the production plan arrangement mainly comprises two parts of production plan assignment and plan completion report forms; the production plan issuing comprises four modules of schedule importing, schedule modifying, schedule comparing and order management; the plan completion report comprises two modules of real-time production progress comparison and workshop task query;
the quality management unit detects the raw materials or products according to the quality management requirements, records the spot check result and determines the rework range; automatically producing the product sampling inspection batch and the sampling inspection quantity of the batch according to the product quality inspection standard and the product batch information; and (4) scanning/keying in the product bar code by a factory-resident engineer according to the sampling inspection batch information, and automatically taking out work order information by a system so as to provide a basis for the judgment of the engineer.
