Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly flame-retardant plastic and a preparation method thereof, wherein the environment-friendly flame-retardant plastic comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 60-80 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 5-10 parts of environment-friendly flame retardant, 4-8 parts of lubricant and 6-8 parts of plasticizer; the invention takes the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin as the matrix resin, has stable chemical property, excellent wear resistance and mechanical property, can ensure long-term use, and simultaneously adds the flame retardant to modify the resin, thereby improving the use safety and avoiding the hidden danger of fire.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of plastic manufacturing, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly flame-retardant plastic and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Most of plastic products are applied to outdoor environment, so the service environment is severe, and good ageing resistance and wear resistance are needed. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has stable chemical properties, excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength, and good aging resistance, and is an excellent raw material for preparing plastic products. But has poor hot workability, so that it is required to modify it by adding a plasticizer to expand its application range.
Most of the existing flame retardants are halogen-containing flame retardants, are large in addition amount, easily affect the product performance, and simultaneously release a large amount of hydrogen halide during combustion to pollute the environment. The inorganic powdery flame retardant can effectively solve the problems of large addition amount and environmental pollution, but the powdery flame retardant is difficult to disperse in a resin system, so that a lubricant is required to assist in dispersion, and the flame retardant property of a product is ensured.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: an environment-friendly flame-retardant plastic comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 60-80 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 5-10 parts of environment-friendly flame retardant, 4-8 parts of lubricant and 6-8 parts of plasticizer.
The environment-friendly flame retardant is one or more of calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, antimony trioxide, antimony pentoxide and zinc oxide.
The lubricant is any one of stearic acid, polyethylene wax and ethylene bisstearamide.
The plasticizer is one of chlorinated paraffin oil and dioctyl phthalate.
The components of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, the flame retardant, the lubricant and the plasticizer are mixed according to the mass portion. And (3) putting the mixture into an internal mixer for internal mixing at the temperature of 145 ℃ for 10-15min to obtain the flame-retardant plastic material.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the plastic product prepared by taking the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as the main body has stable chemical property, excellent mechanical property, good wear resistance and aging resistance, can endure a severe use environment, and can be used outdoors for a long time. The inorganic powder flame retardant is added into the plastic product, so that the use safety in the environment with higher temperature is ensured. Compared with other similar products, the halogen-containing flame retardant is reduced, and the halogen-containing flame retardant does not release hydrogen halide in a high-temperature environment and is environment-friendly. The environment-friendly flame-retardant plastic product has simple and convenient processing technology and low technical requirement, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
