The working principle is as follows: when the device for processing and forming the exterior of the lithium battery is used, a power supply is switched on, when cleaning solution is prepared, the second motor 14 drives the left second rotating shaft 11 to rotate through the bevel gear set 13, the left second rotating shaft 11 drives the right second rotating shaft 11 to rotate through the synchronous belt 12, the second rotating shaft 11 drives the stirring rod 10 to uniformly stir the solution, the lithium battery is placed on the roller 3, the first motor 8 drives the first rotating shaft 7 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 7 drives the right roller 3 to rotate through the second chain 6, the right roller 3 drives the left roller 3 to rotate through the first chain 5, the rubber layer 4 enhances the friction between the roller 3 and the lithium battery, the lithium battery is transmitted to the right, the first hydraulic telescopic rod 16 pushes the cleaning mechanism 17 to contact with the lithium battery, cleaning solution in the cleaning solution pool 902 is sprayed through the second connecting pipe 909 and the second spraying pipe 9010 to clean the lithium battery under the action of the second liquid conveying, the third motor 1705 drives the third rotating shaft 1703 on the right to rotate, the third rotating shaft 1703 on the right drives the third rotating shaft 1703 on the left to rotate through the first gear belt 1704, the third rotating shaft 1703 drives the brush roller 1702 to scrub the surface of the lithium battery, the second hydraulic telescopic rod 18 drives the wiping mechanism 19 to contact with the lithium battery, the first infusion pump 904 sprays water in the water tank 901 through the first connecting pipe 905 and the first spraying pipe 906 to wash the surface of the lithium battery, the fourth motor 1905 drives the fourth rotating shaft 1903 on the left to rotate, the fourth rotating shaft 1903 on the left drives the fourth rotating shaft 1903 on the right to rotate through the second gear belt 1904, the fourth rotating shaft 1903 drives the wiping roller 1902 to wipe and clean the surface of the lithium battery, the cleaning water and the cleaning liquid can be filtered through the first filter layer 903 and the second filter layer 907 respectively and then used, the fan 2001 pumps the gas into the serpentine 2002, heats the heating element 2003, and dries the lithium battery through the gas blowing, meanwhile, the dried lithium battery can be rapidly cooled by the air blower 21, and the content which is not described in detail in the specification belongs to the prior art which is well known to those skilled in the art.
