In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an adjustable radian supination plate comprises a first support, wherein two second supports are fixedly arranged at two ends of the first support, the two second supports are symmetrically distributed about a vertical central plane of the first support, a third support is fixedly arranged at one end, far away from the first support, of the second support, the second support is in a circular arc shape, fixing devices for fixing the first support and the third support on the ground are respectively arranged on the first support and the third support, a fourth support is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the second support, a first connecting rod is movably connected to the side end, far away from the first support, of the fourth support, a fifth support is rotatably connected to one end, far away from the fourth support, of the first connecting rod, the fifth support is rotatably connected with the third support through a second connecting rod, and a plurality of support frames are uniformly and fixedly arranged between the two second supports along the circular arc shape, the third support is internally provided with an adjusting device for adjusting the angle of the second connecting rod relative to the second support, the adjusting device is connected with a transmission device, the transmission device controls the length of the first connecting rod between the fourth support and the fifth support according to the adjusting device, the fourth support is provided with an extrusion protection device, and the extrusion protection device changes the contact area of the bearing force according to the bearing force and completes gas flow at the same time.

When a force is applied to the first rubber block 25 at the inner side of the knee joint to exercise by using the reaction force of the first rubber block 25, the first rubber block 25 can deform while supporting the inner side of the knee joint, and the deformation degree of the first rubber block 25 is in direct proportion to the borne force, when the force applied by a user is larger, the deformation of the first rubber block 25 is larger, so that the contact area of the inner side of the knee joint and the first rubber block 25 is larger, the pressure applied to the contact part of the inner side of the knee joint by the first rubber block 25 under the same force is smaller, and the unsmooth blood circulation caused by the overlarge pressure is avoided, so that the exercise time is shortened, and the exercise effect is reduced;
meanwhile, when the first rubber block 25 is applied with a force applied from the inner side of the knee joint, a part of the force is transmitted to the air bag 27 in contact with the first rubber block 25, the air bag 27 is rigidly supported by the second groove 26 after being applied with the force and then applied to the inner wall of the second groove 26, so that the air bag 27 is gradually deformed under the condition of being applied with the force, the volume of the air bag 27 is reduced, the space for accommodating air is reduced, the air in the air bag 27 flows to the outside after flowing to the first vent hole 31 and the second vent hole 32 through the communication pipe 28, because the first vent hole 31 and the second vent hole 32 are high at the left and low at the communication part with the outside and face to the right lower part, namely the instep area part of the user, the air bag 27 assists the first rubber block 25 to be deformed under the force to increase the contact area, and simultaneously takes away the heat generated by friction of the accessories of the first rubber block 25 due to exercise by the flowing of the air, meanwhile, the flowing air is blown to the instep area where the force of the user is larger, and a part of heat in the instep area is taken away.
When the force received by the first rubber block 25 is reduced from large to small, the force transmitted to the air bag 27 by the first rubber block 25 is reduced, and the material of the air bag 27 has the tendency of recovering the initial state, so that the volume of the air bag 27 is gradually increased, the air bag 27 sucks air from the outside through the first vent hole 31 and the second vent hole 32, the flowing effect of the air is better, and the heat taken away is more.
Referring to fig. 5, the fifth frame 17 is fixedly provided with a second rubber block 33 in foot placing areas on both sides of the first link 16, the second rubber block 33 is in the shape of a semicircular arc with a variable cross section, the cross section on the left side of the second rubber block 33 is larger than that on the right side, the joint of the left side of the second rubber block 33 and the fifth frame 17 is in an S shape, when the instep of two feet is respectively placed on the lower surface of the fifth frame 17 on both sides of the first link 16, the instep is in contact with the second rubber block 33, because the shape of the second rubber block 33 is designed into the shape of a semicircular arc with a variable cross section and the cross section on the left side is larger than that on the right side, the device is more suitable for most of people who exercise the park to wear shoes, because the exerciser wears shoes, most of the instep is in contact with the shoes and is subjected to buffer and decompression by the shoes, and the instep is in upward direct contact with the second rubber block 33, the variable cross section of the second rubber block 33 can buffer and decompress the instep, and meanwhile, the contact area between the part of the instep, which is upwards in direct contact with the second rubber block 33, and the second rubber block 33 is increased, so that the discomfort caused by too high local pressure at the direct contact position is avoided, and the exercise effect is prevented from being influenced.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is installed, the sixth bracket 13 is attached to the ground, and then the sixth bracket 13 is fixedly connected with the ground through the fixing bolt 14, so that the device is fixed on the ground.
When the length of the first connecting rod 16 between the fourth bracket 15 and the fifth bracket 17 needs to be adjusted according to the leg length of an individual, the positioning pin 23 is removed, then the positioning hole 22 is manually adjusted, the second connecting rod 18 rotates around the second rotating shaft 20, when the proper angle is reached, the fourth rotating shaft 24 is stabilized along with the second connecting rod 18 due to the stability of the second connecting rod 18, the first connecting rod 16 is stabilized along with the fourth rotating shaft, the length of the first connecting rod 16 between the fourth bracket 15 and the fifth bracket 17 is stabilized, and the positioning pin 23 is inserted to penetrate through the positioning hole 22 and a limiting hole 21 behind the positioning hole 22, so that the second connecting rod 18 is fixed and does not rotate any more.
When the user's buttocks exercises by applying a force to the first rubber block 25 at the inner side of the knee joint using the reaction force of the first rubber block 25, the first rubber block 25 deforms while supporting the inner side of the knee joint and the degree of deformation of the first rubber block 25 is proportional to the force applied thereto, and when the force applied by the user is larger, the first rubber block 25 deforms more, so that the area of the inner side of the knee joint in contact with the first rubber block 25 becomes larger; meanwhile, when the first rubber block 25 is applied with a force from the inner side of the knee joint, a part of the force is transmitted to the air bag 27 in contact with the first rubber block 25, the air bag 27 is rigidly supported by the second groove 26 after being applied with the force and then acting on the inner wall of the second groove 26, so that the air bag 27 is gradually deformed under the condition of being applied with the force, the volume of the air bag 27 is reduced, and the air in the air bag 27 flows to the outside after flowing to the first vent hole 31 and the second vent hole 32 through the communication pipe 28, because the first vent hole 31 and the second vent hole 32 are high at the left and low at the communication part with the outside and face to the lower right, namely, the air bag is blown to the instep area part of the user.
