Referring to fig. 2, in the process of scraping off impurities on the filter plate 212 by the scraper 216, fine sand particles partially remaining on the upper surface of the filter plate 212 and capable of passing through the filter holes are likely to fall into the lower cylinder 22 through the filter holes on the filter plate 212 by the scraper 216, and in this case, when newly input sewage is treated by using the filter cartridge 2, impurities in the lower cylinder 22 after coarse filtration are likely to be contaminated again. In order to reduce the occurrence of the situation, two symmetrically-arranged bearing plates 7 are connected in the inner cavity of the lower barrel 22, two ends of each bearing plate 7, which are opposite to each other, are hinged to the side wall of the inner cavity of the lower barrel 22 through hinges respectively, two opposite ends of each bearing plate 7 are fixedly connected with rubber pads 71 in a glued joint mode respectively, two opposite end faces of each rubber pad 71 are abutted against each other, and when the two bearing plates 7 are in a mutually abutted state, the inner cavity of the lower barrel 22 is divided into an upper cavity 223 and a lower cavity 224 by the two bearing plates 7. when the rotating shaft 213 rotates under the action of the motor 215, the second driving wheel 643 rotates together with the rotating shaft 213, the second driven wheel 644 rotates under the action of the second driving wheel 643 and the second transmission belt 645, the driven shaft 641 and the wire roller 642 rotate together with the second driven shaft 641, so that the traction wire 63 is wound, the filter cartridge 2 rotates around the rotating shaft 222 to one side facing the fixed ring 62, when the scraper 216 scrapes the filter plate 212, the motor 215 is stopped, the filter cartridge 2 is in the maximum inclined state under the action of the traction wire 63, impurities scraped by the scraper 216 fall into the collecting cylinder 3 through the communicating pipeline 218, so that the automatic cleaning of the filter plate 212 is realized, the adhesion of the impurities on the filter plate 212 is reduced, and the normal use of the sewage treatment equipment is ensured to the maximum extent;
scraper blade 216 is at the in-process of scraping off the impurity on the filter plate 212, and the part remains in filter plate 212 upper surface and can fall into cavity 224 down through the filtration pore under scraper blade 216's effect, and when cartridge filter 2 inclined, the part impurity that falls into in cavity 224 down slided to connecting casing 8 and finally falls into in the collection section of thick bamboo 3, and the staff regularly opens access door 92 and is in access hole 91 department to remain in cavity 224 less particulate matter such as silt clear up can.
