The present invention is directed to a mobile laboratory operation safety monitoring system, which solves the problems set forth in the background art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a mobile laboratory operation safety monitoring system comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller) for processing data, wherein the PLC is electrically connected with a negative pressure module for controlling the pressure intensity in a cabin, a three-door interlocking module for controlling the opening and closing of three doors and a side pulling module for expanding an operation space;
the input end of the PLC is electrically connected with an environment monitoring module for detecting the temperature and the humidity in the cabin;
the wireless module of the PLC controller is electrically connected with a network switch through an upper computer, and an interface of the network switch is electrically connected with a network camera for acquiring external image information and a video server for video interaction;
the PLC controller is electrically connected with a power supply for supplying power.
As a further scheme of the invention: the environment monitoring module at least comprises a temperature sensor for acquiring temperature information, a humidity sensor for acquiring air humidity and a PM2.5 detector for acquiring dust particle concentration in the air.
As a further scheme of the invention: the power supply comprises a storage battery and a power supply control module used for detecting the electric quantity of the storage battery.
As a further scheme of the invention: the PLC controller is electrically connected with a power module used for detecting the work of the power component.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the quantity of battery is two at least, and connects through the switching unit between two batteries, and when one of them battery electric quantity was not enough, another battery work can be switched to the switching unit.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention detects the environment in the laboratory cabin and controls the working state of the power supply, has high system integration level and good overall monitoring timeliness and effect, meets the monitoring requirement of a mobile laboratory and has strong practicability.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a mobile laboratory operation safety monitoring system includes a PLC controller 100 for processing data, wherein the PLC controller 100 is electrically connected to a negative pressure module 800 for controlling the pressure inside a cabin, a three-door interlock module 900 for controlling the opening and closing of three doors, and a side-pull module 110 for expanding a working space;
the negative pressure module 800 can make the air pressure in the cabin lower than the atmospheric pressure, and a filtering device is arranged in the negative pressure module to filter and kill germs. The negative pressure equipment is arranged in the working cabin and the buffer cabin, and exhausts the air in the cabin out of the cabin, thereby playing a role in protecting medical care and patients. The pressure in the cabin is-15 PA, and the buffer area is a pressure value of-5 PA;
the three-door interlocking module 900 is three doors of a mobile laboratory, the three doors are respectively a mobile laboratory access door A, a buffer area and a working cabin access door B, C, and because pressure values in different cabins are different, three doors cannot be opened at the same time, the three doors are required to meet interlocking requirements, namely one door is in an open state, and the other two doors are not allowed to be opened;
in order to expand the space, the mobile laboratory increases the drawing space on the basis of the original vehicle. And expanding the space by using a side pulling module. The operation safety monitoring system needs to control the side pull module to be unfolded, recovered and the like, and monitors whether the side pull box body is unfolded and recovered in place or not, so that danger in the driving process is avoided;
the upper computer 300 is connected with the network camera 700, changes the computer IP, the PLC IP and the camera IP into the same network segment, and registers the control of the camera. Setting video connection attributes in monitoring software, switching a picture file into VIEW, and starting operation to operate the picture;
the input end of the PLC 100 is electrically connected with an environment monitoring module 200 for detecting the temperature and humidity in the cabin;
the environment monitoring module 200 at least comprises a temperature sensor for acquiring temperature information, a humidity sensor for acquiring air humidity and a PM2.5 detector for acquiring dust particle concentration in air;
the wireless module of the PLC controller 100 is electrically connected to the network switch 600 through the upper computer 300, and an interface of the network switch 600 is electrically connected to the network camera 700 for acquiring external image information and the video server 500 for performing video interaction;
the PLC controller 100 is electrically connected to a power module for detecting the operation of a power component;
the PLC controller 100 is electrically connected to a power supply 400 for supplying power;
the power supply 400 comprises a storage battery and a power supply control module for detecting the electric quantity of the storage battery;
the number of the storage batteries is at least two, the two storage batteries are connected through the switching unit, and when the electric quantity of one storage battery is insufficient, the switching unit can switch the other storage battery to work;
