Wherein, the second motor 14 drives the screw rod 15 to rotate, and the screw rod 15 generates an upward or downward driving force to the thread on the support portion 10, thereby driving the support portion 10 to move upward or downward along the first guide rod 11 and the second guide rod 12. By adjusting the rotation speed of the screw 15, the vertical movement speed of the support 10 can be flexibly controlled, and the device has good stability and high movement precision.
In a specific embodiment, the second end of the screw 15 is rotatably disposed on the side wall of the housing 1 through two ends of a sliding table, the screw 15 is in threaded connection with the sliding table, and the sliding table is fixedly connected with the supporting portion 10. The second motor 14 drives the screw rod 15 to rotate, and the screw rod 15 generates an upward or downward driving force on the support portion 10 through the sliding table, so that the support portion 10 is driven to move upward or downward along the first guide rod 11 and the second guide rod 12, and the stability is good. The speed of the vertical movement of the support part 10 can be flexibly controlled by adjusting the rotation speed of the screw 15, and the device has good stability and high movement precision.
In a specific embodiment, the second motor 14 rotates in a forward direction to drive the supporting portion 10 to move away from the heating portion 4, so that the low-temperature cigarette 2 is at least partially separated from the heating portion 4. Specifically, the second motor 14 rotates forward to drive the supporting portion 10 to move upward, the low-temperature cigarette and the heating portion 4 generate relative movement, and the tobacco material is clamped, so that the friction force between the tobacco material and the cigarette paper is greater than the friction force between the tobacco material and the heating portion 4, and thus the low-temperature cigarette 2 and the heating portion 4 are integrally separated (as shown in fig. 2), adhesion and/or hardening between the tobacco material and the heating portion 4 is reduced, and the risk of dropping the tobacco material is reduced.
In a specific embodiment, the second motor 14 rotates in a reverse direction to move the support portion 10 toward the heating portion 4 to return to the initial position.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the support portion 10 is configured as a transverse plate, and the first guide bar 11 and the second guide bar 12 are configured as longitudinal bars.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a battery part 16 is disposed inside the housing 1, the battery part 16 is connected to the first motor 7, the second motor 14 and the heating part 4 through a control board 17, and the control board 17 is used for controlling the first motor 7 and the second motor 14 to rotate and/or stop and controlling the heating part 4 to heat and/or stop heating the low-temperature cigarettes 2, so that a function of automatically extracting the low-temperature cigarettes 2 can be realized, flexibility of heating and extracting the cigarettes is improved, and an automation degree of the apparatus is further improved, and the apparatus has good controllability and safety.
In a specific embodiment, the control board 17 is provided with a charging interface capable of charging the battery portion 16.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a control button 18 is disposed on a side wall of the housing 1, the control button 18 is connected to the control board 17, and the control button 18 is used for inputting a heating signal, a smoke lifting signal and/or a recovery signal. Specifically, when the heating signal is input through the control key 18, the control board 17 controls the heating part 4 to heat the low-temperature cigarette 2. When a cigarette lifting signal is input through the control key 18, the control board 17 outputs a first control signal to drive the first motor 7 to drive the first driving part 5 and the second driving part 8 to rotate, so that the cigarette clamping part 6 moves along the positive direction of the accommodating part 3 to clamp the low-temperature cigarette 2, and when the first driving part 5 rotates to a second position, the friction force between tobacco substances in the low-temperature cigarette and cigarette paper reaches a maximum value. After the first driving part 5 rotates to the second position, the first motor 7 stops rotating and locks the cigarette clamping part 6 to the position. Then, the control board 17 outputs a second control signal to drive the second motor 14 to rotate forward, so that the supporting portion 10 drives the accommodating portion 3 to move upward. Since the low-temperature cigarette 2 is clamped, the low-temperature cigarette 2 and the accommodating portion 3 are lifted synchronously. The heating section 4 is kept stationary. After the tobacco material is partially or completely separated from the heating portion 4, the second motor 14 stops rotating. At this time, the low-temperature cigarette 2 and the heating section 4 have moved relatively, and the friction force between the tobacco material and the heating section 4 is greatly reduced. The first motor 7 rotates again (continues to rotate in the same direction or rotate reversely), the first driving part 5 is driven to rotate from the second position to the first position, the cigarette clamping part 6 returns to the peripheral side edge position of the containing part 3 under the action of the spring and/or the elasticity of the tobacco substances and contacts with the inner wall of the first driving part 5, and the low-temperature cigarette 2 is loosened. At this time, the user can directly take out the low temperature cigarette 2. When the restoring signal is input through the control button 18, the control panel 17 outputs the restoring control signal, the second motor 14 rotates in the reverse direction, the support part 10 is driven to return to the initial position, and the whole cigarette lifting process is completed. Through control button 18, can further improve the degree of automation and the convenience of heating and drawing cigarette.
In a specific embodiment, after a specific time interval or a reduction signal is input through the control button 18, the second motor 14 rotates in a reverse direction to drive the supporting portion 10 to return to the initial position, and the whole smoke extraction process is completed.
In a specific embodiment, the control key 18 is provided with an information reminding portion for reminding a user to take out the low-temperature cigarettes, and the information reminding portion comprises a vibrator and/or light. When low temperature cigarette 2 can directly be taken out, the vibrator sends the vibration, and/or light is opened, reminds the user can directly take out low temperature cigarette, can further improve the degree of automation and the convenience of drawing a cigarette.
In a specific embodiment, the heating portion 4 includes a resistance heating element or an electromagnetic induction heating element.
In a specific embodiment, the cross section of the heating part 4 is provided in a circular, elliptical or polygonal shape.
When the cigarette heater is used, the low-temperature cigarettes 2 (shown in figures 1-3) are inserted into the first cavity and the second cavity, and the top of the heating part 4 is inserted into the low-temperature cigarettes 2 (shown in figures 1 and 3). When a heating signal is input, the control board 17 (shown in fig. 1 and 2) controls the heating part 4 to heat the low-temperature cigarette 2. After the smoking is finished and when a cigarette extracting signal is input, the control board 17 outputs a first control signal to drive the first motor 7 to drive the first driving part 5 and the second driving part 8 to rotate, so that the cigarette clamping part 6 clamps the low-temperature cigarette 2, and when the first driving part 5 rotates to a second position (as shown in figure 5), the friction force between tobacco substances in the low-temperature cigarette and cigarette paper reaches a maximum value. The first motor 7 then stops and locks the cigarette gripping portion 6 in this position. Then, the control board 17 outputs a second control signal to drive the second motor 14 (shown in fig. 1 and 2) to rotate in the forward direction, so that the support portion 10 (shown in fig. 1 and 2) drives the accommodating portion 3 to move upward. After the tobacco material is partially or completely separated from the heating portion 4 (as shown in fig. 2), the second motor 14 stops rotating. Since the low-temperature cigarette 2 and the heating section 4 have moved relative to each other, the friction force between the tobacco material and the heating section 4 is greatly reduced. Then, the first motor 7 rotates again to drive the first driving portion 5 to rotate from the second position to the first position (as shown in fig. 4), and the cigarette clamping portion 6 releases the low-temperature cigarette 2. At this time, the user can directly take out the low temperature cigarette 2. When the restoring signal is input, the control panel 17 controls the second motor 14 to rotate reversely to drive the supporting part 10 to return to the initial position, the whole cigarette lifting process is completed, and the user can start to suck the next low-temperature cigarette 2.

Claims (27)

1. A smoking device is characterized by comprising a shell, an accommodating part for accommodating low-temperature cigarettes and a heating part for heating the low-temperature cigarettes;
the cigarette clamping device comprises a housing, a containing part, a first driving part and a cigarette clamping part, wherein the containing part is arranged in the housing, the first driving part and a first cavity used for containing the low-temperature cigarettes are arranged in the containing part, the first driving part can be rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the containing part, a cigarette clamping part is arranged in the first driving part, the inner wall of the first driving part is in contact with the outer wall of the cigarette clamping part, the first driving part can rotate relative to the cigarette clamping part, and a second cavity used for containing the low-temperature cigarettes is arranged in the cigarette clamping part;
the top of the heating part penetrates through the bottom end of the accommodating part and extends into the accommodating part;
when the low-temperature cigarette needs to be heated, the heating part is inserted into the low-temperature cigarette to heat the low-temperature cigarette; when the low-temperature cigarettes need to be extracted, the first driving part is rotated to enable the cigarette clamping part to move along the positive direction of the accommodating part to clamp the low-temperature cigarettes, then the accommodating part is moved to enable the accommodating part to move in the direction away from the heating part, and the low-temperature cigarettes are at least partially separated from the heating part;
the first driving part is used for driving the cigarette clamping part to move reversely along the cigarette accommodating part during rotation so as to loosen the low-temperature cigarettes, so that the low-temperature cigarettes are extracted;
the cigarette clamping device is characterized by further comprising a first motor, a groove body is arranged on the inner wall of the accommodating part, the first driving part is embedded in the groove body, and the first motor drives the first driving part to rotate along the groove body, so that the cigarette clamping part moves along the radial direction of the accommodating part;
the bottom of the accommodating part is fixedly provided with a supporting part, the top of the heating part penetrates through the top surface of the supporting part and extends into the accommodating part, the first motor is fixedly connected with the supporting part, and the supporting part moves through the guide part, so that the accommodating part moves in the direction away from or close to the heating part.
2. The smoking device of claim 1, wherein the first motor drives the first driving portion to rotate from a first position to a second position, so that the cigarette clamping portion moves forward along the accommodating portion to clamp the low-temperature cigarette.
3. The smoking device of claim 2, wherein the first motor drives the first driving portion to rotate from the second position to the first position, so that the cigarette clamping portion moves in a reverse direction along the accommodating portion to loosen the low-temperature cigarette.
4. The smoking device of claim 1, wherein the output shaft of the first motor is connected to a second drive part, the second drive part engaging with an outer wall of the first drive part; the first motor drives the first driving part and the second driving part to rotate, and the cigarette clamping part is driven to move along the radial direction of the accommodating part.
5. A smoking device according to claim 4, wherein the first drive part comprises a boss or cam; the second driving part includes a gear.
6. A smoking device according to claim 1, wherein the inner side wall of the cigarette gripping portion is provided with a circumferential gripping portion for compressing the low temperature cigarette.
7. A smoking device according to claim 6, wherein the circumferential gripping portion comprises circumferential gripping striations; the cross section of the circumferential clamping stripe is triangular, semicircular, elliptical and/or polygonal.
8. A smoking device according to claim 6, wherein the number of circumferential gripping portions is one or more; when the number of the circumferential clamping parts is multiple, the circumferential clamping parts are arranged at intervals in the axial direction.
9. The smoking device of claim 1, wherein a protrusion is disposed at a bottom of the cigarette clamping portion, and the protrusion is inserted into a bottom end of the receiving portion to prevent the cigarette clamping portion from rotating circumferentially along the receiving portion.
10. The smoking device of claim 1, wherein the cigarette clamping portion comprises a plurality of arc-shaped clamping portions, and the arc-shaped clamping portions are arranged in a linkage manner, so that the arc-shaped clamping portions move forward or backward together along the accommodating portion, and then clamp or loosen the low-temperature cigarette.
11. A smoking device according to claim 10, wherein the number of arcuate gripping portions is two.
12. The smoking device of claim 10, wherein an elastic part is disposed between adjacent arc-shaped clamping parts, and two ends of the elastic part are fixedly disposed on the side walls of the arc-shaped clamping parts for driving the arc-shaped clamping parts to move along the accommodating parts in opposite directions.
13. A smoking device according to claim 12, wherein the resilient portion is provided as a spring.
14. A smoking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cigarette gripping portion is provided as a resilient clamping sleeve.
15. The smoking device of claim 1, wherein the guiding portion comprises a first guiding rod and a second guiding rod, first ends of the first guiding rod and the second guiding rod are fixedly connected with the side wall of the housing, second ends of the first guiding rod and the second guiding rod are provided with stopping portions, and two ends of the supporting portion respectively penetrate through the first guiding rod and the second guiding rod and can move along the first guiding rod and the second guiding rod.
16. The smoking device of claim 15, further comprising a second motor, wherein the second motor is fixedly connected to the stop portion on the first guide rod, an output shaft of the second motor is connected to a first end of a screw portion, a second end of the screw portion is rotatably disposed on the side wall of the housing, and the second motor drives the screw portion to rotate so as to drive the support portion to reciprocate along the first guide rod and the second guide rod.
17. The smoking apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the screw portion is threadably connected to the support portion and a second end of the screw portion is rotatably connected to the housing sidewall through a top surface of the support portion.
18. The smoking device of claim 16, wherein the screw portion is threadably connected to a slide table, the slide table being fixedly connected to the support portion.
19. The smoking device of claim 16, wherein the second motor rotates in a forward direction to move the support portion away from the heating portion, such that the low temperature cigarette is at least partially separated from the heating portion.
20. The smoking apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the second motor is rotated in a reverse direction to move the support portion in a direction to approach the heating portion to return to the initial position.
21. The smoking device of claim 15, wherein the support portion is provided as a cross plate and the first and second guide bars are each provided as longitudinal bars.
22. The smoking device according to claim 16, wherein a battery part is arranged in the housing, the battery part is connected with the first motor, the second motor and the heating part through a control board, and the control board is used for controlling the first motor and the second motor to rotate and/or stop and controlling the heating part to heat and/or stop heating the low-temperature cigarette.
23. A smoking device according to claim 22, wherein the control panel is provided with a charging interface for charging the battery portion.
24. The smoking device of claim 22, wherein the housing has a control button on a side wall thereof, the control button being connected to the control board, the control button being configured to input a heating signal, a smoke extraction signal and/or a recovery signal.
25. The smoking apparatus according to claim 24, wherein the second motor rotates in a reverse direction to drive the supporting portion to return to the initial position after a specific time interval or after the restoring signal is input through the control button, and the whole smoke extraction process is completed.
26. The smoking device according to claim 22, wherein a control button is arranged on the side wall of the housing, an information reminding part for reminding a user of taking out the low-temperature cigarette is arranged on the control button, and the information reminding part comprises a vibrator and/or light.
27. The smoking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the heating part includes a resistance heating element or an electromagnetic induction heating element; the cross section of the heating part is set to be circular, oval or polygonal.
