During internal installation, the screw plug gasket is screwed in place by using a straight screwdriver, and the steel ball is propped against the screw plug gasket by using an internal spring to form a seal. During operation, the steel ball is jacked up from the lower part by using a special tool, the oil is discharged by compressing the spring, and the steel ball is loosened after the oil is discharged to automatically form fixation with the plug gasket. Due to the characteristics of the structure, the screw plug gasket needs to be ensured to be at a certain distance from the end face of the oil drain port during assembly, so that the screw plug gasket is ensured to be not interfered with an external dustproof screw plug, and meanwhile, the steel ball and the screw plug gasket can be ensured to be sealed just during spring compression.

The embodiment provides a plug gasket flexible mounting tool with an adjustable mounting position, the structure of which is shown in figures 1-3, and the plug gasket flexible mounting tool comprises a tool main body 1, a positioning disc 2, an assembly head 3, a fixed block 4, a first fastening screw 5 and a second fastening screw 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the tool body 1 is a body carried by all parts, including a top measuring shaft 201 and a bottom handle 202, which are fixedly connected. A dividing ruler is arranged on the measuring shaft 201 and used for marking the position distance between the dividing ruler and the end of the measuring shaft 201, and the on-site adjustment of the installation depth is guaranteed. The first fastening screw 5 is installed in the first fixing hole 303, and fixes the fixing block 4 in place on the tool body 1 according to the score line on the measuring shaft 201 to determine the assembly size. The positioning disk 2 penetrates the measuring shaft 201 of the tool body 1 through the central hole and is aligned with the second fixing hole 304 of the fixing block 4. The second fastening screw 6 is installed in the second fixing hole 304 to fix the positioning plate 2 to the fixing block 4. The positioning disc 2 can adjust the structure and the size according to the end structure of the oil drain port, and mainly plays a limiting function in the installation process.
The fitting head 3 is fitted with a plug washer structure, mounted on the end of the measuring shaft 201 in an over-fitting manner, for ensuring the temperature during fitting.

s2, placing the bottom of the oil tank 401 upwards, and sequentially loading a spring 404, a steel ball 405 and a plug gasket 403 into an oil drain port 402 of the oil tank 401;
s3, screwing the plug gasket 403 into the oil drain port 402 by utilizing the assembly head 3 until the positioning disk 2 is clamped with the end face of the oil drain port 402 in a limiting manner;
s4, detaching the flexible mounting tool, and mounting a dustproof screw plug 407 sleeved with a sealing gasket 406 on the oil drain port 402 to complete assembly.
