Description

Operator station management and control method, device, equipment and readable storage medium
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of DCS simulation systems, in particular to a method, a device and equipment for managing and controlling an operator station and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
A Distributed Control System (DCS) has a centralized management function and a Distributed Control function, and thus is widely used in the industries such as power, metallurgy, and petrochemical industries. The DCS simulation system is used for simulating an on-site DCS, is mainly used for control scheme design, control strategy verification, demonstration and learning training, generally operates in a local area network environment of each factory area, and uses offline data. When trainees are trained by the DCS simulation system, various functions of the DSC system need to be grasped by actual operations. However, since the number of operator stations (upper computer stations of DCS for monitoring and managing the site) corresponding to the same DSC simulation system is limited, and the number of operation stations in the same local area network cannot be duplicated, the number of trainees supporting independent operations is limited (for example, a maximum of 60 operator stations in one local area network supports 60 trainees to perform independent operations).
In order to support more students to operate independently, a plurality of local area networks are often built at present, the same engineering and configuration downloading is built in each local area network, the maximum number of operator stations can be distributed in each local area network, meanwhile, the local area networks need to be isolated by adopting switches, so that the operator stations in each local area network are not affected by each other, and thus, more students can operate independently, specifically, refer to fig. 1, which shows a schematic diagram of the existing multiple local area networks, but the isolation among the local area networks causes users such as training lecturers to need to correspondingly control the operator stations in each local area network by using a plurality of control devices (one control device corresponds to each local area network), and causes that the control of more operator stations cannot be realized on one control device.
In summary, how to improve the convenience of managing and controlling the operation sites is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, which shows a flowchart of an operator station management and control method provided in an embodiment of the present application, the operator station management and control method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include:
s11: configuring a plurality of management and control groups in an engineer station; wherein, each management and control group comprises a plurality of operator stations.
The existing mode adopted for supporting more students to be capable of independently operating on operator stations is to build a plurality of local area networks, a plurality of (the maximum number of) operator stations are distributed in each local area network, and a switch is required to be adopted for network isolation among the local area networks so as to support more students to independently operate, however, the mode causes that a training lecturer and the like need to correspondingly use a control device in each local area network to control the operator stations in the local area network, and a control machine cannot realize the control of more operator stations, namely, the training of more students cannot be realized on one control device.
Specifically, a plurality of management and control groups can be configured at engineer stations, wherein each management and control group is a project (project contents of different management and control groups can be the same), each management and control group comprises a plurality of operator stations, and the number of the operator stations in each management and control group is not more than the maximum number of the operator stations corresponding to the DSC simulation system.
S12: one operator station is selected from any one of the regulatory groups as a common operator station.
After a plurality of management and control groups are configured, one operator station can be selected from any one obtained management and control group to serve as a public operator station, the public operator station is connected with each management and control group, and particularly, the public operator station can be connected with a server side in each management and control group.
Specifically, refer to fig. 3, which shows a schematic diagram of a packet network model provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the schematic diagram includes two management groups, namely a management group 1 and a management group 2, each management group includes multiple Operator stations, such as an OPS (Operator Service System) 80 and an OPSn, and a common OPS is connected to servers in the management group 1 and the management group 2, respectively. It should be noted that fig. 3 illustrates two management control groups as an example, when the number of the management control groups is more than two, the network model structure is similar to that of fig. 3, and a common OPS is connected to each management control group, and details are not repeated herein. In addition, the projects with the same name are supported among different control groups and the same domain name, only configuration is needed to be installed on a public OPS once, and the projects of other control groups can support the projects accessing different control groups by copying configuration files.
S13: and configuring the group information of the control groups and the configuration files of the control groups into a public operator station.
After the common operator station is selected, group information of the managed group and a configuration file of each managed group may be configured to the common operator station, where the group information of the managed group may specifically include the number of the obtained managed group, a group name or a number of each managed group, and the like, and the configuration file of the managed group may include information such as an IP address of a server in the managed group, which services (such as printing services) are configured, and the like.
S14: and sending a group switching command to the public operator station, switching the public operator station to a target control group according to the group information in the group switching command, reading a configuration file of the target control group, and controlling each operator station in the target control group according to the configuration file.
After step S13 is executed, a group switching command may be sent to the common operator station, where the group switching command includes group information that needs to be switched. After receiving the group switching command, the public operator station may switch to the target management and control group according to group information included in the group switching command, and read a configuration file corresponding to the target management and control group from the public operator station, and then, manage and control each operator station in the target management and control group according to the configuration file of the target management and control group, specifically, when the public operator station is connected to a service end in the management and control group, the management and control of each operator station in the target management and control group may be implemented through the configuration file of the target management and control group and the service end in the target management and control group, that is, state information of the operator stations in different management and control groups may be viewed through the group switching of the public operator station, and the demonstration, learning, training, and the like may be performed on the operator stations in the management and control group.
According to the process, the management and control of the operator station in each management and control group can be realized only through the switching of one public operator station between each management and control group, the management and control of the corresponding management and control group can be realized without carrying out network isolation on each management and control group and without respectively setting one management and control device in each management and control group, therefore, the convenience of the management and control of the operator station can be improved, the management and control cost of the operator station can be reduced, meanwhile, the operation between the management and control groups is not influenced mutually, more management and control groups can be configured, and the management and control of more operator stations can be realized through one public operator station.
According to the technical scheme, after a plurality of management and control groups are configured in an engineer station, wherein each management and control group comprises a plurality of operator stations, one operator station is selected from any one management and control group to serve as a public operator station, group information of the management and control group and configuration files of each management and control group are configured in the public operator station, a group switching command is sent to the public operator station, the public operator station determines and switches to a target management and control group according to the group switching command, the configuration files of the target management and control group are obtained, management and control over each operator station in the target management and control group are achieved according to the configuration files, namely management and control over the operator stations in each management and control group are achieved through the selected public operator station, therefore, convenience of management and control over the operator stations can be improved, and cost of management and control over the operator stations can be reduced.
The operator station control method provided by the embodiment of the application can further include, after one operator station is selected from any one control group as a common operator station:
and configuring the IP address of the operator station with the same station number as the public operator station in the rest of the control groups to be the same as the IP address of the public operator station.

The operator station management and control method provided by the embodiment of the application, after configuring a plurality of management and control groups in an engineer station, may further include:
and marking the management and control group to which the server belongs by using the second bit in the IPV4 address of the server corresponding to the management and control group, wherein the server corresponding to the management and control group is used for carrying out data interaction with each operator station in the management and control group.
After configuring a plurality of management and control groups in the engineer station, the management and control group to which the server belongs may be marked by using the second bit in the server IPV4 address corresponding to the management and control group, that is, the second bit in the server IPV4 address may be started, so as to distinguish group information of different management and control groups by using the second bit of the IPV4 address, for example, the second bit of the IPV4 address may be used as a group number to distinguish different management and control groups. In addition, the server side corresponding to the management and control group can perform data interaction with each operator station in the management and control group, so that the public operator station can manage and control each operator station through the server side corresponding to the management and control group.
Based on the process, when the data is transmitted at the bottom layer among different control groups, the second bit of the IP address is changed into a control group number, and then the message is sent to the corresponding IP address, and meanwhile, in the SimuRTS management tool, the corresponding IP address is added according to the currently defined group number when the simulation service is started, so that the data interaction is carried out with the corresponding control group.
