Abstract
The invention discloses an access control management system for an underground regeneration water plant, which comprises: the system comprises a face recognition device, an access control device and a plant personnel management platform, wherein the face recognition device and the access control device are arranged at an entrance of an underground water reclamation plant and are respectively in communication connection with the plant personnel management platform; the face recognition device is used for acquiring face information of personnel entering a plant and uploading the face information to the plant personnel management platform; and the plant personnel management platform is used for comparing and analyzing the facial information with the facial information in the plant personnel database so as to judge whether the plant personnel meet preset access conditions, if so, the access control device is opened and the plant personnel information is registered, otherwise, the access control device is kept closed. The method realizes strict control of personnel entering the plant area, prevents unauthorized personnel from entering the plant area privately, and is convenient for safe production management of the underground regeneration water plant.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of management of personnel entering an underground reclaimed water plant, in particular to an access control management system for the underground reclaimed water plant.
Background
Underground water plants have complex structures and high risk of flooding and gas exceeding standards, and need to enhance the qualification, quantity and other management of personnel entering and exiting. At present, the security personnel enter the factory to register, and because the personnel entering the factory are not fixed (especially external personnel) and have high mobility, the security personnel can hardly comprehensively master the information of the quantity of the personnel entering the factory, the operation content, the affiliated units, whether related safety training is performed or not, and the security management is not facilitated.

Optionally, the system further comprises a data exchange device, wherein the face recognition device and the access control device are in communication connection with the data exchange device respectively, and the data exchange device is in communication connection with the factory personnel management platform.
Optionally, the access control device comprises a gate and an access controller which are electrically connected, and the access controller is electrically connected with the data exchange device.

As shown in fig. 1, an access control system for an underground reclaimed water plant includes: the system comprises a face recognition device 1, an access control device 2 and a plant personnel management platform 3, wherein the face recognition device 1 and the access control device 2 are arranged at an entrance of an underground water reclamation plant, and the face recognition device 1 and the access control device 2 are respectively in communication connection with the plant personnel management platform 3;
the face recognition device 1 is used for acquiring face information of personnel entering a factory and uploading the face information to the factory personnel management platform 3;
the plant personnel management platform 3 is used for comparing and analyzing the facial information with the facial information in the plant personnel database to judge whether the plant personnel meet preset access conditions, if so, the access control device 2 is opened and the plant personnel information is registered, otherwise, the access control device 2 is kept closed.
In this embodiment, the system further comprises a data exchange device, wherein the face recognition device 1 and the access control device 2 are respectively in communication connection with the data exchange device, and the data exchange device is in communication connection with the factory personnel management platform 3. In the specific implementation process, the data exchange device is an exchanger 4.
In this embodiment, the door controller 2 includes a door 201 and a door controller 202 electrically connected to each other, and the door controller 202 is electrically connected to the data exchange device. The face recognition device 1 is a face recognition instrument.

The face recognition device 1 is connected to a factory personnel database, information comparison and judgment are carried out by calling face information stored in the factory personnel database, personnel can enter the factory according to the admission condition, and the personnel do not pass the factory if the face information is not called. Meanwhile, the face recognition device 1 associated with the factory personnel database carries out face information verification through a face recognition technology, carries out automatic recognition and statistics on information such as whether the person is the owner, whether the person is allowed to enter, the access time and the like, supports statistics (in-factory, visitor and construction) analysis on the number and the category of the factory personnel, and can carry out retrieval according to time, a unit to which the person belongs and an operation area. The system can enter a factory personnel database, and has functions of statistics and correlation analysis. No communication personnel are required to make an appointment, and the user can enter the system after the audit. The factory-entering reservation function can log in a personnel management application system of the factory personnel management platform 3 through other terminal equipment to submit reservation information (face information, identity information, manufacturers, projects and the like), then, the factory-entering management personnel can approve through a factory-entering reservation module and a factory-entering verification module of the personnel management application system, and the relevant information of the approved factory-outside personnel is input into a factory personnel database.
In a specific application scenario, the personnel management application system may control the gate 201 to be turned on or off according to the recognition result of the face recognition device. When personnel enter a factory area, the system automatically identifies and judges based on the existing identification algorithm, if the access condition is met, a release signal is sent to the access controller 202, the access controller 202 controls the gate 201 to be automatically opened, meanwhile, the personnel management application system registers the information of the entering personnel, and otherwise, the personnel are not released.
The personnel management application system mainly comprises the steps of establishing a database of personnel in a plant and personnel outside the plant, wherein the information of the personnel in the plant comprises: name, post, cabin or room; the data association information of the personnel outside the plant comprises: the system comprises a construction project information base (implementation unit, operation content, operation area, operation period, construction safety management file and the like) and a personnel information base (name, affiliated unit, operation content, facial information, identity card information, operation qualification certificate and the like), and further comprises unit records of the project, project starting examination and approval, acceptance examination and approval, unit qualification, construction project, construction area and related personnel name, gender, technical qualification, safety settlement and technical delivery conditions corresponding to the project are formed, project examination and approval electronization is realized, system data and face recognition access control are mutually called, and data support of third-party entering personnel is provided, so that closed-loop management of related projects entering a plant area is realized. Through establishing personnel management and control logic and flow, the incidence relation between constructors and construction units and construction content is established, a plant area access mechanism is realized, the working strength of security personnel is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
In conclusion, the face recognition device and the access control device are arranged at the entrance of the underground water reclamation plant and are in communication connection with the plant personnel management platform, and the face recognition device is used for acquiring the face information of the personnel entering the plant and uploading the face information to the plant personnel management platform; the factory personnel management platform compares and analyzes the facial information with the facial information in the factory personnel database, to judge whether the personnel meets the preset access condition, if so, the entrance guard device is opened and the information of the personnel is registered, otherwise, the entrance guard device is kept closed, thereby realizing the double-layer entrance control based on the security personnel and the face recognition system, can strictly control personnel entering the plant area, ensure that all the personnel entering the plant area are subjected to safety training and operation permission, prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the plant area privately, improve the management and control level of personnel in the underground regeneration water plant, provide technical support for safe and stable operation of the production of the underground regeneration water plant, reduce the workload of plant area security and improve the working efficiency, meanwhile, relevant management departments can master important information such as the number of personnel entering a factory, affiliated units, operation areas, operation contents, effective certificates and the like in real time.

the face recognition device is used for acquiring face information of personnel entering a factory and uploading the face information to the factory personnel management platform;
and the plant personnel management platform is used for comparing and analyzing the facial information with the facial information in the plant personnel database so as to judge whether the plant personnel meet preset access conditions, if so, the access control device is opened and the plant personnel information is registered, otherwise, the access control device is kept closed.
