By adopting the scheme of the invention, the supply of fresh air in the cabin can be ensured under the condition that the outside atmosphere is polluted.

Description

Ventilation system for personnel in enclosed space on ship
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a ventilation system for personnel in a closed space on a ship.
Background
The air required for the normal breathing of the persons in the cabin of the ship is mainly delivered to the designated places by the ventilation system. The ventilation system has the main function of introducing fresh air of the external environment and replacing turbid air in the cabin so as to meet the requirement of normal activities of personnel on the ship. However, if dangerous chemical leakage or radioactive pollution exists in the water area where the ship sails, the life health of people on the ship is harmed if external air is introduced, and at the moment, the original ventilation system cannot meet the use requirement.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a ventilation system for persons in an enclosed space on board a ship, which is capable of ensuring the supply of fresh air inside the cabin in the normal state and in the case of contaminated outside atmosphere.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a ventilation system for personnel in an enclosed space on a ship, comprising:
at least one gas cylinder;
the gas storage bottle is communicated with the interior of the cabin through the gas transmission pipeline in the opening state of the control valve, and the gas transmission pipeline is in the closing state when the control valve is closed;
the check valve is arranged on the side wall of the cabin and is connected with the outside atmosphere; and
the pressure balance valve is connected with the check valve in a matching way;
when the pressure balance valve and the check valve are used, if the interior of the cabin is too large, the pressure balance valve and the check valve are sequentially communicated and exhaust to the outside.
Further, the gas bomb is provided with a breathing air compressor, and the air outlet end of the breathing air compressor is communicated with the gas bomb through a pipeline and inflates the gas bomb in a conventional state.
Furthermore, a pressure reducing valve is arranged on the gas transmission pipeline.
Further, the pressure balancing valve is configured with a pressure monitoring sensor.
Further, an oxygen content measuring device is disposed inside the chamber.
Further, an air purification member is disposed inside the chamber, and the air purification member includes at least a carbon dioxide absorbing device.
Furthermore, the gas transmission pipeline is arranged to be a parallel pipeline, the gas transmission pipeline is divided into a plurality of branches which are communicated with the cabins one by one, and each branch is provided with a control valve.
Further, each compartment is provided with a combination of a check valve and a pressure balancing valve.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the supply of fresh air in the cabin can be guaranteed under the condition that the outside atmosphere is polluted, the breathing air compressor is started and inflates the gas storage bottle under the conventional state, once the ship drives into the polluted water area, the breathing air compressor stops running, the gas storage bottle supplies gas to the cabin through the gas transmission pipeline, so that the inside of the cabin is kept in a positive pressure state relative to the outside atmosphere, and because each cabin is provided with a set of combination of the check valve and the pressure balance valve, if the inside of the cabin is too large, the pressure balance valve and the check valve are sequentially communicated and exhaust to the outside, the polluted outside atmosphere is prevented from entering the inside of the cabin, and the safety of personnel in the cabin is guaranteed;
2. the quality of the air in the cabin can be well monitored and controlled, the oxygen content in the cabin can be monitored at any time due to the arrangement of the oxygen content measuring device, the air quality in the cabin can be improved at any time due to the arrangement of the carbon dioxide absorbing device, and the purpose of purifying the air is achieved.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a system layout diagram of the present invention.
In the figure: 1-a breathing air compressor; 2-gas storage cylinder; 3-a pressure reducing valve; 4-a control valve; 5-a pressure balancing valve; 6-pressure monitoring sensor; 7-an oxygen content measuring device; 8-a carbon dioxide absorption unit; 9-check valve.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1, a ventilating system for persons in an enclosed space on a ship, comprises:
the gas storage cylinder 2 is independently arranged outside the cabin and used for storing high-pressure gas, and the gas storage cylinder 2 can be placed at other positions on the ship as required;
the gas transmission pipeline is provided with a control valve 4, the gas storage bottle 2 is communicated with the interior of the cabin through the gas transmission pipeline when the control valve 4 is opened, and the gas transmission pipeline is in a closed state when the control valve 4 is closed;
a check valve 9 arranged on the side wall of the cabin and connected with the outside atmosphere; and
and the pressure balance valve 5 is matched and connected with the check valve 9, the pressure balance valve 5 is positioned in the cabin, and the pressure balance valve 5 is provided with a pressure monitoring sensor 6.
When the ship drives into the polluted area, the ventilation system is in a use state, such as the cabin is too large, the pressure balance valve 5 and the check valve 9 are sequentially communicated and exhaust to the outside. Since the ship is provided with a plurality of compartments, each compartment is provided with a combination of a check valve 9 and a pressure balance valve 5.
Above-mentioned gas bomb 2 disposes breathing air compressor 1, and breathing air compressor 1's the end of giving vent to anger is through pipeline and 2 switch-ons of gas bomb and aerifys in gas bomb 2 under conventional state, and breathing air compressor 1 should be full of gas bomb 2 in advance when boats and ships normally sail and the external world does not have the pollutant.
A pressure reducing valve 3 is arranged on the gas transmission pipeline; an oxygen content measuring device 7 is disposed in the chamber, and an air cleaning member including at least a carbon dioxide absorbing device 8 is disposed in the chamber.
The gas transmission pipeline is set to be a parallel pipeline, the gas transmission pipeline is divided into a plurality of branches which are communicated with a plurality of cabins one by one, and each branch is provided with a control valve 4 with an opening and closing function.
When the outside environment has pollutants, the inlet and outlet of a shutter or a ventilator cap and the like of the conventional air-conditioning ventilation system are both in a closed state, the door and the window of the cabin are also in a closed state, and the whole cabin is in airtight isolation with the outside; the high-pressure air in the air storage bottle 2 supplies air to the cabin through the pressure reducing valve 3, so that the air pressure in the cabin is slightly higher than the external atmospheric pressure; meanwhile, a distributed pressure monitoring device in the cabin is arranged, when the pressure in the cabin is higher than a certain limit value of the external atmospheric pressure, the pressure balance valve 5 is opened, the pressure balance valve 5 and the check valve 9 are sequentially communicated and exhaust to the outside, so that the pressure in the cabin is adjusted.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
