Abstract
A novel island reef rapid first-aid repair concrete belongs to the technical field of adding an additive into concrete and is realized based on sulphoaluminate cement with rapid solidification performance and xanthan gum as an anti-dispersant. The concrete comprises coral reef sand powder with the particle size of 1-3mm, coral aggregate with the particle size of 10-15mm, a high-efficiency water reducing agent and sulphoaluminate cement. The invention has the characteristic of quick solidification, excellent underwater dispersion resistance and low relative cost, which can not be achieved by other underwater concrete in island construction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to novel island reef rapid first-aid repair concrete, and belongs to the field of concrete.
Background
Concrete which is mixed on the ground but is poured directly under water and set under water is called underwater concrete. All concrete is generally settable underwater, but underwater, due to the macroscopic motion of water and the diffusion of molecules, often causes the concrete mortar to diffuse out of the water, and thus is generally of poor quality. In many cases, the cement with high setting speed and high strength is required for underwater construction to meet the requirement of construction. Therefore, the concrete has the characteristics of non-separability, self-compactness, low bleeding property, high setting speed and the like under water.
Along with the continuous development of island reef buildings of all countries in the world, buildings on the island are more and more, and because the island reef is away from inland for a certain distance, the transportation cost of raw and other materials is very big, needs local materials, and the cost can be greatly reduced by adopting coral aggregate. In many cases, pouring construction needs to be carried out quickly, so that the subsequent construction procedures can be conveniently carried out, and the cost is saved; and because of the severe marine environment, the components in contact with seawater are often subjected to seawater erosion, so that the strength and the durability of the components are often required to be high, and the two requirements are met, so that the components can be better adapted to the environment of the island. Therefore, it is very necessary to research the rapid construction concrete of the island.
The CN110372298A patent discloses a preparation method of high-strength coral concrete, which is prepared by stirring cement, mineral admixture, coral aggregate, water reducing agent and the like, and has good strength and durability, but does not achieve the effects of rapid solidification under water and good strength after solidification. Can not be used for the emergency repair of the island.
The CN106495594A patent describes a reinforced concrete material suitable for ocean coral reef, which is a reinforced concrete member made of rust inhibitor, coral aggregate, 2205 bidirectional stainless steel and the like as raw materials of the member, has good environmental protection benefit and durability, but the concrete can not achieve the effects of rapid solidification under water and good strength after solidification, and can not be used for the emergency repair of the reef.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the novel island and reef rapid first-aid repair concrete, sulphoaluminate cement is adopted to realize rapid solidification of the concrete, and the novel island and reef rapid first-aid repair concrete has high strength; the xanthan gum is adopted to realize the underwater anti-dispersion property of the concrete, so that the concrete is solidified underwater on the premise of small and negligible influence on the performance of the concrete; the coral reef is used as coarse aggregate and fine sand of concrete, so that the cost of construction on the island reef is greatly saved. In conclusion, the invention has the advantages of excellent rapid solidification, dispersion resistance, high strength and relatively low cost, which can not be achieved by the existing underwater emergency repair concrete in island construction.
