The power switching principle is as follows: when the lithium battery is not input, the voltage of the base electrode of the triode Q1 is 0, the triode is not conducted, the voltage of the battery U1 is divided by the R6 and the R6, then a voltage drop larger than 0.7V is generated at the base electrode of the triode Q2, the triode Q2 is conducted, the G pole voltage of the MOS transistor Q3 is 0V, the MOS transistor is conducted, the U1 outputs Vout for power supply through the DS pole of the MOS transistor Q3, and the VOUT is equal to U1 because the voltage drop is hardly generated when the MOS transistor is conducted. When an external power supply is input and the external power supply input is larger than about 1V, a voltage drop of 0.7V is generated on the base electrode of the triode Q1, the triode is switched on, the voltage drop of the base electrode of the Q2 is 0, the triode Q2 is cut off, the G electrode on the MOS tube Q3 is high level, Vgs is larger than 0, the DS of the MOS tube Q3 is cut off, the output of the U1 is switched off, the external power supply supplies VOUT through the diode D2 for supplying power to equipment, and at the moment, the battery does not supply power.
The remaining power supply amount calculation unit calculates the remaining power of the lithium battery by using a battery remaining power calculation method based on a fuzzy neural network, when the remaining power of the lithium battery reaches an alarm threshold, in this embodiment, the alarm threshold is set to be 20% of the battery capacity, when the alarm threshold is reached, the remaining power supply amount calculation unit sends an electric signal to the controller, and the controller controls the intelligent alarm module to trigger the delay alarm circuit to perform delay alarm according to the electric signal, so as to remind a user that the electric quantity is too low, and meanwhile, sends a short message to a specific number to remind the user that the electric quantity is too low.
