Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, each of the connection frames 10 and each of the second beams 12 of the multi-tub fixing connection structure are integrally formed of a rigid material such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc. by means of stamping, die casting, etc., which reduces a single production cost and greatly improves production efficiency due to the integral formation, and even if the multi-tub fixing connection structure vibrates up and down due to the work of the laundry treating tub 20 thereon, the pair of connection frames 10 formed rigidly and integrally can reduce shearing load and bending load at the mutual fitting portion of the taper bolt 31 and the taper hole 21, which improves the safety factor of the taper bolt assembly 30 for fixing the laundry treating tub 20. In addition, since the pair of connection frames 10 and the second beams 12 fixedly connecting the connection frames 10 and the second beams are integrally formed by rigid materials, fastening methods such as bolts and welding are omitted between the first beams 11 and the second beams 12, and the risk that the fastening methods of the bolts and the welding are disabled due to vibration generated when the connection frames 10 are operated by the laundry treatment tub 20 is avoided.
In one embodiment, the interval span between the first installation position and the second installation position is 370mm to 1182mm, and the specific numerical range of the interval span not only meets the requirement of the large-span fixed connection, but also can ensure that the connection stability of the large-span fixed connection is high and the connection stability is good.
Referring to fig. 2, another embodiment of the present invention provides a clothes treating apparatus, which includes any one of the above-mentioned multiple-tub fixed connection structures, a support frame 50 disposed at an outer periphery of the multiple-tub fixed connection structure, and three upper, middle, and lower clothes treating tubs sequentially disposed up and down, wherein the upper and lower clothes treating tubs are respectively and fixedly connected to the pair of first connection parts and the pair of second connection parts, and the middle clothes treating tub is disposed in a gap between the pair of connection frames 10 and is fixedly connected to the support frame 50, so that not only is the structure compact for the connection and fixation of the three clothes treating tubs achieved, but also the middle clothes treating tub is relatively independently and fixedly connected to the support frame 50, thereby reducing mutual influence of the three clothes treating tubs during operation, and improving the operation stability of the clothes treating apparatus.

Claims (12)

1. A multi-tub fixed connection structure capable of installing a plurality of laundry treating tubs in a large span, comprising:
the connecting frames are oppositely arranged at intervals, each connecting frame comprises two first beams extending along the vertical direction in the height direction of the connecting frame, and a first multifunctional connecting piece with a first connecting part and a second multifunctional connecting piece with a second connecting part, which are oppositely arranged at two ends of the two first beams, wherein a pair of first connecting parts and a pair of second connecting parts respectively form a clothes processing barrel mounting position, the first mounting positions of the first connecting parts are upwards fixedly connected with two ends of one clothes processing barrel, and the second mounting positions of the second connecting parts are downwards fixedly connected with two ends of the other clothes processing barrel;
and at least two second beams respectively connected at the middle upper part between the first beams of the two connecting frames which are oppositely arranged at intervals.

The structure of claim 1, wherein the first connection part includes a first opening having a first curved surface, the second connection part includes a second opening having a second curved surface, and each of the laundry treating tubs is fixed to the first and second multi-function connectors by a plurality of fixing members.
3. The structure of claim 2, wherein the first curved surface is a first curved surface having a first curvature as a whole, and the second curved surface comprises a central concave surface and symmetrical second curved surfaces having a second curvature, each of the first curved surfaces is adapted to support the arc-shaped outer circumference of one of the laundry treating tubs, and each of the central concave surface and each of the second curved surfaces is adapted to support the convex outer circumference and the arc-shaped outer circumference of the other laundry treating tub.
4. The multi-barrel fixed connection structure of claim 2, wherein the second multifunctional connector further comprises a reinforcing connector disposed opposite to the second opening and having two ends respectively connected to the first beam.

The multi-barrel fixing and connecting structure according to claim 2, wherein the fixing component is a taper bolt component, the taper bolt component comprises a taper bolt and a fixing nut, the clothes processing barrel, the first multifunctional connecting piece and the second multifunctional connecting piece are correspondingly provided with a plurality of pairs of taper holes and through holes for respectively allowing a taper bolt to pass through, the threaded end of each taper bolt is screwed with one fixing nut, the end of the taper bolt opposite to the threaded end is provided with a nut with a notch, and the clothes processing barrel is provided with a boss abutting against the notch.
6. The structure of claim 5, wherein each of said through holes is disposed at equal intervals in a horizontal direction, and one of said through holes is disposed at an end of each of said first beams adjacent to the corresponding one of said second multi-function connectors.
7. The structure of claim 1, further comprising at least two reinforcing tie beam assemblies, each of said reinforcing tie beam assemblies being disposed parallel to said second beam between said first beams of said opposed spaced apart pairs of said tie frames.
8. The multi-barrel fixing and connecting structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein the reinforcing and connecting beam assembly comprises a reinforcing and connecting beam body, corner connectors, a switching screw, a first switching nut, a second switching nut, a fastening bolt and a fastening nut, wherein the first switching nut is fixed to each end of the reinforcing and connecting beam body, the first switching nut is fixed to each end of the switching screw, threads are arranged at each end of the switching screw, one end of each switching screw is screwed to the first switching nut, the other end of each switching screw penetrates through a through hole formed in the first beam and is screwed to the second switching nut, at least one corner connector is arranged at a position where each end of the reinforcing and connecting beam body is fixedly connected to one first beam, each pair of corner connectors are oppositely arranged on each side of each end of the reinforcing and connecting beam body, and for each corner connector, the fastening bolt penetrates through the corner connector and the first beam in sequence and is screwed to the fastening nut, the first connection terminal surface of angle sign indicating number with first roof beam fixed connection, through fastening bolt passes in proper order the angle sign indicating number with strengthen the tie-beam body and with fastening nut screws mutually, the second connection terminal surface of angle sign indicating number with strengthen tie-beam body fixed connection.
9. The multi-barrel fixed connection structure as claimed in claim 8, wherein two ends of the reinforced connection beam body are respectively provided with a limiting groove, and the first transfer nut is fixed in each limiting groove by welding.
10. A multi-barrel fixed connection according to any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein each said connection frame is integrally formed with each said second beam from a rigid material.
11. A multi-barrel secure connection according to any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein the spacing between the first and second mounting locations spans 370mm to 1182 mm.
12. A clothes treating apparatus comprising the multi-tub fixing and connecting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 11, a support frame provided at an outer periphery of the multi-tub fixing and connecting structure, and three upper, middle and lower clothes treating tubs sequentially provided one above the other, the upper clothes treating tub and the lower clothes treating tub being connected by the multi-tub fixing and connecting structure, wherein the upper clothes treating tub is fixedly connected to a pair of the first connecting portions, the lower clothes treating tub is fixedly connected to a pair of the second connecting portions, and the middle clothes treating tub is provided at a middle position of the pair of connecting frames and is fixedly connected to the support frame.
