A test paper box for detecting acetamiprid residues comprises a detection shell and a test paper card group, wherein the detection shell is provided with a test hole, a sample loading hole and a through hole, and is characterized in that the detection shell is also internally provided with a sliding plate, a spring group and a pull rod, the sliding plate is slidably connected to the inner wall of the detection shell, the test paper card group is arranged at the top of the sliding plate, the pull rod is fixed at the bottom of the sliding plate and can extend out of the bottom of the detection shell, the spring group is connected between the bottom of the sliding plate and the detection shell, a lower limiting block which can be abutted against the bottom of the sliding plate is also fixed at the lower part of the detection shell, and an upper limiting block which can be abutted against and limited at the top of the test paper card group is also arranged at the upper part of the; one side of the detection shell is also provided with a first channel port, and the test paper card group comprises a working plate which can slide in or out vertically to the first channel port and a test paper card body positioned on the working plate.
