According to the invention, the spiral spring is used as the brake spring, the first end of the brake spring is fixed, the second end is in a free state, and the rotation direction of the brake spring is consistent with the rotation direction of the transmission shaft and the brake seat when the lifting upright post component extends, so that when the lifting upright post component extends (rises), the brake seat rotates along the rotation direction of the brake spring, the inner diameter of the brake spring is enlarged, the friction force between the brake seat and the brake spring is reduced, and the locking structure (the brake spring) cannot influence the extension of the lifting upright post component; when the lifting upright post component contracts, the brake base rotates along the reverse direction of the rotation direction of the brake spring, the inner diameter of the brake spring is reduced, so that the friction force between the brake base and the brake spring is increased, the contraction resistance of the lifting upright post component is increased, and the lifting upright post component can be locked by the locking structure (the brake spring) when contracting (descending).

As shown in fig. 1-8, an embodiment of the lifting driving device with a unidirectional braking and locking function of the present invention includes a transmission shaft 1, a motor 2, a fixing pad 3, a supporting member 4, a brake base housing 5, a brake spring 6, a brake base 7, and a lifting column assembly 8.
The output shaft of the motor 2 is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft 1, and two ends of the transmission shaft 1 are respectively connected with the spiral elevator in a lifting upright post component 8 of the electric lifting table, and the transmission shaft 1 and the spiral elevator are driven by the motor 2 to realize the lifting or descending of the electric lifting table (the part is the prior art, so that too much description is not provided).
The transmission shaft 1 is provided with a locking structure. The locking structure comprises a brake seat shell 5 arranged on the transmission shaft 1 in a clearance fit mode, a brake seat 7 arranged on the transmission shaft 1 in an interference fit mode, and a brake spring 6 arranged on the brake seat 7 in an interference fit mode, wherein the brake spring 6 is arranged on the outer circular surface of the brake seat 7 in an interference fit mode through the inner wall of the brake spring 6, and the brake seat 7 provided with the brake spring 6 is arranged in a mounting groove 51 in the brake seat shell 5. The brake spring 6 is a spiral spring wound by a spring wire, and the rotating direction of the brake spring 6 is consistent with the rotating direction of the transmission shaft 1 and the brake base 7 when the lifting upright post component 8 extends. The brake base 7 is preferably made of engineering material with high rigidity, so that the brake base 7 has mechanical characteristics of high wear resistance and high strength. The brake spring 6 preferably adopts the cylindrical helical spring that the spring wire processing of square cross section formed, and the surface of brake spring 6 carries out polishing treatment, and the surface is smooth for the contact surface of brake spring 6 and brake seat 7 is bigger, and the inner wall of brake spring 6 more closely cooperates with the excircle surface of brake seat 7.
When the lifting upright post component is used, the motor 2 drives the transmission shaft 1 to rotate when rotating in the forward direction, the lifting upright post component 8 extends, the transmission shaft 1 drives the brake base 7 to rotate in the forward direction, the rotation direction of the brake spring 6 is consistent with the rotation direction of the transmission shaft 1 and the brake base 7 when the lifting upright post component 8 extends, so that the brake base 7 rotates in the rotation direction of the brake spring 6, at the moment, the first end 61 of the brake spring 6 is clamped by the limiting groove 511 of the brake base shell 5, and the second end 62 is in a free state, so that the inner diameter of the brake spring 6 is enlarged, the friction force between the brake base 7 and the brake spring 6 is reduced, and the extension of the lifting upright post component cannot be influenced by the locking structure (the brake spring 6). When the motor 2 rotates reversely, the motor 2 drives the transmission shaft 1 to rotate reversely, the lifting upright post component 8 contracts, meanwhile, the transmission shaft 1 drives the brake seat 7 to rotate reversely, the brake seat 7 rotates reversely along the rotating direction of the brake spring 6, similarly, because the first end 61 of the brake spring 6 is clamped and fixed by the limiting groove 511 of the brake seat shell 5, the second end 62 is in a free state, the inner diameter of the brake spring 6 is reduced, the friction force between the brake seat 7 and the brake spring 6 is increased, the contraction resistance of the lifting upright post component 8 is increased, and the lifting upright post component 8 is locked by the locking structure (the brake spring 6) after being contracted to a certain length. Obviously, the above description is made by taking the active rotation of the motor 2 as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this, when the motor 2 is not started, the lifting column assembly 8 bears a load, so that the lifting column assembly 8 tends to contract downward, the transmission shaft 1 tends to rotate in a passive reverse direction, the brake base 7 also tends to rotate in a passive reverse direction, and since the rotation direction of the brake spring 6 is consistent with the rotation direction of the transmission shaft 1 and the brake base 7 when the lifting column assembly 8 extends, the inner diameter of the brake spring 6 is reduced, the friction between the brake base 7 and the brake spring 6 is increased, the contraction resistance of the lifting column assembly 8 is increased, that is, the lifting column assembly 8 is locked by the locking structure (the brake spring 6).
The above embodiment is described by taking an electric lifting table as an example, and the lifting column assembly 8 is set to extend when the motor 2 rotates forward, but obviously, the invention is not limited to the above manner, for example, the invention can also be applied to the transmission shaft locking of a non-electric lifting table, and the lifting column assembly 8 can also be set to retract when the motor 2 rotates forward.
