, the registration module in the registration unit realizes the registration of the destination floor by receiving the operation of the passenger; when the query result output by the query module in the registration unit is that the storage module has the boarding rules corresponding to the identity information of the passenger and the departure floor thereof, the query result output by the query module further comprises the destination floor corresponding to the identity information of the passenger and the boarding rules of the departure floor thereof.
If the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the identity information of the passenger and the departure floor thereof are the same (namely, the destination floors are the same), the registration module in the registration unit automatically registers the destination floors corresponding to the identity information of the passenger and the departure floor thereof as the destination floors of the passenger.
If the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the identity information of the passengers and the departure floors thereof are different (namely, the destination floors comprise at least two different floors), the registration module in the registration unit sequences all the destination floors corresponding to the identity information of the passengers and the departure floors thereof, and automatically registers the destination floor arranged at the head as the destination floor of the passenger. Preferably, when the identity information corresponding to the passenger and the destination floor of the departure floor thereof are different, the registration module sorts all the destination floors in the order of the number of times (i.e., the number of records) that the passenger takes the elevator for each destination floor corresponding to the identity information of the passenger and the departure floor thereof from large to small, and automatically registers the destination floor corresponding to the destination floor on which the passenger takes the elevator for the maximum number of times as the destination floor of the passenger.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, and only the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment will be described below.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the call information includes the boarding time and departure floor at which the passenger boards the elevator, and correspondingly, the history boarding data includes at least the boarding time, departure floor and destination floor at which the passenger boards the elevator, and the departure floor and destination floor of the elevator and the boarding time of the corresponding passenger constitute one data combination.
The analysis unit determines that the history hitching data has the hitching law when at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
a. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor does not exceed a fifth threshold;
b. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor does not exceed a sixth threshold value within a set time period;
c. when the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor is greater than or equal to 2, the time interval corresponding to the different destination floors is not less than the seventh threshold value.
In this embodiment, when the analysis means determines that there is a boarding law in the elevator boarding behavior of a passenger and outputs the boarding law, the registration means automatically registers the destination floor of the passenger based on the boarding time of the passenger in the actual call information, the departure floor thereof, and the data combination corresponding to the boarding law (that is, the boarding time of the passenger, and the departure floor and the destination floor at the time of boarding the elevator).
Specifically, when the query result output by the query module in the registration unit is that the boarding rule corresponding to the boarding time of the passenger and the departure floor thereof does not exist in the storage module, the registration module in the registration unit realizes the registration of the destination floor by receiving the operation of the passenger. When the query result output by the query module in the registration unit is that the storage module has the boarding rules corresponding to the boarding time of the passenger and the departure floor thereof, the query result output by the query module further comprises the destination floor corresponding to the boarding time of the passenger and the boarding rules of the departure floor thereof.
If the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the boarding time and the departure floor of the passenger are the same (namely, the destination floors are the same), the registration module in the registration unit automatically registers the destination floors corresponding to the boarding time and the departure floor of the passenger as the destination floors of the passenger.
If the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the boarding time and the departure floor of the passenger are different (namely, the destination floors comprise at least two different floors), the registration module in the registration unit sorts all the destination floors corresponding to the boarding time and the departure floor of the passenger and automatically registers the destination floor arranged at the head as the destination floor of the passenger. Preferably, when the boarding time corresponding to the passenger and the destination floor corresponding to the departure floor are different, the registration module ranks all the destination floors in the order of the number of times (i.e., the number of records) that the passenger boards the elevator according to each destination floor corresponding to the boarding time of the passenger and the departure floor, and automatically registers the destination floor corresponding to the maximum number of times that the passenger boards the elevator as the destination floor of the passenger.
Example four
The present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, and only the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment will be described below.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the call information includes the identity information of the passenger boarding the elevator, the boarding time, and the departure floor, and correspondingly, the history boarding data includes at least the identity information of the passenger and the boarding time, the departure floor, and the destination floor when the passenger boards the elevator, and the departure floor and the destination floor of the elevator and the identity information of the corresponding passenger and the boarding time constitute one data combination each time.
The analysis unit determines that the history hitching data has the hitching law when at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
a. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor does not exceed an eighth threshold;
b. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a given passenger identity does not exceed a ninth threshold;
c. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor does not exceed a tenth threshold value within a set time period;
d. when the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor is greater than or equal to 2, the time interval corresponding to the different destination floors is not less than an eleventh threshold value;
e. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a given passenger identity and a departure floor within a set time period does not exceed a twelfth threshold;
f. for a passenger of a given passenger identity, the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor is greater than or equal to 2, but the time interval corresponding to the different destination floors is not less than a thirteenth threshold value;
g. the number of different destination floors corresponding to a certain departure floor is greater than or equal to 2 for a passenger of a given passenger identity within a set period of time, but the time interval corresponding to the different destination floors is not less than a fourteenth threshold value.
In this embodiment, when the analysis unit determines that the boarding behavior of the passenger has a boarding law and outputs the boarding law, the registration unit automatically registers the destination floor of the passenger according to the data combination (that is, the identity information of the passenger, the boarding time, the departure floor, and the destination floor when boarding the passenger) corresponding to the boarding law, the identity information of the passenger, the boarding time, the departure floor, and the departure floor in the actual call information.
Specifically, when the query result output by the query module in the registration unit is that the storage module does not have the boarding rules corresponding to the identity information of the passenger, the boarding time and the departure floor, the registration module in the registration unit realizes the registration of the destination floor by receiving the operation of the passenger. When the query result output by the query module in the registration unit is that the storage module has the boarding rules corresponding to the identity information of the passenger, the boarding time and the departure floor, the query result output by the query module also comprises the destination floor corresponding to the identity information of the passenger, the boarding time and the boarding rules of the departure floor.
If the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the identity information of the passenger, the boarding time and the departure floor are the same (namely, the destination floors are the same), the registration module in the registration unit automatically registers the destination floors corresponding to the identity information of the passenger, the boarding time and the departure floor as the destination floors of the passenger.
If the destination floors corresponding to the boarding rules corresponding to the identity information of the passenger, the boarding time of the passenger and the departure floor are different (namely the destination floors comprise at least two different floors), the registration module in the registration unit sequences all the destination floors corresponding to the identity information of the passenger, the boarding time of the passenger and the departure floor, and automatically registers the destination floor ranked at the head as the destination floor of the passenger. Preferably, when the identity information corresponding to the passenger, the boarding time of the passenger and the destination floor of the departure floor are different, the registration module sorts all the destination floors in the order of the number of times (namely, the number of records) that the passenger boards the elevator corresponding to each destination floor corresponding to the identity information of the passenger, the boarding time of the passenger and the departure floor, and automatically registers the destination floor corresponding to the maximum number of times that the passenger boards the elevator as the destination floor of the passenger.
