Example 1
In the embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2, a high-speed intelligent band sawing machine comprises a base, a bed and a saw frame 1, wherein the bed is arranged on the base and used for placing and clamping and transporting materials, the bed comprises a feeding belt 6, a front clamping device and a rear clamping device which are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the saw belt, the rear clamping device is arranged on the bed in a sliding manner along a feeding direction, the front clamping device comprises a front movable jaw 63 and a front micro-motion jaw 64 which are respectively arranged on two sides of the feeding belt, the rear clamping device comprises a rear movable jaw 61 and a rear micro-motion jaw 62 which are respectively arranged on two sides of the feeding belt, the bottoms of the rear movable jaw 61 and the rear micro-motion jaw 62 are connected, the front movable jaw 63 and the rear movable jaw 61 are both connected on the bed in a sliding manner along a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction and are driven by an oil cylinder, the front micro-motion jaw 64 and the rear micro-motion jaw 62 are both connected, the micro-motion oil cylinder is arranged in the two micro-motion jaws in a sealing way; the feeding belt 6 is provided with a first magnetic grid ruler connected with the rear clamping device along the feeding direction, the first magnetic grid ruler is used for positioning the front position and the rear position of the rear clamping device, the second magnetic grid ruler is arranged on the rear movable jaw 61 along the clamping direction, the second magnetic grid ruler is used for positioning the clamping position of the rear movable jaw 61 according to the material size, the rear movable jaw 61 is further provided with a clamping pressure detection device, and no material exists when the rear movable jaw 61 moves to the clamping position without detecting the clamping pressure. The back of the saw belt is pressed by the point pressing pieces on the two sides at a certain frequency to enable the saw belt to vibrate up and down synchronously left and right, so that cutting chips are cut off or vibrated down in time, the saw belt is more stable to saw, and the service life of the saw belt is long; meanwhile, as the press part is continuously contacted with the back of the saw belt, the pressure sensor is integrated on the side, contacted with the back of the saw belt, of the press part on the right side, so that the pressure value borne by the saw back can be timely fed back to the lifting servo motor 15; since the material and shape of the material affect the shape of the sawdust, the pulse servo motor 31 can adjust the rotating speed of the dial wheel according to the cut material, so as to adjust the frequency of the sawdust breaking.
On the other hand, the saw back pressure feedback device is arranged at the back of the saw belt, the saw back feeds a pressure value back to the servo lifting driving system through the saw back pressure feedback device after the saw belt is lifted under stress, when the pressure is increased, the rotating speed of the servo motor is reduced, the feeding speed is reduced, and otherwise, the feeding speed is increased; meanwhile, the main motor feeds the output torque back to the servo lifting driving system through the encoder, when the output torque is increased, the rotating speed of the servo motor is reduced, the feeding speed is reduced, and otherwise, the feeding speed is increased; the output torque and the saw back pressure form double feedback control of the lifting speed of the saw frame, and meanwhile, when the lifting speed (namely the feeding speed) of the saw frame changes, the rotating speed of a main motor changes correspondingly, the sawing speed and the feeding speed are reasonably configured, closed-loop vector control is formed, the sawing efficiency is high, and the service life of a saw belt is greatly prolonged.
As shown in fig. 3, the guide plate 421 is movably connected with a movable guide plate 43, a space for the saw belt 14 to pass through is formed between the two movable guide plates 43, a saw deviation detecting device is arranged on the movable guide plate 43 and used for detecting the deviation degree of the saw belt, and the movable guide plate 43 is driven by an oil cylinder to adjust the distance.
As shown in fig. 1, the right saw band 14 of the right guide device 4 is further provided with a steel brush device 5, as shown in fig. 5, the steel brush device 5 comprises two brush wheels 54 respectively arranged at two sides of the saw band, the servo motor driving gear assembly 51 drives the two brush wheels 54 to rotate in different directions through a universal coupling 52, two ends of the universal coupling 52 are connected through a tension spring 53, so that the two brush wheels are always kept attached, a wheel cover 541 is fixed outside the brush wheels, an inward extending contact 55 is fixed on the wheel cover 541, and a contact sensing device is fixed between the two brush wheels.
The steel brush device is used for removing saw dust adhered to the saw belt, the brush wheels are driven to rotate reversely on two sides of the saw belt through the gear transmission structure, the two brush wheels are guaranteed to brush the saw dust in the same direction from two sides, the surfaces of the brush wheels are gradually abraded in the using process, the diameters of the brush wheels are gradually reduced, and the peripheries of the two brush wheels are guaranteed to be always attached in the reducing process through the universal coupling and the tension spring; on the other hand, the brush wheel is provided with a contact which is synchronously retracted with the brush wheel, when the brush wheel is completely used up, the contact is contacted with the contact sensing device, and a signal is fed back to the control system to remind the user of replacing the brush wheel.
As shown in fig. 1, a saw band clamping device 2 is arranged on the left side of the left side guiding device, as shown in fig. 4, the saw band clamping device 2 comprises two guide wheels with different diameters and respectively arranged on two sides of the saw band, the guide wheel arranged on the rear side of the saw band 14 is composed of four guide bearings 21, the diameter of a front guide wheel 22 arranged on the front side of the saw band 14 is larger than that of the guide bearings, a pressing rod 23 is hinged on the saw band clamping device by taking a pressing rod rotating shaft 231 as an axis, the upper end of the pressing rod 23 is driven by an oil cylinder, the lower end of the pressing rod is rotatably connected with a self-aligning bearing, and the self-aligning.
The oil cylinder pushes the upper end of the pressure lever outwards, the lower end of the pressure lever drives the front guide wheel 22 to press the rear guide wheel, the circumferential surfaces of the guide wheels at two sides keep vertically pressing the saw belt under the action of the self-aligning bearing, the saw belt is prevented from deflecting, the front and rear (vertical to the belt surface direction) vibration of a loose section of the saw belt is reduced, the saw belt is enabled to run more stably, and the processing precision is ensured; on the other hand, the linear speeds of the guide wheels on the two sides are the same, but the diameters of the guide wheels on the two sides are not consistent, the rotating speeds of the guide wheels on the two sides are not consistent, and the vibration frequencies of the guide wheels are different, so that resonance formed by the guide wheels on the two sides and the vibration frequency of the saw belt are avoided, the saw belt runs more stably, the machining precision is ensured, the noise is reduced, and the service life of the saw belt is prolonged. At the same time, the saw band clamping device 2 is arranged at the left side of the left guide device, so that a pre-guide function is provided.
A sawdust cleaning device 7 is arranged on the base corresponding to the sawdust falling position and used for conveying the sawdust into a cleaning trolley 71; a water temperature and water pressure control device 8 for cooling water is also arranged on the base, the water temperature and water pressure are monitored in real time, and the cooling water is heated when the water temperature is too low; an oil temperature control device 81 is further arranged on the base, the oil temperature is monitored in real time, and the oil temperature is kept within a reasonable range through heating or cooling. The bottom of the saw frame is also provided with a quick descending device, when the saw frame has a certain distance away from the material, the descending speed of the saw frame is increased, and when the bottom of the saw frame is close to the material, the speed of the saw frame is restored to the required feeding speed. The light curtain sensing system is arranged around the base, and when a person is too close to the base, the light curtain sensing system senses and feeds back the sensed light to the control system to stop working or give an alarm. The saw frame 2 is also provided with a saw belt detection device, and when the saw frame detects that no saw belt is arranged on the driven wheel or the driving wheel, a worker is reminded of installing the saw belt in time.

In embodiment 2 shown in fig. 8, a high-speed intelligent band sawing machine has substantially the same structure as that of embodiment 1, except that the lowest points of two adjacent circular arc concave surfaces 323 are connected by a concave plane to form a long concave surface 324 with circular arc surfaces at both ends, and the long concave surface 324 extends in the circumferential direction.
After the pulse chip breaking device is started, the toggle surface drives the impulse bearing 41 to rotate, when the arc concave 323 section of the toggle surface is abutted to the bearing, the end part of the press part 42 is vibrated up and down at a certain frequency, and the back part of the saw belt is pressed at a certain frequency, so that the saw belt vibrates up and down at the frequency; when the long concave surface 324 of the dial surface rotates to abut against the bearing, the abutting time of the long concave surface and the bearing is longer than that of the arc concave surface, so that the lifting time of the pressing piece 42 and the saw belt is prolonged, the probability of discharging saw dust from the lifted saw belt is increased, the saw belt is prevented from vibrating at the same frequency all the time, resonance with other parts of the saw frame is avoided, and the stability is improved. Furthermore, the long concave surfaces 324 on the pulse chip breakers at the two ends of the saw band are ensured to be synchronously abutted against the pulse bearing 41, so that the saw band is ensured to simultaneously vibrate up and down along the length direction, and the cutting precision is ensured.
