The invention aims to provide a circuit board processing clamping device for an electric appliance, which is provided with a first clamping mechanism and a second clamping mechanism, wherein the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are used for clamping and fixing a circuit board, the second clamping mechanism drives a right clamping plate to move and match with a left clamping plate to clamp and fix the circuit board through an electric push rod, the left clamping plate is fixedly spliced on a left rotating disc through a splicing shaft, and is supported by a spring, when the electric push rod drives the right clamping plate to match with the left clamping plate to have overlarge clamping force, the spring contracts at the moment, and the left clamping plate is driven to move left by buffering unloading force, so that the clamping force between the left clamping plate and the left clamping plate is reduced, and the circuit board is effectively prevented from being damaged due to overlarge clamping force.

The second driving motor 7 is fixed on the inner surface wall of the other vertical end of the concave seat 2 through bolts, the output shaft of the second driving motor 7 extends to the outer side through the concave seat 2 and is welded with the second gear disc 8, and the second gear disc 8 is in gear engagement connection with the right gear ring 43 welded on the right rotating disc 41.
A first rubber pad 38 is adhered to a side wall of the left clamping plate 36 adjacent to the right clamping plate 45, and a second rubber pad 46 is adhered to a side wall of the right clamping plate 45 adjacent to the left clamping plate 36.
The number of the first sliding blocks 32 is three, the three first sliding blocks 32 are distributed in an annular mode, and the distances between two adjacent first sliding blocks 32 are equal.
Working principle: when the circuit board processing clamping device for the electric appliance is used, a power supply is connected externally, the circuit board is placed between the left clamping plate 36 and the right clamping plate 45, at the moment, the electric push rod 44 is controlled to stretch, the right clamping plate 45 is driven to approach the left clamping plate 36, the circuit board is clamped and fixed, at the moment, the circuit board can be processed, the first driving motor 5 and the second driving motor 7 can be opened in the processing process, the first driving motor 5 can drive the first clamping mechanism 3 to rotate through the first gear disc 6 and the left gear ring 33, the second driving motor 7 can drive the second clamping mechanism 4 to rotate through the second gear disc 8 and the right gear ring 43, and therefore the circuit board fixed between the first clamping mechanism 3 and the second clamping mechanism 4 is rotated, angle adjustment is achieved, and a user can process the circuit board in an all-around and multi-angle manner.
