The invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A composite board polishing machine with a cleaning device is shown in figures 1-4 and comprises a workbench 1, wherein a lifting cylinder 2 is arranged above the workbench 1, a first fixing block 3 is connected below the lifting cylinder 2, a driving gear 4 is arranged in the first fixing block 3, the first fixing block 3 is provided with a driving motor 5 connected with the axial lead of the driving gear 4, the driving gear 4 is meshed with four racks 6, the four racks 6 are symmetrically distributed about the circle center of the driving gear 4, the racks 6 are connected with a second fixing block 7, a polishing motor 8 is arranged below the second fixing block 7, the polishing motor 8 is connected with a polishing disc 9, the workbench 1 comprises a placing plate 10 for supporting a composite board, one side of the placing plate 10 is fixedly connected with a rotating gear 11, the rotating gear 11 is meshed with an inclined gear 12, the tilt gear 12 is connected with a tilt motor 13, and the placing plate 10 is provided with a fixing means for fixing the composite plate. One end of the inclined plate 40 is provided with a plurality of cutting motors 49, the cutting motors 49 are connected with a plurality of cutting discs 50, and the circumferential direction of the cutting discs 50 is provided with a plurality of slices 51.
An auxiliary motor 52 is arranged in the middle of the inclined plate 40, and a cutting plate 53 is connected to the auxiliary motor 52.
The fixing device comprises an extension plate 14 connected with the placing plate 10, a fixed motor 15 is arranged on the extension plate 14, the fixed motor 15 is connected with a threaded rod 16, the threaded rod 16 is connected with a fixing plate 17, the fixing plate 17 is integrally connected with a first limiting rod 18 perpendicular to the fixing plate 17, and part of the first limiting rod 18 is positioned in the extension plate 14.
The middle of the rack 6 is provided with a through groove 19 for the adjacent rack 6 to pass through. The adjacent racks 6 can pass through the through groove 19, and the moving range of the racks 6 can be increased, so that the moving track of the polishing motor 8 is increased. It should be noted that the thickness of the rack 6 with the through groove 19 in the plurality of racks 6 will be greater than the thickness of the rack 6 inserted therein, so that when the rack 6 with the maximum thickness moves along the direction of the rack 6, the rack 6 with the minimum thickness will also be in the through groove 19 of the rack 6 with the maximum thickness, and the rack 6 with the minimum thickness can be prevented from being stuck to each other.
A fine adjustment device is arranged between the rack 6 and the second fixing block 7, the fine adjustment device comprises a fine adjustment cylinder 20 fixedly connected with the rack 6, and the fine adjustment cylinder 20 is connected with the second fixing block 7.
Polishing motor 8's top is connected with locating lever 21, locating lever 21 and 7 threaded connection of second fixed block, the solid fixed ring 22 of upper end fixedly connected with of locating lever 21, the side of solid fixed ring 22 is rotated and is connected with second gag lever post 23, the top of second fixed block 7 is provided with the joint groove 24 that is used for with second gag lever post 23 joint.
The workbench 1 is provided with a cleaning device below the placing plate 10, the cleaning device comprises a channel 25 arranged below the placing plate 10, the side wall of the channel 25 is provided with a plurality of buffer blocks 27, the side surface of the channel 25 is provided with a high-pressure spray head 28, and a recovery box 26 is arranged below the channel 25.
The channel 25 is provided with scrubbing air cylinders 29 at two sides of the recovery box 26, scrubbing blocks 30 are connected to the scrubbing air cylinders 29, and brushes 31 are arranged below the scrubbing blocks 30.
A recovery cylinder 32 is provided below the recovery box 26.
The cutting board 53 is divided into an upper part 54 and a lower part 55, a vertical rod 56 is integrally connected to one side of the upper part 54 facing the lower part 55, a first accommodating groove 57 for accommodating the vertical rod 56 is formed in one side of the lower part 55 facing the upper part 54, a spring 58 is sleeved on the vertical rod 56, one end of the spring 58 is connected with the upper part 54, the other end of the spring 58 is connected with the lower part 55, and the cutting board 53 is provided with an adjusting device for adjusting the height of the cutting board 53.
Adjusting device includes the adjusting motor 59 with cutting board 53 one end fixed connection, adjusting motor 59 is connected with third gear 60, third gear 60 meshes there is fourth gear 61, the middle part of fourth gear 61 is fixed to be worn to be equipped with the second threaded rod 62 with the middle part threaded connection of fourth gear 61, second threaded rod 62 an organic whole is connected with the third gag lever post 63 that is in the side of cutting board 53, the part of third gag lever post 63 is in the side of cutting board 53, cutting board 53 is provided with the second holding tank 64 that is used for holding third gag lever post 63.
