Fig. 4 is an enlarged view showing a portion a of fig. 3, fig. 5 is a sectional view taken along line V-V of fig. 4, and fig. 6 is a sectional view taken along line VI-VI of fig. 4. The elevator car device is provided with a plurality of fasteners 8 for attaching the car upper ceiling apron 3 to the peripheral upper frame 13. The fastener 8 includes: a step bolt 81 penetrating the car upper ceiling apron 3 and the peripheral upper frame 13; and a washer 82 attached to the stepped bolt 81.
The lateral skirt portion 33 has a plurality of through holes 331 formed therein. The stepped bolt 81 is inserted into the through hole 331. The through holes 331 are arranged in a row in the depth direction of the car 2. The through hole 331 is a long hole extending in the height direction.
The tip end portion of the stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole 331 is inserted into a screw hole formed in the upper frame rail 133. Thereby, the stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole 331 is fixed to the upper frame cross member 133. The stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole 331 is restricted from moving in the horizontal direction with respect to the horizontal skirt portion 33. The stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole 331 is movable in the height direction with respect to the horizontal skirt portion 33. Therefore, the lateral skirt plate portion 33 is restricted from moving in the horizontal direction with respect to the upper frame cross member 133, and is movable in the height direction with respect to the upper frame cross member 133.
As with the horizontal skirt portion 33, the front skirt portion 31 has a plurality of through holes. The stepped bolt 81 is inserted into a through hole formed in the front skirt portion 31. The plurality of through holes formed in the front skirt portion 31 are arranged in a row in the width direction of the car 2. The through hole formed in the front skirt portion 31 is a long hole extending in the height direction.
The tip end portion of the stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole formed in the front skirt plate portion 31 is inserted into a screw hole formed in the upper frame front beam 131. Thus, the stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole formed in the front skirt portion 31 is fixed to the upper frame front beam 131. The stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole formed in the front skirt portion 31 is restricted from moving in the horizontal direction with respect to the front skirt portion 31. Further, the stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole formed in the front skirt portion 31 is movable in the height direction with respect to the front skirt portion 31. Therefore, the front skirt portion 31 is restricted from moving in the horizontal direction with respect to the upper frame front beam 131, and is movable in the height direction with respect to the upper frame front beam 131.
In addition, a plurality of through holes are formed in the rear skirt portion 32, as in the lateral skirt portion 33. A stepped bolt 81 is inserted into a through hole formed in the rear skirt portion 32. The plurality of through holes formed in the rear skirt portion 32 are arranged in a row in the width direction of the car 2. The through hole formed in the rear skirt portion 32 is a long hole extending in the height direction.
The front end portion of the stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole formed in the rear skirt portion 32 is inserted into a screw hole formed in the upper frame rear beam 132. Thereby, the stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole formed in the rear skirt portion 32 is fixed to the upper frame rear beam 132. The stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole formed in the rear skirt portion 32 is restricted from moving in the horizontal direction with respect to the rear skirt portion 32. Further, the stepped bolt 81 inserted into the through hole formed in the rear skirt portion 32 is movable in the height direction with respect to the rear skirt portion 32. Therefore, the movement of the rear skirt portion 32 in the horizontal direction with respect to the upper frame rear beam 132 is restricted, and the movement in the height direction with respect to the upper frame rear beam 132 is possible.
In this way, the car upper ceiling apron 3 is restricted from moving in the horizontal direction with respect to the peripheral upper frame 13 and is movable in the height direction with respect to the peripheral upper frame 13.
The rear skirt portion 32 includes: a skirt bottom portion 321 that is placed on the upper surface of the ceiling 25; and a skirt rising portion 322 extending upward from the skirt bottom portion 321. The skirt rising portion 322 is attached to the upper frame back 132 via a fastener 8. The apron bottom portion 321 is placed on the upper surface of the ceiling 25, whereby the rear apron portion 32 is supported by the ceiling 25.
Like the rear skirt portion 32, the front skirt portion 31 includes: a skirt bottom surface portion that is placed on the upper surface of the ceiling 25; and an apron rising portion extending upward from the apron bottom surface portion. The skirt rising portion is attached to the upper frame front beam 131 via a fastener 8. The front skirt portion 31 is supported by the ceiling 25 by placing the skirt bottom surface portion on the upper surface of the ceiling 25.
Further, the horizontal skirt portion 33 includes, similarly to the rear skirt portion 32: a skirt bottom surface portion that is placed on the upper surface of the ceiling 25; and an apron rising portion extending upward from the apron bottom surface portion. The skirt rising portion is attached to the upper frame cross member 133 via a fastener 8. The horizontal skirt portion 33 is supported by the ceiling 25 by placing the skirt bottom surface portion on the upper surface of the ceiling 25.
In this way, the car upper ceiling apron 3 is supported by the ceiling 25. The car upper ceiling skirt 3 is in contact with the upper surface of the ceiling 25 by the weight of the car upper ceiling skirt 3. This prevents tools from falling from the upper surface of the ceiling 25 during work, for example.
The scale device 5 includes: an attachment portion 51 fixed to the upper frame rear beam 132; and a scale device main body 52 supported by the mounting portion 51. The rear apron portion 32 has a scale detection portion 323, and the scale device main body 52 is in contact with the scale detection portion 323 from above. The scale detector 323 is fixed to the upper portion of the apron rising portion 322.
The car 2 is supported by the car frame 1 via an underfloor spring 7 that extends and contracts in the height direction. Therefore, the car 2 moves in the height direction in accordance with the load weight of the car 2. The weighing device 5 measures the load weight of the car 2 based on the position of the rear skirt portion 32 in the height direction with respect to the upper frame rear beam 132. In other words, the weighing device 5 measures the load weight of the car 2 based on the position of the car ceiling apron 3 with respect to the peripheral upper frame 13 in the height direction.
When the existing ceiling 25 is removed from the car 2, the existing ceiling 25 is removed from the front wall 22, the rear wall 23, and the lateral wall 24. Since the original ceiling 25 is not fixed to the car upper ceiling skirt 3, it is not necessary to detach the original ceiling 25 from the car upper ceiling skirt 3. When a new ceiling 25 is attached to the car 2, the new ceiling 25 is attached to the front wall 22, the rear wall 23, and the lateral wall 24. Since the new ceiling 25 is not fixed to the car upper ceiling apron 3, the new ceiling 25 does not need to be attached to the car upper ceiling apron 3, and the car upper ceiling apron 3 may be placed on the new ceiling 25.
As described above, according to the elevator car device of embodiment 1 of the present invention, the upper car ceiling skirt 3 is provided on the surrounding upper frame 13, and the upper car ceiling skirt 3 is not fixed to the ceiling 25. Thus, when the existing ceiling 25 is replaced with a new ceiling 25, the operation of removing the upper car ceiling apron 3 from the existing ceiling 25 is not required. As a result, the efficiency of the replacement work of the ceiling 25 can be improved.
The car upper ceiling skirt 3 is not fixed to the ceiling 25. This enables the ceiling 25 to be formed thinner. As a result, the ceiling 25 can be easily carried into and out of the hoistway, and the ceiling 25 can be easily attached.
The car upper ceiling apron 3 is not fixed to the ceiling 25. Thus, when the ceiling 25 is replaced, the original car upper ceiling skirt 3 can be used.
The elevator car device further includes a car floor lower spring 7 that supports the car 2, and a scale device 5 that measures the load weight of the car based on the position of the car upper ceiling apron 3 in the height direction with respect to the peripheral upper frame 13. This allows the weighing device 5 to be disposed above the car 2.
In embodiment 1, the structure of the upper frame rear beam 132 in which the scale device 5 is provided on the peripheral upper frame 13 is described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the scale device 5 may be provided on the peripheral upper frame 13.
