The lifting mechanism 2 can realize linear motion and also can realize rotary motion.
The working principle of the screw rod transmission assembly is as follows: the starter motor C, it is rotatory that motor C's output shaft drives the lead screw, and the central point of the slider on the lead screw puts the internal thread that sets up and lead screw thread fit, and under the spacing of guide bar, linear motion is to the slider along the length direction of lead screw, and after the slider moved suitable position on the lead screw, the preferred here was when being in patient's health central point and putting, closed motor C, and the slider no longer removes.
The working principle of the rotating assembly in the invention is as follows: after motor C stopped moving, motor D was started, and motor D drive guide bar B was rotatory, and then driven worm cover A rotatory, and worm cover A and worm wheel meshing, therefore the worm wheel is rotatory, and then driven the rotation axis rotatory, because the rotation axis is interference fit with the returning face plate, consequently the returning face plate can be rotatory according to the rotation of rotation axis.
Referring to fig. 1: the bottom of the lifting mechanism 2 is provided with an electric push rod 8, preferably, the bottom of the connecting plate is provided with the electric push rod 8, a push rod seat of the electric push rod 8 is arranged at the bottom of the connecting plate, and a piston rod of the electric push rod 8 penetrates through the connecting plate to be fixedly connected with the bottom plate 215.
In order to ensure that the lifting mechanism can complete lifting movement in the whole channel, the push rod seat of the electric push rod is arranged at the bottom of the connecting plate, so that the space of the channel is not occupied.
The upper end of the lifting mechanism 2 is provided with a steering mechanism 3,
see fig. 6-8: the turning plate 23 is provided with a turning mechanism 3, the turning mechanism 3 comprises a base 31, the base is mainly used for being fixed with the turning plate, the turning plate can be enabled to rotate while the whole turning mechanism is driven to rotate, a pivot 32 is arranged at the tail end of the base 31, a turning seat 33 is fixedly arranged on the pivot 32, the base is in pivot connection with the turning shaft, the turning shaft and the base can be in a horizontal state or a vertical state, one end of the pivot 32 is provided with a driving assembly 34, the driving assembly 34 comprises a worm 341 and a worm wheel 342, a small support is arranged on the turning plate 23, the worm 341 is arranged on the small support, a motor B is arranged on the outer side wall of the base 31 and connected with the worm 341, the worm wheel 342 is arranged at one end of the pivot 32 and is arranged on the outer side surface of the base 31, and the worm wheel 342 is meshed with the worm 341. A worm wheel is arranged on a pivot, the rotation of the pivot is driven by the rotation of the worm wheel, and then the rotation of a steering seat is driven, a driving component 34 controls the steering seat 33 to do circular motion along the axis of the pivot 32, one end of the steering seat 33 is pivotally connected with a base 31, the other end of the steering seat is provided with a hollow frame 331, and an extension mechanism 4 is arranged in the frame 331; the hollow box is used to secure the extension mechanism.
The working principle of the steering mechanism of the invention is as follows: the motor B is started, the output shaft of the motor B rotates to drive the worm to rotate, the worm wheel rotates because the worm is meshed with the worm wheel, the pivot is further driven to rotate, and the steering seat rotates along with the rotation of the pivot because the steering seat is fixedly connected with the pivot.

the extension mechanism 4 comprises a sleeve 41, the outer side surface of the sleeve 41 is fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the frame 331, a rack 42 is arranged in the sleeve 41, a wrench 43 is arranged on the outer side wall of the sleeve 41, the front end of the wrench 43 is hinged with the sleeve, a pawl 44 is arranged at the bottom of the wrench 43, and the pawl 44 is meshed with the rack 42;

The sleeve provides a mounting location for the rack, since the rack is movable within the sleeve, and thus in the starting position, the starting position ensures that the extension mechanism is positioned horizontally in order to prevent the rack from disengaging from the bundle of sleeves.
The purpose of arranging the support frame on the sleeve is to install the fixed shaft, the purpose of installing the fixed shaft is to install the spanner, and the lifting and pressing of the spanner are power sources for realizing the advancing or stopping of the rack.

In order to prevent the fixed shaft from rotating along with the lifting or pressing of the wrench, a torsion spring is arranged at one end of the fixed shaft, and the acting force of the torsion spring offsets the acting force of the fixed shaft along with the lifting or pressing of the wrench.
See fig. 12 and 13: the lifting mechanism 2 is used for driving the steering mechanism 3 to ascend and descend in the vertical direction and further driving the extension mechanism 4 to ascend and descend in the vertical direction, the steering mechanism 3 controls the extension mechanism 4 to convert the movement in the vertical direction into the movement in the horizontal direction, and the tail end of the extension mechanism 4 is provided with an inclination mechanism 5;
preferably, one end of the rack 42 is provided with the tilting mechanism 5, the tilting mechanism 5 includes a base 51, a rotating shaft 52 is arranged on the base 51, the supporting plate 6 is fixedly arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft 52, a gear transmission assembly 53 is arranged on the rotating shaft 52, and the gear transmission assembly controls the rotating shaft 52 to rotate so as to control the tilting angle of the supporting plate 6.
The tail end of the rack 42 is provided with a through hole, a bearing is arranged in the through hole, the bottom of the base 51 is provided with a fixed rod, the fixed rod is arranged in the bearing, the gear transmission assembly 53 comprises a driving gear 531 and a driven gear 532, the base 51 is provided with a motor A, the driving gear 531 is arranged on an output shaft of the motor A, the driven gear 532 is arranged on the rotating shaft 52, and the driven gear 532 is meshed with the driving gear 531.
The working principle of the tilting mechanism in the invention is as follows: according to the whole tilt mechanism of patient's position rotation, after rotatory suitable position, starter motor A, motor A is rotatory to drive the driving gear rotatory, and then drives driven gear rotatory, and then drives the pivot rotatory, because pivot and backup pad are fixed connection, therefore the pivot is rotatory to drive the backup pad rotatory, and then the inclination of adjustment backup pad.
The inclining mechanism 5 is provided with a supporting plate 6, the inclining mechanism 5 controls the inclination angle of the supporting plate 6, the bottom of the supporting plate 6 is provided with a blocking strip 7, and the blocking strip 7 controls the computer to slide downwards on the supporting plate 6;
the barrier ribs 7 are provided along the width direction of the support plate 6.
A method of supporting a computer support for a patient bed, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: arranging the sleeve of the extension mechanism in the frame of the steering mechanism and keeping the two fixed;
step two: fixing a base of a steering mechanism on the front surface of a turnover plate of a lifting device;
step three: a piston rod of the electric push rod penetrates through the connecting plate, and a push rod seat of the electric push rod is fixed at the bottom of the connecting plate;
step four: matching the bulge of the bottom plate with the guide groove of the guide plate, and fixedly connecting the piston rod of the electric push rod with the bottom of the bottom plate;
step five: starting a motor D, driving a guide rod B to rotate by the motor D, further driving a worm sleeve A to rotate, driving a worm wheel B to rotate by the worm sleeve A, further driving a turnover plate to rotate, turning the turnover plate 90 degrees anticlockwise, and turning off the motor D;
step six: referring to fig. 14, the turnover plate is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise, and the steering seat and the base are horizontally set to an initial state, at this time, the extension mechanism is arranged along the width direction of the bed body;

step two: fixing a base of a steering mechanism on the front surface of a turnover plate of a lifting device;
step three: a piston rod of the electric push rod penetrates through the connecting plate, and a push rod seat of the electric push rod is fixed at the bottom of the connecting plate;
step four: matching the bulge of the underframe with the guide groove of the guide plate, and fixedly connecting a piston rod of the electric push rod with the bottom of the bottom plate;
step five: starting a motor D, driving a guide rod B to rotate by the motor D, further driving a worm sleeve A to rotate, driving a worm wheel B to rotate by the worm sleeve A, further driving a turnover plate to rotate, turning the turnover plate 90 degrees anticlockwise, and turning off the motor D;
