Unless otherwise stated or indicated, the terms radial, circumferential and axial in this specification refer to the radial, circumferential and axial, respectively, of the connecting disc, which is typically coaxial with the spindle or tip of the machine head, and thus may also be understood as the radial, circumferential and axial of the spindle or tip of the machine head.
The technical means disclosed by the invention can be combined arbitrarily to form a plurality of different technical schemes except for special description and the further limitation that one technical means is another technical means.

Claims (10)

1. The automatic fixture comprises a fixture body, the fixture body comprises a connecting disc and a plurality of clamping pieces which are arranged on the front side face of the connecting disc and are in radial sliding connection with the connecting disc, the fixture body further comprises a rotary air cylinder and a spring device which applies radial inward force to the clamping pieces, the rotary air cylinder is axially arranged, the front portion of a piston body of the rotary air cylinder is conical and extends out from the front end of the cylinder body of the rotary air cylinder, a plurality of radial transmission pieces are arranged on the rear side face of the connecting disc, the radial inner sides of the radial transmission pieces can be in pressure contact with the conical surface of the front portion of the piston body, the radial transmission pieces are radially and movably connected with the connecting disc, the radial transmission pieces correspond to the clamping pieces one by one and adopt the same circumferential distribution mode as the clamping pieces, and the radial outer ends of the radial.
2. The automatic clamp for the rotary cylinder front-mounted grinding machine according to claim 1, wherein the clamp comprises a clamping block and a V-shaped block fixedly installed on the clamping block, and the V-shaped block is in a V shape with a radially inner part and a radially outer part.

The automatic clamp of the rotary cylinder front-mounted grinding machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the number of the clamping pieces is two, the clamping pieces are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the axis, the radial inner ends of the clamping pieces are U-shaped, the openings of the U-shaped are inward, two sides are provided with vertical columns, the spring device comprises two pre-compression spiral springs respectively acting on the two vertical columns, the inner ends of the pre-compression spiral springs are connected with the outer ends of the corresponding vertical columns, the outer ends of the pre-compression spiral springs are connected with corresponding spring limiting devices, and the spring limiting devices are fixedly arranged on the connecting disc.

The automatic fixture of a revolving cylinder front-mounted grinding machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the outer end of the upright post extends out of a section of spring positioning rod, the outer diameter of the spring positioning rod is smaller than the outer diameter of the upright post, a corresponding pre-compression coil spring is sleeved outside the spring positioning rod, the lower end of the pre-compression coil spring is pressed on the end faces of the reducing positions of the upright post and the spring positioning rod, the spring limiting device is an adjustable spring limiting device and comprises a spring adjusting screw rod and a spring adjusting nut rotating on the spring adjusting screw rod, and the outer end of the pre-compression coil spring is abutted against a washer inside the corresponding spring adjusting nut or directly abutted against the corresponding spring adjusting nut.

The automatic fixture for a revolving cylinder front-loading type grinding machine according to claim 4, wherein the posts on the same side of the two clamps are positioned on the same straight line, the end faces are mutually parallel planes and are provided with lips extending outwards, one of the two opposite lips is provided with a jackscrew, and the jackscrew rotates on a jackscrew through hole of the corresponding lip.

The automatic fixture of a revolving cylinder front-mounted grinder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the side wall of the outer cylinder body of the cylinder is provided with a front vent hole and a rear vent hole which are respectively communicated with the front cavity and the rear cavity of the cylinder, the outer side of the outer cylinder body is sleeved with a cylindrical gas supply ring, the gas supply ring is coaxial with the outer cylinder body and provided with an annular gap for rotary fit therebetween, the gas supply ring is rotatably connected with the outer cylinder body through a bearing sleeved on the outer side of the middle part of the outer cylinder body to allow relative rotation therebetween, the inner wall of the gas supply ring is provided with a front annular gas supply groove and a rear annular gas supply groove, the front gas supply groove and the front vent hole are in the same axial position and are communicated with the front vent hole, the rear gas supply groove and the rear vent hole are in the same axial position and are communicated with the rear vent hole, the gas supply ring is further provided with a, the front air channel interface is communicated with the front air supply groove, and the rear air channel interface is communicated with the rear air supply groove.

The automatic clamp for the front-mounted grinding machine of the rotary cylinder as claimed in claim 6, wherein an annular sealing ring is embedded in the air supply groove, the inner end of the sealing ring in the radial direction is narrower than the width of the air supply groove, a space is reserved between the sealing ring and the side wall of the air supply groove, a smaller groove is arranged on the end face, the outer end of the sealing ring is wider than or equal to the width of the air supply groove and is in contact with the side wall of the air supply groove, a larger groove is arranged on the end face, and a plurality of through holes are distributed between the grooves on the inner end face and the outer end.

The automatic clamp of the rotary cylinder front-mounted grinding machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that an inner cylinder body coaxial with the outer cylinder body is arranged in the outer cylinder body of the rotary cylinder, a piston body of the rotary cylinder is sleeved on the inner cylinder body through an axial center hole of the piston body and is in sealing sliding fit with the inner cylinder body, and the inner cylinder body is provided with an axial center hole.

The automatic fixture for a revolving cylinder front-mounted grinding machine according to claim 8, wherein the rear side of the outer cylinder is provided with a rear end cap which is connected with the inner cylinder in a sealing manner and closes the rear end of the annular gap between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the front side of the outer cylinder is provided with a front end cap which is in sealing sliding fit with the piston body, and the front end cap is provided with an axial middle hole which is sleeved outside the piston body and is in sealing sliding fit with the piston body, so that the front end which is in sealing sliding fit with the piston body and closes the annular gap between the outer cylinder and the piston body is realized.

The automatic fixture for a front-mounted grinding machine of a rotary cylinder according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the front end cover is provided with a flange extending radially outward, and the connecting disc is fixedly connected to the flange of the front end cover through a connecting piece and is spaced from the flange.
