The intelligent blind road system can also acquire relevant information of vehicles by data interaction with the vehicles, and send corresponding application and acceptance confirmation information for prompting or guiding blind people to use the vehicles. The vehicle may include: elevators, trains, buses, subways, high-speed rails, roll ladders, traffic lights, driverless/driverless vehicles, navigation devices/systems, and the like. Corresponding application and acceptance confirmation information can be sent out, for example: the elevator can help the blind to send an application for taking the elevator, and when the elevator reaches a corresponding floor and opens the door, the blind is prompted or guided to enter the elevator.
A second embodiment of the present invention is seen in figure 2. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a walking aid for the blind according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the walking assistance device for blind persons 100 includes the aforementioned detecting device 20. The blind walking aid 100 can be a stand-alone electronic device, or can be integrated into a cane, a cell phone, a watch, sunglasses, or other suitable item that the blind may carry with him.
The detecting device 20 receives the signal with the blind track information sent by the electronic identification device 10, and obtains the relevant information from the signal for prompting or guiding the blind to walk. The detecting device 20 can also give different prompts or directions for different users, and is suitable for different users to walk. The detection device 20 may also store or obtain the relevant information of the user through the network, and is used for giving a prompt or guidance suitable for the user according to the obtained blind road information and the relevant information of the user.
For example: the walking route suitable for the blind can be planned for the user according to the starting point and the ending point of the user, the user is guided to walk, and relevant information is obtained from each electronic identification device 10 passing through the route to prompt or guide the user to walk. If the relevant information changes, an appropriate route can be planned for the user again according to the new information.
The walking assisting device 100 for the blind person of the present invention may further include a navigation module, which can plan a travel route and a transportation means to be taken suitable for the blind person according to a start point and an end point of the user, a blind road suitable for the blind person, and a real-time status of the transportation means, and give a prompt or guide to the user to complete the planned route according to an actual situation during the travel of the blind person. The planned route is suitable for the blind, for example: the road is preferably a blind road, obstacles in the route are as few as possible, and obstacles which the blind cannot pass through cannot exist, and the like.
The planned route may be based on a road traffic model suitable for the blind. The road traffic model suitable for the blind can be established by acquiring road information and road condition information and then perfecting the road traffic model by combining map information and navigation information acquired from a map server and a navigation server. After the model is established, the scheme of the blind person going out is obtained through calculation and analysis according to real and complete information in the model range.
The road information may include: road and blind road width/curvature radius/slope/material/entrance/traffic light/crossing/connecting road/tool/environment/road surface condition/friction/bearing/height limit and the like. Wherein the tool may comprise: trains, subways, buses, and elevators, escalators, stairways, and the like. The traffic information may include: traffic/position/direction/speed/acceleration/obstacle information/vehicle information/traffic light information/climate condition/visibility condition/traffic accident condition, etc. of vehicles and pedestrians.
The building of the road traffic model suitable for the blind can be a new model through the acquired information, or can be a model suitable for the actual situation by selecting an existing model with high similarity to the actual situation according to the acquired information and correspondingly modifying the existing model according to the actual information. The judgment standard of the similarity can be set in advance, can be obtained according to big data analysis/artificial intelligence deep learning, and can be continuously optimized and perfected in the actual use process.
After a road traffic model suitable for the blind is established, the starting point and the end point of the user are obtained and substituted into the road traffic model suitable for the blind to obtain position information and relevant road information and road condition information, the travel of the user is planned according to the information, and the road information and the road condition information in the traveling process are combined according to the travel of the user and the personal information of the user to provide a traveling scheme for the blind. The user can safely and efficiently arrive at the designated destination when going out according to the scheme. In the invention, the trip scheme given by the planning of the user can be finished by the blind walking assisting device or the server, and is transmitted to the blind walking assisting device, and the blind walking assisting device helps the user to execute the scheme.
The walking assistance device 100 for the blind person of the present invention may further include a radar device for acquiring information about road conditions around the user, such as information about vehicles, pedestrians, and obstacles around the user, and prompting or guiding the user to walk. The radar device is preferably a camera, but may be other devices. After the image information of the road conditions around the user is obtained, the image information is intelligently analyzed or sent to a server for analysis, the influence of the real-time road condition information on the walking of the blind is analyzed, and how the blind should do the influence is prompted or guided to the user. The blind walking assisting device 100 can also obtain the road condition information around the user through a road monitoring device or other traffic systems, and is used for prompting or guiding the user to walk.
The blind walking assisting device 100 of the present invention can also be integrated on a wheelchair or an electric wheelchair, the wheelchair or the electric wheelchair including the blind walking assisting device 100 can plan a trip route suitable for a user to take the wheelchair and a vehicle to be taken according to a start point and an end point of the user, and a road suitable for the wheelchair to travel and a real-time condition of the vehicle, and give a prompt or guide to the user to complete the planned route according to an actual situation or generate an electric wheelchair trip scheme in a process that the user takes the wheelchair to trip, and the electric wheelchair executes the scheme to automatically trip.
The blind person walking assisting device 100 of the present invention can also be integrated on VR glasses, which include the blind person walking assisting device 100, and can plan a travel route and a vehicle to be taken suitable for a user to use VR glasses according to a start point and an end point of the user, and a road and a real-time condition of the vehicle suitable for the user to walk when using VR glasses, and give a prompt or guide to the user to complete the planned route according to an actual situation in the travel process when using VR glasses. Through above-mentioned VR glasses, the user that eyesight is normal can watch the VR video at the in-process of trip, and the user accomplishes the trip process at VR glasses suggestion or guide, has improved user's trip and has experienced.
The walking assisting device for the blind is based on the intelligent blind road system, the technical characteristics are in one-to-one correspondence, and the explanation of the intelligent blind road system can be referred to, so that the explanation is omitted.
A third embodiment of the present invention is seen in fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a blind assisting walking method based on an intelligent blind road system according to a third embodiment of the invention. As shown in the figure, the blind auxiliary walking method based on the intelligent blind road system comprises the following steps:
step 1: detecting the electronic identification device through a portable detection device;
step 2: acquiring blind road information by means of an identification electronic identification device;
and step 3: the blind person is assisted to walk through the acquired blind road information.
The blind person walking assisting method based on the intelligent blind road system is based on the intelligent traffic system and the blind person walking assisting device, technical characteristics are in one-to-one correspondence, and the descriptions of the intelligent traffic system and the blind person walking assisting device can be referred to, and are not repeated herein.
In summary, the intelligent blind sidewalk system, the blind walking assisting device based on the intelligent blind sidewalk system and the method of the invention comprise an electronic identification device and a detection device; the electronic identification device can be identified by the detection device, and the detection device is used for prompting or guiding the blind to walk by means of information obtained by identifying the electronic identification device. The blind walking assisting device comprises the detection device. The blind auxiliary walking method based on the intelligent blind road system comprises the following steps: detecting the electronic identification device through a portable detection device; acquiring blind road information by means of an identification electronic identification device; the blind person is assisted to walk through the obtained blind road information. According to the intelligent blind road system, the blind walking assisting device and the blind walking assisting method based on the intelligent blind road system, the electronic identification device is arranged under or on the road surface of the blind road, the detection device identifies and prompts or guides the blind to walk by using the obtained information, the influence of the blind road on the road can be reduced, the blind can conveniently utilize the blind road, and the cost of blind road construction is reduced.

Claims (11)

1. An intelligent blind road system is characterized by comprising an electronic identification device and a detection device; the electronic identification device can be identified by the detection device, and the detection device is used for prompting or guiding the blind to walk by means of information obtained by identifying the electronic identification device.

The intelligent blind track system according to claim 1, wherein: the electronic identification device comprises a signal transmitter used for transmitting signals with blind track information, and the detection device receives the signals and acquires the information therein for prompting or guiding the blind to walk.
3. The intelligent blind track system according to claim 1, wherein: the electronic identification device comprises a signal reflector for reflecting a detection signal emitted by the detection device for detecting the electronic identification device.

The intelligent blind track system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the intelligent blind road system also comprises a server, wherein the server can transmit data to the electronic identification device and is used for updating/adjusting the information of the electronic identification device.

The intelligent blind track system according to claim 4, wherein: the intelligent blind road system obtains the actual condition of the blind road through a road monitoring system or a satellite positioning system, and updates/adjusts the information of the electronic identification device in time when the actual condition of the blind road changes.
6. The intelligent blind track system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the intelligent blind road system acquires relevant information of the vehicles through data interaction with the vehicles, and sends corresponding application and acceptance confirmation information for prompting or guiding the blind to use the vehicles.
7. A walking assisting device for the blind is characterized in that: the walking aid for blind persons comprises a detecting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.

The walking assistance device for the blind according to claim 7, characterized in that: the blind walking assisting device further comprises a navigation module, and can plan a traveling route suitable for the blind and a vehicle needing to be taken according to the starting point and the end point of the user, the blind road suitable for the blind and the real-time conditions of the vehicle, and give a prompt or guide to the user to finish the planned route according to the actual conditions in the traveling process of the blind.
9. A wheelchair, characterized by: the wheelchair comprising the blind walking assist device as claimed in claim 7 or 8.
10. A VR glasses, characterized in that: the VR glasses include the blind walking assist device of claim 7 or 8.
11. Blind-person walking aid method based on the intelligent blind-road system according to claims 1-6, characterized in that it comprises:
detecting the electronic identification device through a portable detection device;
acquiring blind road information by means of an identification electronic identification device;
the blind person is assisted to walk through the acquired blind road information.
