技术领域

背景技术
根据本公开的混合动力机动车辆包括小汽车、运动型多用途车、货车、轻型卡车包括小型敞篷货车等,通常设置有与变速器耦接的汽油或柴油动力发动机,且电动机与电池源相连并由其供电,该电池源为汽车提供了备用的驱动装置。电动机在电池提供能量时运转,以提高行驶经济性,而发动机在需要最大功率时运行,例如在高速公路车辆运行期间,以及在用于运转电动机的电池功率不足时。

还设有单向离合器62,实现发动机14与变速器16的机械断开,因此允许仅使用电动机30运行。根据多个方面,在变矩器18的壳体或主体内设置单向离合器62。单向离合器62例如通过花键与涡轮轴22相连,并且允许变矩器18与涡轮轴22分离。当单向离合器62分离时,变矩器18与涡轮轴22断开,允许电动机30在不转动发动机14的情形下运转。通过将电动机30并入变速器齿轮箱部26中,P2变速器和发动机组件10在变速器第一端12和变速器第二端28之间提供了一个总长度64,与将电动机定位在钟形壳体内并且省略了变矩器18的P2变速器的传统变型相比,该总长度增加了不到25毫米。

变速器齿轮箱部,包括所述变速器第一端和所述变速器第二端,所述变速器齿轮箱具有第一腔;以及

5.根据权利要求4所述的P2变速器和发动机组件,还包括由所述连接件支撑的第一离合器组件和由所述连接件支撑的第二离合器组件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的P2变速器和发动机组件,其中,所述第一离合器组件和所述第二离合器组件定位在所述变速器齿轮箱部的第二腔内。
7.根据权利要求5所述P2变速器和发动机组件,还包括:
第一固定活塞,使用第一穿通轴承致动所述第一离合器组件;以及
第二固定活塞,使用第二穿通轴承致动所述第二离合器组件。
8.根据权利要求3所述的P2变速器和发动机组件,还包括与所述涡轮轴相连的单向离合器。
9.根据权利要求8所述的P2变速器和发动机组件,还包括安装在所述变速器第一端并且于所述变矩器可旋转地连接的内燃发动机。
10.根据权利要求8所述的P2变速器和发动机组件,其中,所述单向离合器将所述涡轮轴可释放地连接至所述变矩器,所述单向离合器在分离时使所述变矩器从所述涡轮轴上断开,以允许所述电动机在不旋转所述内燃机的情况下运转。
