the initial quantity determining module is used for acquiring an initial gap matching value and an initial overlapping quantity of the vehicle door glass and the sealing structure meeting a first preset requirement in a process of simulating the opening of the frameless vehicle door according to the side section of the vehicle roof; the first preset requirement is a requirement for opening the vehicle door without using tools after collision under two standards of GB 11551 and GB 20071;
a T02A updating module for updating the roof side sections with the initial gap match values and initial overlap amounts;
the simulation analysis module is used for performing simulation analysis on the updated roof side cross section, judging whether the updated roof side cross section meets the requirements of frameless door window frame rigidity and high-speed cross wind noise, vibration and noise vibration roughness NVH (noise vibration harshness), if not, optimizing the initial gap matching value or the initial overlapping amount, taking the optimized initial gap matching value or the optimized initial overlapping amount as a new initial gap matching value or an initial overlapping amount, and returning to the step of updating the roof side cross section by using the initial gap matching value and the initial overlapping amount;

Optionally, the system for acquiring the overlapping amount of the door glass and the sealing structure further comprises: and the correction module is used for updating the roof side cross section according to the target overlap amount, judging whether the stress value of the sealing structure, caused by deformation, of the updated roof side cross section in the door opening process is larger than a preset threshold value, if so, simulating the initial overlap amount of the door glass and the sealing structure in the frameless door opening process according to the roof side cross section to serve as a final overlap amount, and if not, taking the target overlap amount as a final overlap amount.
Optionally, the system for acquiring the overlapping amount of the door glass and the sealing structure further comprises:
the material determining module is used for determining the material and the technological parameters of the sealing structure according to the final overlapping amount and the distance requirement between the door glass and the sealing structure;
the distance between the door glass and the sealing structure is required to be the minimum distance between the two sides of the door glass and the sealing structure at the two sides in the vertical direction.

according to the side section of the car roof, acquiring an initial gap matching value and an initial overlapping amount of the car door glass and a sealing structure, which meet a first preset requirement, by simulating the opening process of the frameless car door; the first preset requirement is a requirement for opening the vehicle door without using tools after collision under two standards of GB 11551 and GB 20071;
updating the roof side section with the initial gap match value and initial overlap amount;
carrying out simulation analysis on the updated roof side cross section, judging whether the updated roof side cross section meets the requirements of frameless door sash rigidity and high-speed cross wind noise and vibration and noise vibration roughness NVH, if not, optimizing the initial gap matching value or initial overlapping amount, taking the optimized initial gap matching value or initial overlapping amount as a new initial gap matching value or initial overlapping amount, and returning to the step of updating the roof side cross section by using the initial gap matching value and the initial overlapping amount;
if so, the initial overlap amount is output as a target overlap amount.

The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the initial gap matching value and the initial overlap amount of the door glass and the sealing structure meeting the first preset requirement by simulating the opening process of the frameless door according to the roof side cross section comprises:
according to the axis of the door hinge in the cross section of the side surface of the roof, the distance or the overlapping amount of the top of the door glass meeting the first preset requirement and the sealing structure is obtained as a first gap matching value by simulating the opening motion process of the door glass in the state of lifting to the top;
and calculating a minimum gap value and an initial overlapping amount which are required to be met by the door glass and the sealing structure in the opening process of the frameless door after the parts of the roof side section are assembled by using the first gap matching value according to the dimensional tolerance, and taking the minimum gap value as the initial gap matching value.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said outputting the initial amount of overlap as a target amount of overlap further comprises:
and updating the roof side cross section according to the target overlap amount, judging whether the stress value of the deformation of the sealing structure of the updated roof side cross section in the door opening process is larger than a preset threshold value, if so, simulating the initial overlap amount of the door glass and the sealing structure in the frameless door opening process according to the roof side cross section to be used as a final overlap amount, and if not, using the target overlap amount as a final overlap amount.

The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of updating the roof side cross section according to the target overlap amount and determining whether the stress value of the sealing structure due to deformation during door opening of the updated roof side cross section is greater than a preset threshold value, if yes, the step of simulating initial overlap amount of the door glass and the sealing structure during opening of the frameless door according to the roof side cross section is used as a final overlap amount, and if not, the step of using the target overlap amount as the final overlap amount further comprises the following steps:
determining the material and the technological parameters of the sealing structure according to the final overlapping amount and the distance requirement between the car door glass and the sealing structure;
the distance between the door glass and the sealing structure is required to be the minimum distance between the two sides of the door glass and the sealing structure at the two sides in the vertical direction.
5. A system for obtaining an amount of overlap of a door glass with a sealing structure for use in a design process for a frameless vehicle door, the system comprising:

a T02A updating module for updating the roof side sections with the initial gap match values and initial overlap amounts;
the simulation analysis module is used for performing simulation analysis on the updated roof side cross section, judging whether the updated roof side cross section meets the requirements of frameless door window frame rigidity and high-speed cross wind noise, vibration and noise vibration roughness NVH (noise vibration harshness), if not, optimizing the initial gap matching value or the initial overlapping amount, taking the optimized initial gap matching value or the optimized initial overlapping amount as a new initial gap matching value or an initial overlapping amount, and returning to the step of updating the roof side cross section by using the initial gap matching value and the initial overlapping amount;
