updating the patient condition information into a follow-up plan template to generate a follow-up plan to be added, wherein the follow-up plan at least comprises the patient information, the patient condition information and the information of the patient follow-up task;
acquiring a follow-up schedule corresponding to the patient information;
updating a follow-up plan table corresponding to the patient information according to the follow-up plan to be added;
and feeding back to the patient side according to the follow-up task time arrangement in the follow-up schedule.
2. The medical follow-up method according to claim 1, wherein the updating the patient condition information into a follow-up plan template, generating a follow-up plan to be added, comprises:
sending a follow-up plan template corresponding to the disease condition information to a doctor end so that the doctor end can adjust the follow-up plan template corresponding to the disease condition information according to the disease condition information of the patient;
and updating the patient condition information into the adjusted follow-up plan template to generate a follow-up plan to be added.
3. The medical follow-up method according to claim 1, wherein after the timing of the follow-up tasks in the follow-up schedule is fed back to the patient side, the method further comprises:
receiving follow-up information sent by a patient end;

if the same period exists, updating the follow-up plan to be added into the follow-up plan corresponding to the same period;
and if the same period does not exist, establishing a follow-up plan of a new follow-up period corresponding to the patient condition information.

the template acquisition module is used for acquiring a follow-up visit plan template corresponding to the disease condition information according to the disease condition information of the patient;
