Abstract

The embodiment of the invention relates to a foldable mobile terminal. The foldable mobile terminal includes: a housing; a flexible display panel disposed on the housing; at least part of the lower surface preset area of the flexible display panel in the shell is provided with a magnetic material layer; and the electromagnetic device is arranged in the shell and corresponds to the magnetic material layer, and can generate an interaction force with the magnetic material layer after being electrified so as to recover the crease generated after the flexible display panel is folded. An object of embodiments of the present invention is to provide a foldable mobile terminal, which may overcome, at least to some extent, one or more of the problems due to the limitations and disadvantages of the related art.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a foldable mobile terminal, including:
a housing;
a flexible display panel disposed on the housing; at least part of the lower surface preset area of the flexible display panel in the shell is provided with a magnetic material layer;
and the electromagnetic device is arranged in the shell and corresponds to the magnetic material layer, and can generate an interaction force with the magnetic material layer after being electrified so as to recover the crease generated after the flexible display panel is folded.
In an embodiment of the invention, the preset region includes a first region, a second region and a third region sequentially arranged.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first region and the second region are provided with magnetic material layers, and the polarities of the magnetic materials of the first region and the second region are opposite; or the second region and the third region are provided with magnetic material layers, and the magnetic material polarities of the second region and the third region are opposite.

The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.

As described in the background art, in the related art, when the foldable mobile terminal is folded, the foldable display screen is easily deformed due to stress during bending, and as the service life increases, the deformation is gradually serious, so as to generate creases, which can affect the display yield of the display panel and reduce the user experience.
The present exemplary embodiment provides a foldable mobile terminal. Referring to fig. 2, the foldable mobile terminal may include: the display device comprises a shell 110, a flexible display panel 120 and an electromagnetic device 140, wherein the flexible display panel 120 is arranged on the shell 110; at least a partial region of the flexible display panel 120 located in the preset region 130 of the lower surface in the housing 110 is provided with a magnetic material layer; the electromagnetic device 140 is disposed in the housing 110 and corresponds to the magnetic material layer, and after the electromagnetic device 140 is powered on, an interaction force is generated between the electromagnetic device and the magnetic material layer to recover the fold formed after the flexible display panel 120 is folded.
According to the foldable mobile terminal, the magnetic material layer is arranged on the lower surface of the flexible display panel 120 of the foldable mobile terminal, the electromagnetic device is arranged in the shell 110 of the foldable mobile terminal, after the foldable mobile terminal is folded, the crease of the flexible display panel 120 is recovered to a certain extent through the interaction force between the magnetic material and the electromagnetic device 140, on one hand, the display yield of the flexible display panel 120 and the user experience are improved, and on the other hand, the service life of the flexible display panel 120 is prolonged.
Hereinafter, the respective parts of the above-described foldable mobile terminal in the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
In one embodiment, the foldable mobile terminal may include, but is not limited to, a smartphone. The shell can be a back shell or a shell of the mobile phone. Referring to fig. 3, the preset region includes a first region 131, a second region 132, and a third region 133, which are sequentially disposed. The first region 131, the second region 132 and the third region 133 may be disposed adjacent to each other in sequence, or may be disposed at intervals in sequence, and the second region 132 may be located at a fold of the flexible display panel, which is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 5, the first region 131 and the second region 132 are provided with magnetic material layers, and the magnetic materials of the first region 131 and the second region 132 have opposite polarities; alternatively, the second region 132 and the third region 133 are provided with magnetic material layers, and the magnetic material polarities of the second region 132 and the third region 133 are opposite. Specifically, when the first and second regions 131 and 132 are provided with magnetic material layers, the polarities of the magnetic materials of the first and second regions 131 and 132 may be one and the other of the S-pole and the N-pole, respectively; when the second region 132 and the third region 133 are provided with magnetic material layers, the polarities of the magnetic materials of the second region 132 and the third region 133 may be one and the other of the S pole and the N pole, respectively, but are not limited thereto. So configured, the crease of the flexible display panel 120 can be better recovered.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the first region 131, the second region 132 and the third region 133 are all provided with magnetic material layers, and the magnetic material polarity of the first region 131 and the third region 133 is the same, but opposite to the magnetic material polarity of the second region 132. Specifically, when the polarity of the magnetic material in the first region 131 and the third region 133 is S, the polarity of the magnetic material in the second region 132 is N; when the polarity of the magnetic material in the first region 131 and the third region 133 is N, the polarity of the magnetic material in the second region 132 is S, but not limited thereto. So configured, the crease of the flexible display panel 120 can be further better recovered.
In one embodiment, the magnetic material layer is attached to the lower surface of the flexible display panel 120 by glue. The magnetic material is a material that is capable of reacting in some way to a magnetic field.
In one embodiment, the magnetic material layer is a magnetic paint applied to the lower surface of the flexible display panel 120. The magnetic coating is a coating containing magnetic raw materials and can generate interaction force with magnetic substances. The specific coating process can refer to the prior art, and is not described in detail herein.
In one embodiment, the predetermined region 130 is a foldable region, and a bending part (not shown) may be disposed in the housing at a position corresponding to the foldable region. The mobile terminal may perform a folding operation through the bending part (not shown), but is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the bending member may be a bending hinge (not shown). The bending hinge (not shown) may enable the flexible display panel 120 to be folded inwards when the mobile terminal is bent, or may enable the flexible display panel 120 to be folded outwards when the mobile terminal is bent, but is not limited thereto. For the specific structure of the bending hinge, reference may be made to the prior art, and details thereof are not described herein.
In one embodiment, the electromagnetic device 140 may be disposed on the kink hinge (not shown) or in the region of the kink hinge. The device operated by an electromagnet is called an electromagnetic device 140, the electromagnet is a device which generates electromagnetism by electrifying and winding a conductive winding matched with the power of the electromagnet outside an iron core, the coil which is electrified has magnetism like a magnet, and the electromagnet has magnetism when being electrified and then disappears after being powered off. The electromagnetic device 140 is disposed on the bending hinge or in the region of the bending hinge, and the electromagnetic device 140 can be controlled by a controller in the terminal, such as a processor, but is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the electromagnetic device 140 is energized at a preset time; the preset time may be when the mobile terminal is charged. Specifically, the electromagnetic device 140 may be powered on when the mobile terminal is charged, and has magnetism after being powered on, and generates an interaction force with the magnetic material layer to recover the fold on the flexible display panel 120 to a certain extent, but is not limited thereto.
