In an optional embodiment, the processing module is further configured to obtain a target damaged portion of the vehicle to be claimed in the second image data; evaluating the vehicle damage condition of the vehicle to be claimed according to the target damaged part; and determining the actual value of the vehicle to be claimed according to the second image data and the damaged condition of the vehicle.
In an optional embodiment, the processing module is further configured to obtain a pre-established damage assessment model; and evaluating the damaged image of the vehicle according to the damage evaluation model to obtain the damaged condition of the vehicle to be claimed.
It should be noted that the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, for example, for the latter, the following may be implemented: the modules can be located in the same processor; alternatively, the modules may be located in different processors in any combination.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned prompting module 40, processing module 42 and first displaying module 44 correspond to steps S102 to S106 in embodiment 1, and the above-mentioned modules are the same as the examples and application scenarios realized by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to the disclosure of embodiment 1. It should be noted that the modules described above may be implemented in a computer terminal as part of an apparatus.
It should be noted that, reference may be made to the relevant description in embodiment 1 for alternative or preferred embodiments of this embodiment, and details are not described here again.
The claim evaluation processing device may further include a processor and a memory, and the prompting module 40, the processing module 42, the first presentation module 44, and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to implement corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls a corresponding program unit from the memory, wherein one or more than one kernel can be arranged. The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
According to the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the nonvolatile storage medium is also provided. Optionally, in this embodiment, the nonvolatile storage medium includes a stored program, and the apparatus in which the nonvolatile storage medium is located is controlled to execute any one of the claims evaluation processing methods when the program runs.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the nonvolatile storage medium may be located in any one of a group of computer terminals in a computer network, or in any one of a group of mobile terminals, and the nonvolatile storage medium includes a stored program.
Optionally, the apparatus in which the non-volatile storage medium is controlled to perform the following functions when the program is executed: in the process of collecting the investigation image data of the vehicle to be claimed, outputting prompt information based on the first image data of the vehicle to be claimed which is currently investigated, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting to obtain second image data of the vehicle to be claimed; acquiring the second image data corresponding to the prompt information, and determining claim assessment data of the vehicle to be claimed based on the second image data, wherein the claim assessment data is used for providing an auxiliary basis for determining damage to a damage assessment object, and the claim assessment data includes: vehicle damage and vehicle actual value; and displaying the claim evaluation data.
According to the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the processor is also provided. Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor is configured to execute a program, where the program executes any one of the claims evaluation processing methods.
The embodiment of the application provides an electronic device, the device comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can be run on the processor, and the processor executes the program and realizes the following steps: in the process of collecting the investigation image data of the vehicle to be claimed, outputting prompt information based on the first image data of the vehicle to be claimed which is currently investigated, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting to obtain second image data of the vehicle to be claimed; acquiring the second image data corresponding to the prompt information, and determining claim assessment data of the vehicle to be claimed based on the second image data, wherein the claim assessment data is used for providing an auxiliary basis for determining damage to a damage assessment object, and the claim assessment data includes: vehicle damage and vehicle actual value; and displaying the claim evaluation data.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device: in the process of collecting the investigation image data of the vehicle to be claimed, outputting prompt information based on the first image data of the vehicle to be claimed which is currently investigated, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting to obtain second image data of the vehicle to be claimed; acquiring the second image data corresponding to the prompt information, and determining claim assessment data of the vehicle to be claimed based on the second image data, wherein the claim assessment data is used for providing an auxiliary basis for determining damage to a damage assessment object, and the claim assessment data includes: vehicle damage and vehicle actual value; and displaying the claim evaluation data.

Claims (10)

1. A method for claim evaluation processing, comprising:
in the process of collecting the investigation image data of the vehicle to be claimed, outputting prompt information based on the first image data of the vehicle to be claimed which is obtained by current investigation, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting to obtain second image data of the vehicle to be claimed;
acquiring second image data corresponding to the prompt information, and determining claim evaluation data of the vehicle to be claimed based on the second image data, wherein the claim evaluation data is used for providing an auxiliary basis for determining damage to a damage assessment object, and the claim evaluation data comprises: vehicle damage and vehicle actual value;
and displaying the claim evaluation data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein outputting a prompt based on the currently surveyed first image data of the vehicle to be claimed comprises:
acquiring a damaged part of the vehicle in the first image data;
judging whether the damaged part of the vehicle comprises a target damaged part or not to obtain a judgment result;
and if the judgment result is negative, outputting the prompt information, wherein the second image data at least comprises the target damaged part.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after presenting the claim evaluation data, the method further comprises:
acquiring a damage assessment disassembly image and a damage assessment recording document, wherein the damage assessment disassembly image is used for recording the disassembly process and the disassembly result of a damaged appearance piece and a vehicle inner part in the vehicle to be claimed;
analyzing the loss assessment recording bill according to the loss assessment disassembled image to obtain an analysis result;
and displaying the analysis result, wherein the analysis result is used for providing an auxiliary basis for auditing the loss assessment record bill.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining claim evaluation data for the vehicle to claim based on the second image data comprises:
acquiring a target damaged part of the vehicle to be claimed in the second image data;
evaluating the vehicle damage condition of the vehicle to be claimed according to the target damaged part;
and determining the actual vehicle value of the vehicle to be claimed according to the second image data and the damaged condition of the vehicle.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the vehicle damage condition of the vehicle to be claimed is evaluated according to the target damage part, and comprises the following steps:
obtaining a pre-established damage assessment model;
and evaluating the target damaged part according to the damage evaluation model to obtain the vehicle damage condition of the vehicle to be claimed.
6. An claim evaluation processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a prompt module, a data acquisition module and a data processing module, wherein the prompt module is used for outputting prompt information based on currently surveyed first image data of a vehicle to be claimed in the process of collecting survey image data of the vehicle to be claimed, and the prompt information is used for prompting to acquire second image data of the vehicle to be claimed;
the processing module is configured to acquire the second image data corresponding to the prompt information, and determine claim assessment data of the vehicle to be claimed based on the second image data, where the claim assessment data is used to provide an auxiliary basis for determining damage for a damage assessment object, and the claim assessment data includes: vehicle damage and vehicle actual value;
and the first display module is used for displaying the claim evaluation data.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the prompting module is further configured to obtain a vehicle damage location in the first image data; judging whether the damaged part of the vehicle comprises a target damaged part or not to obtain a judgment result; and if the judgment result is negative, outputting the prompt information, wherein the second image data at least comprises the target damaged part.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a damage assessment disassembly image and a damage assessment recording document, and the damage assessment disassembly image is used for recording the disassembly process and the disassembly result of a damaged appearance piece and a vehicle inner part in the vehicle to be claimed;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the loss assessment recording bill according to the loss assessment disassembled image to obtain an analysis result;
and the second display module is used for displaying the analysis result, wherein the analysis result is used for providing an auxiliary basis for auditing the loss assessment record bill.
9. A non-volatile storage medium storing a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor and to perform the method of claim evaluation processing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. An electronic device, comprising: a processor and a memory; wherein the memory stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the method of claim evaluation processing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
