At the present stage, in the process of processing industrial data, the mobile terminal is often required to acquire the industrial data, and the industrial data is processed through an application program stored by the mobile terminal to obtain a processing result; however, this processing method is inefficient and consumes a large amount of resources of the mobile terminal.
Disclosure of Invention
Embodiments of the present invention provide an industrial data processing system and method, so as to implement processing of industrial data, save a large amount of resources of a mobile terminal, and improve processing efficiency of industrial data.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an industrial data processing system, including: an edge computing platform and at least one mobile terminal;
at least one virtual machine is configured on the edge computing platform, and each virtual machine corresponds to each mobile terminal one by one;
the mobile terminal is used for uploading industrial data to be processed to the edge computing platform and receiving a processing result fed back by the edge computing platform;
and the edge computing platform is used for receiving the industrial data to be processed uploaded by each mobile terminal, processing the industrial data to be processed through a target virtual machine corresponding to the industrial data to be processed, and feeding back a processing result to the mobile terminal which uploads the target data.

uploading industrial data to be processed to the edge computing platform through a mobile terminal, and receiving a processing result fed back by the edge computing platform;

In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the mobile terminal may be configured to upload the to-be-processed industrial data to the edge computing platform, and receive a processing result fed back by the edge computing platform. It should be noted that in this embodiment, by setting the edge computing platform 210 near the base station 250, the edge computing platform can quickly acquire to-be-processed industrial data uploaded by each mobile terminal, so that the processing efficiency of the industrial data can be improved, and the time delay can be reduced.

In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the UPF may be configured to receive the to-be-processed industrial data uploaded by each mobile terminal, so that the to-be-processed industrial data uploaded by each mobile terminal is transmitted to the 5G edge computing platform through a private network.
The UPF may be used for offloading, and transmits the industrial data uploaded by the mobile terminal through the base station to the 5G edge computing platform 510 through the private network, so as to avoid network congestion caused by data transmission to the public network and the transport network and the core network, and ensure data security. Meanwhile, by adopting the 5G edge computing platform 510, a wireless network has higher bandwidth, lower time delay and high real-time performance of data transmission, can meet the application requirements in factories such as equipment interconnection, remote interaction and the like in an industrial environment, can realize that a machine vision detection system is replaced by a mobile and fixed mode to replace a traditional wired connection mode, can realize the automation and flexibility of the system, can share a machine vision algorithm, realizes remote detection, reduces the cost and improves the detection quality.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of network connection of a 5G edge computing platform according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the 5G edge computing platform in the industrial data processing system according to the embodiment of the present invention may be connected to a base station, so as to implement processing on industrial data to be processed, and ensure data security; and the system can also be connected with the Internet to meet the normal Internet access requirement of the user. The 5G edge computing platform provided by the embodiment of the invention has open capability, and a user can flexibly finish the deployment and the elastic capacity expansion (such as bandwidth) of an application program on the 5G edge computing platform, and can monitor, manage and control and finish different service requirements.
In a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal may be provided with a Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), a 5G wireless acquisition card, or a 5G module. The wireless transmission of the industrial data in a long distance can be realized, the transmission time delay is low, the edge computing platform can rapidly process the industrial data, and the processing of the industrial data to be processed is realized. The mobile equipment can be provided with a 5G automatic communication module, and can transmit the control signal to the mobile equipment, so that the mobile equipment can be rapidly controlled. The flexibility of the system can be improved, the system is simple to install and debug, and the daily maintenance investment and the physical loss can be reduced from complicated electric wiring to wireless connection. For example, prior art industrial data processing systems require the use of special wiring, are subject to wear after extended periods of operation, require downtime to replace wiring, and are time consuming. And the wireless deployment can reduce the early investment and the operation and maintenance cost.
The industrial data processing System of the embodiment of the invention can be connected with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). For example, the MES system is logged in through the mobile terminal or the portable terminal, and the operation status of the industrial data processing system, such as the normal operation time, the effective operation time, the fault condition, the fault reason, and the like, and the production report, such as the information of the number of the objects to be detected, the number of the defects in the detection result, and the like, are obtained. The management personnel can also provide parameter optimization schemes such as tolerance control and detection key point control according to monitored actual conditions by logging in the MES, and can also provide adjustment and modification optimization schemes such as equipment operation index optimization, working environment optimization and the like.
In order to make the industrial data processing system of the embodiment better understood by those skilled in the art, a specific example is used for the following description, and the specific process includes:
1. A5G network covering the whole factory is built, large connection and wide coverage of production equipment are met, and mobile access of the equipment at any time and any place is realized.
2. And an MEC (Mobile Edge Computing, Edge Computing platform) is utilized to provide a virtual private network for a workshop, wherein the virtual private network cannot be exported from a data park, and the requirement on production reliability is met.
3. The MEC provides MEPs (edge computing management platforms) that provide the required computing power for the production application.
4. Network layer
The whole network is planned and constructed uniformly, and comprises an administrative center, branch companies, factories, production workshops, office offices and the like.
5. Application layer
The 5G wireless network is beneficial to meeting the existing business requirements of enterprises for mobile office, daily routing inspection, video monitoring, asset inventory and the like, and can also meet the requirements of innovative application scenes such as AR, machine vision and the like.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the following steps may be performed:
(1)5G network overlay
Aiming at the condition that no 5G module is applied to the mobile terminal at present, firstly, field deployment of invalid terminal Equipment (CPE) is adopted, and the CPE is converted into a connection mode required by the mobile terminal.
(2) MEC deployment
And deploying MEC equipment near the base station, and accessing the MEC equipment to the 5G base station. Third party applications and machine vision applications (e.g., virtual machines involved in embodiments of the invention) are deployed in the MEP software platform of the MEC device. To ensure network security, private networks are isolated by firewalls.
In this embodiment, an Internet Protocol Security (IPSec) may be established between the 5G base station and the MEC to enhance Network Security, a Packet Transport Network (PTN) device connected to the MEC sets a policy routing, all service data streams are sent to the MEC, and the MEC analyzes the data streams and directly sends the data streams to a corresponding local application for processing.
The embodiment of the invention can technically realize that all production data are in a factory and do not go out of a park through the local shunting function of an MEC (edge computing platform) and a newly added independent Access Point (APN), thereby ensuring the data security. The 5G MEC may provide flexible computing power for the plant. The production application can directly call the strong computing, artificial intelligence and other capabilities of the MEC through the edge computing management platform according to different business requirements to meet the requirements of the MEC on a hardware server, so that the local server is replaced; because the MEC is very close to the terminal or the information source, the time delay of the network for responding to the user request is greatly reduced, and the requirements of various innovative applications on low time delay and large bandwidth can be met.
In the embodiment of the invention, the MEC closes the internal production data of the enterprise in a local park, thereby avoiding transmitting the internal production data to a public network to cause network congestion to a transmission network and a core network; the MEC located at the edge of the network can acquire network data such as a base station Identity (ID), available bandwidth and the like and information related to the user location in real time, provide network development capability for various production applications, and greatly improve the service quality experience of the user.

Fig. 7 is a flowchart of an industrial data processing method according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a case where industrial data is processed by an industrial data processing system in this embodiment. Specifically, referring to fig. 7, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and 710, uploading the industrial data to be processed to an edge computing platform through the mobile terminal, and receiving a processing result fed back by the edge computing platform.
And 720, receiving the to-be-processed industrial data uploaded by each mobile terminal through the edge computing platform, processing the to-be-processed industrial data through the target virtual machine corresponding to the to-be-processed industrial data, and feeding back a processing result to the mobile terminal which uploads the target data.
At least one virtual machine is configured in the edge computing platform, and the virtual machines correspond to the mobile terminals one to one.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the edge computing platform is connected to each of the mobile terminals through the base station.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, a distance between the edge computing platform and the base station is smaller than a set threshold, where the set threshold is a length threshold.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the industrial data processing method may further include: configuring access authority for each mobile terminal through an edge computing platform, and verifying the access authority of a target mobile terminal when receiving target to-be-processed industrial data uploaded by the target mobile terminal;
if the access authority of the target mobile terminal passes the verification, forwarding the target industrial data to be processed to a target virtual machine so that the target virtual machine processes the target industrial data to be processed;
and if the access right verification of the target mobile terminal is not passed, ignoring the target industrial data to be processed, and feeding back information that the access right verification is not passed to the target mobile terminal.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, configuring, by an edge computing platform, access rights for each mobile terminal includes: setting a unique access authority code for each mobile terminal through an edge computing platform, and correspondingly storing each unique access authority code and the serial number of each mobile terminal in an access authority table;
verifying and verifying the access authority of the target mobile terminal, comprising: and acquiring the serial number of the target mobile terminal through an edge computing platform, inquiring the serial number in the access authority table, and confirming a unique access authority code corresponding to the serial number to determine the access authority of the target mobile terminal.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the industrial data processing method further includes: uploading a query instruction of target industrial data to the edge computing platform through a mobile terminal;
through an edge computing platform, after receiving a target industrial data query instruction uploaded by the mobile terminal, verifying the access authority of the mobile terminal, if the access authority passes the verification, acquiring the target industrial data, and feeding the target industrial data back to the mobile terminal.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the industrial data processing method further includes: through an edge computing platform, after receiving target industrial data uploaded by a target mobile terminal and verifying that the access authority of the target mobile terminal passes, detecting a target virtual machine corresponding to the target mobile terminal;
and if the target virtual machine corresponding to the target mobile terminal is not detected, creating the target virtual machine according to the data type of the target industrial data so that the target virtual machine processes the target industrial data.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the industrial data processing method further includes: acquiring target industrial data acquired by mobile equipment through a mobile terminal, and uploading the target industrial data to the edge computing platform at intervals of set time;
the mobile equipment is a mobile robot or a mechanical arm, and industrial data acquisition equipment is configured on the mobile robot or the mechanical arm.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the edge computing platform may include a 5G edge computing platform, where the 5G edge computing platform includes: user plane function UPF;
and receiving the to-be-processed industrial data uploaded by each mobile terminal through the UPF, so that the to-be-processed industrial data uploaded by each mobile terminal is transmitted to the 5G edge computing platform through a private network.
According to the scheme of the embodiment, the industrial data to be processed is uploaded to an edge computing platform through a mobile terminal, and a processing result fed back by the edge computing platform is received; the to-be-processed industrial data uploaded by each mobile terminal is received through the edge computing platform, the to-be-processed industrial data are processed through the target virtual machine corresponding to the to-be-processed industrial data, and the processing result is fed back to the mobile terminal which uploads the target data, so that the processing of the industrial data is realized, a large number of resources of the mobile terminal can be saved, and the processing efficiency of the industrial data can be improved.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. An industrial data processing system, comprising: an edge computing platform and at least one mobile terminal;
at least one virtual machine is configured on the edge computing platform, and each virtual machine corresponds to each mobile terminal one by one;
the mobile terminal is used for uploading industrial data to be processed to the edge computing platform and receiving a processing result fed back by the edge computing platform;
the edge computing platform is used for receiving the industrial data to be processed uploaded by the target mobile terminal, processing the industrial data to be processed through a target virtual machine corresponding to the target mobile terminal, and feeding back a processing result to the target mobile terminal.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a base station;
and the edge computing platform is connected with each mobile terminal through the base station.
3. The system of claim 1,
the edge computing platform is further used for configuring access rights for each mobile terminal, and verifying the access rights of the target mobile terminal when receiving the target to-be-processed industrial data uploaded by the target mobile terminal;
if the access authority of the target mobile terminal passes the verification, forwarding the target industrial data to be processed to a target virtual machine so that the target virtual machine processes the target industrial data to be processed;
and if the access right verification of the target mobile terminal is not passed, ignoring the target industrial data to be processed, and feeding back information that the access right verification is not passed to the target mobile terminal.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the edge computing platform is configured to operate in conjunction with a computing platform for computing the edge of the web
Each mobile terminal sets a unique access authority code, and the unique access authority codes and the serial numbers of the mobile terminals are correspondingly stored in an access authority table;
and acquiring the serial number of the target mobile terminal, inquiring the serial number in the access authority table, and confirming the unique access authority code corresponding to the serial number so as to determine the access authority of the target mobile terminal.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein a distance between the edge computing platform and the base station is less than a set threshold, the set threshold being a length threshold.
6. The system of claim 1,
the mobile terminal is also used for uploading a query instruction of target industrial data to the edge computing platform;
the edge computing platform is further used for verifying the access authority of the mobile terminal after receiving the target industrial data query instruction uploaded by the mobile terminal, acquiring the target industrial data if the access authority passes the verification, and feeding the target industrial data back to the mobile terminal.
7. The system of claim 1,
the edge computing platform is further used for detecting a target virtual machine corresponding to a target mobile terminal after receiving target industrial data uploaded by the target mobile terminal and verifying that the access authority of the target mobile terminal passes;
and if the target virtual machine corresponding to the target mobile terminal is not detected, creating the target virtual machine according to the data type of the target industrial data so that the target virtual machine processes the target industrial data.
8. The system of claim 1,
the mobile terminal is further used for acquiring target industrial data acquired by the mobile equipment and uploading the target industrial data to the edge computing platform at intervals of set time;
the mobile equipment is a mobile robot or a mechanical arm, and industrial data acquisition equipment is configured on the mobile robot or the mechanical arm.
9. The system of claim 1,
the edge computing platform comprises a 5G edge computing platform, wherein the 5G edge computing platform comprises: user plane function UPF;
the UPF is used for receiving the industrial data to be processed uploaded by each mobile terminal, so that the industrial data to be processed uploaded by each mobile terminal is transmitted to the 5G edge computing platform through a private network.
10. An industrial data processing method, comprising:
uploading industrial data to be processed to an edge computing platform through a mobile terminal, and receiving a processing result fed back by the edge computing platform;
receiving the industrial data to be processed uploaded by each mobile terminal through the edge computing platform, processing the industrial data to be processed through a target virtual machine corresponding to the industrial data to be processed, and feeding back a processing result to the mobile terminal which uploads the target data;
at least one virtual machine is configured in the edge computing platform, and the virtual machines correspond to the mobile terminals one to one.
