the tops of the plugs (46) and the third guide rods (47) are connected with the plugs (46), and the plugs (46) are connected with the liquid storage tank (42) in a sliding mode;
an adjusting plate (49) is connected between the bottom of the third guide rod (47), and a fourth spring (48) is connected between the top of the adjusting plate (49) and the third guide rod (47).
