Abstract
The application provides a spiral case subassembly, air supply assembly and air conditioning system. The volute assembly includes a volute including therein: a first air flow channel and a second air flow channel; the airflow direction in the first airflow channel is a first direction, the airflow direction in the second airflow channel is a second direction, and the included angle theta between the first direction and the second direction is as follows: 90 degrees < theta.ltoreq.180 degrees. The volute is internally provided with the airflow channels in two airflow directions, and the two airflow directions are arranged at an obtuse angle, so that a balance effect can be achieved, and the wind noise is reduced.

Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of air conditioning systems, and particularly relates to a volute component, an air supply component and an air conditioning system.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the use requirements of people on household appliances are higher and higher. The main air duct of the existing integral air conditioner product is a centrifugal air duct, when the motor rotates at a high speed, the two sides of the volute tongue of the volute casing generate a large pressure difference, airflow forms vortexes at the two ends of the volute tongue, wind noise is increased, and user experience is poor.

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the application is to provide a volute component, an air supply component and an air conditioning system, which can reduce wind noise.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides a scroll casing assembly including:
a volute comprising within the volute: a first air flow channel and a second air flow channel;
the airflow direction in the first airflow channel is a first direction, the airflow direction in the second airflow channel is a second direction, and the included angle theta between the first direction and the second direction is as follows: 90 degrees < theta.ltoreq.180 degrees.
Optionally, the volute assembly further includes a fan blade, and the fan blade is disposed on the volute and located at a junction of the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel.
Optionally, the first direction and the second direction are arranged in parallel and in reverse; the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel comprise the same wall body, through holes are formed in the wall body, and the fan blades penetrate through the through holes.
Optionally, one side of the through hole is inclined toward the first air flow passage, and the other side of the through hole is inclined toward the second air flow passage.

Detailed Description
Referring collectively to fig. 1-4, according to an embodiment of the present application, a volute assembly, comprises:
a volute 3, said volute 3 comprising therein: a first air flow channel and a second air flow channel;
the airflow direction in the first airflow channel is a first direction, the airflow direction in the second airflow channel is a second direction, and the included angle theta between the first direction and the second direction is as follows: 90 degrees < theta.ltoreq.180 degrees.
The volute 3 is internally provided with airflow channels in two directions, the included angle of the two airflow directions is positioned at an obtuse angle, airflow flowing in one direction has a balance effect on airflow flowing in the other direction, and noise caused by vibration can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the volute assembly further includes a fan blade 2, and the fan blade 2 is disposed on the volute 3 at a junction of the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel.
The same fan blade 2 is arranged at the intersection of the two airflow channels, and the air generated by the rotation of the fan blade 2 flows in two directions, so that the air flows more smoothly, and airflow vortex and noise in the air channel are reduced.
In some embodiments, the first direction and the second direction are in parallel and opposite directions; the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel comprise the same wall body, through holes are formed in the wall body, and the fan blades 2 penetrate through the through holes.

In some embodiments, a sound-deadening chamber 31 is further included in the scroll casing 3, and an air outlet of the first air flow channel or the second air flow channel is communicated with the sound-deadening chamber 31.
The silencing cavity 31 is connected with the outlets of the two airflow channels, so that the noise can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the sound-deadening chamber 31 is larger in size than the air outlet.
By means of size increase, the wind speed of the air outlet can be reduced after entering the silencing cavity 31, and the purpose of reducing wind noise is achieved.
In some embodiments, sound absorbing members are provided on the walls of sound-deadening chamber 31.
The wall of the silencing cavity 31 can be provided with a sound absorbing piece, and wind noise is reduced through a sound absorbing mode. The sound absorbing piece is made of sound absorbing materials and can absorb noise with certain wavelength.
In some embodiments, the sound absorbing member comprises a plurality of sound absorbing panels 34, the sound absorbing panels 34 being arranged in staggered rows.
The noise can be absorbed for many times by arranging the plurality of rows of sound-absorbing plates 34, and the noise emission is reduced.
In some embodiments, the angle between the plate surface of the sound-absorbing plate 34 and the flow direction of the air flow passing through the sound-absorbing plate 34 is set to a preset angle.
By setting a specific angle, the sound-absorbing plate 34 can have a good noise-absorbing effect.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided an air supply assembly including a volute assembly as described above.
In some embodiments, the air supply assembly includes a centrifugal air duct structure, the volute assembly being disposed in the centrifugal air duct structure; the volute 3 is provided with an air hole perpendicular to the first direction or the second direction, and the air hole is communicated with the first air flow channel or the second air flow channel.
The volute component is arranged in the centrifugal air duct structure, and axial air flow changes direction after passing through the air holes and can enter the volute 3 along the air inlet ends of the first air flow channel or/and the second air flow channel.
The structure and operation of the volute assembly is described in detail below in conjunction with figures 1-4.
A bidirectional advection air duct with two sides for air outlet is composed of a volute 3, a volute cover 1 and fan blades 2. The fan blade 2 is assembled in the volute 3, the blade of the fan blade 2 is an integral blade, the middle of the integral blade is provided with a mounting hole of the motor 5, and the blade is in a closed blade shape from the outline of an excircle to a cylindrical surface. The middle position of the volute 3 is provided with an isolation rib 35, and the isolation rib 35 isolates the fan blade 2 into an upper airflow channel and a lower airflow channel. Volute tongues 32 are arranged at positions, close to the fan blades 2, of the isolation ribs 35. The top end of the volute tongue 32 is an arc surface, so that wind noise is reduced. The volute tongue 32 tilts towards the opposite direction of the rotation of the fan blade 2 to play a role in separating air flow. The volute 3 is provided with an air inlet end 33 for air flow into the air duct. The volute tongue 32, the isolation rib 35 and the air inlet end 33 are preferably centrosymmetric, and two are arranged. The two sides of the volute 3 are respectively provided with a silencing cavity 31, the silencing cavity 31 enlarges the cavity near the outlet of the air duct, two rows of sound-absorbing boards 34 are arranged near the inner edge of the silencing cavity 31, and the two rows of sound-absorbing boards 34 are staggered with each other and are in a strip shape. The sound-absorbing plate 34 and the airflow direction form a certain included angle, and the sound-absorbing plate 34 is made of sound-absorbing materials and can absorb noise with a certain wavelength. The volute casing cover 1 is provided with sealing ribs which are arranged on the volute casing cover and form an air duct cavity with the volute casing 3, and the fan blade 2 is arranged in the middle of the cavity. The fan blade 2 provides power through the motor 5, and the motor 5 and the fan blade 2 are fastened through the screw cap. The motor 5 is fastened on the bracket 6 by the fixed frame 4 through screws.
In the air duct, the fan blade 2 is driven by the motor 5 to rotate to drive airflow around the fan blade 2 to rotate, and when the fan blade 2 rotates, the airflow flows in opposite directions at the upper end and the lower end of the fan blade, the airflow passes through the left and right volute tongues 32, the distance from the volute tongues 32 to the outer contour of the fan blade 2 is preferably 1-7mm, the airflow flows to the two sides along the cavity due to the narrowing of the airflow channel, negative pressure is generated at the air inlet end 33, air outside the air conditioner enters along the panel air inlet under the action of the negative pressure, the air passes through the heat exchanger 7 as shown in the wind direction in fig. 3, the air enters the air inlet end, the airflow is divided into the upper layer and the lower layer by the isolation rib 35 to independently output air, the airflow flows into the silencing cavity 31 after being separated, the silencing cavity 31 is. The air current meets the acoustic celotex board, increases the air current flow resistance, makes the air current velocity of flow reduce, makes the air-out of air outlet position more even soft. Meanwhile, the sound insulation board is made of sound absorption materials, so that noise in a certain range of wavelength can be absorbed, and wind noise generated in the air duct is absorbed. 2. The volute assembly of claim 1, further comprising a fan blade (2), wherein the fan blade (2) is disposed on the volute (3) at an intersection of the first flow path and the second flow path.
3. The volute assembly of claim 2, wherein the first direction and the second direction are in parallel, opposite directions; the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel comprise the same wall body, through holes are formed in the wall body, and the fan blades (2) penetrate through the through holes.
4. The volute assembly of claim 3, wherein the wall of the through-hole is angled toward the first flow path on one side and the wall is angled toward the second flow path on the other side.
5. The volute assembly of claim 1, further comprising a sound-deadening chamber (31) in the volute (3), wherein the air outlet of the first air flow passage or the second air flow passage communicates with the sound-deadening chamber (31).
6. The volute (3) assembly of claim 5 wherein the muffling chamber (31) has a size greater than the outlet mouth size.
7. Volute assembly according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the sound-absorbing member is provided on the wall of the sound-deadening chamber (31).
8. The volute assembly of claim 7, wherein the sound absorber comprises a sound absorber plate (34), and wherein the sound absorber plate (34) is provided in a plurality of staggered rows.
9. The volute assembly of claim 8, wherein a plate surface of the sound-absorbing plate (34) is angled at a predetermined angle from a direction of flow of the airflow through the sound-absorbing plate (34).
10. An air supply assembly comprising a volute assembly according to any of claims 1 to 9.
11. The air supply assembly of claim 10, wherein the air supply assembly includes a centrifugal air duct structure, the volute assembly being disposed in the centrifugal air duct structure; the volute (3) is provided with an air hole vertical to the first direction or the second direction, and the air hole is communicated with the first air flow channel or the second air flow channel.
12. An air conditioning system including a volute assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9 or including an air supply assembly according to any one of claims 10 to 11.
