本发明公开一种砖墙砌筑工艺,预先制备底层砖、中层砖和顶层砖,所述顶层砖的上表面为平面,所述中层砖上设有沿厚度方向竖直设置的注胶孔,底层砖的下表面为平面;顶层砖的下方和中层砖的下方设有凸部件或凹部件,中层砖的上方和底层砖的上方设有凹部件或凸部件;所述凸部件和凹部件相配合;将底层砖铺设在地面基础上,中层砖放置在底层砖之上并粘合,中层砖和底层砖之间通过凹部件和凸部件定位,多层中层砖逐层堆叠并通过凹部件和凸部件定位;多层中层砖砌筑后,同一列的每块中层砖的注胶孔位于同一直线上并形成注浆管道;在注浆管道上可***钢筋并浇筑混凝土或砂浆;最后将顶层砖铺设在中层砖之上并粘合。

一种砖墙砌筑工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及砌筑工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种砖墙砌筑工艺。
背景技术
由于传统的砖墙的砌筑工艺比较复杂,且依赖工人有相对丰富的经验,所以不容易砌出横平竖直、砖缝线条整齐、均匀的砖墙,尤其是清水墙、传统花墙的砌筑。
目前结合有机材料的建筑新材料不断涌现,如树脂砖、树脂混凝土等。这类材料采用模具浇铸方式,容易进行各种形状的加工生产。树脂砖是利用树脂等有机物将砂、石头进行粘接,外观与普通砖相同,树脂砖的制造属于成熟做法,市场已有相关产品。可先在工厂进行大批量定型生产、制造,然后在现场进行组装,施工相对简便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种易于定位施工的砖墙砌筑工艺。
本发明的技术方案为:一种砖墙砌筑工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)预先制备底层砖、中层砖和顶层砖,所述顶层砖的上表面为平面,所述中层砖上设有沿厚度方向竖直设置的注胶孔,底层砖的下表面为平面;顶层砖的下方和中层砖的下方设有凸部件,中层砖的上方和底层砖的上方设有凹部件,或者顶层砖的下方和中层砖的下方设有凹部件,中层砖的上方和底层砖的上方设有凸部件;所述凸部件和凹部件相配合;
(2)将底层砖铺设在地面基础上,中层砖放置在底层砖之上并粘合,中层砖和底层砖之间通过凹部件和凸部件定位,多层中层砖逐层堆叠并通过凹部件和凸部件定位;
(3)多层中层砖砌筑后,同一列的每块中层砖的注胶孔位于同一直线上并形成注浆管道;
(4)在注浆管道上浇筑混凝土或砂浆;
(5)将顶层砖铺设在中层砖之上并粘合。
所述步骤(1)中,顶层砖、中层砖和底层砖采用树脂混凝土材质。
所述步骤(1)中,中层砖的注胶孔为通孔。
所述步骤(1)中,凹部件和凸部件均为矩形。
所述步骤(4)中,注浆管道中***钢筋,再浇筑混凝土或砂浆。
所述步骤(4)中,砂浆采用环氧树脂砂浆。
所述步骤(5)中,还采用环氧树脂砂浆进行勾缝。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
本砖墙砌筑工艺利用有机建筑材料的可定制、易于施工的特点,采用树脂砖等有机砖块及砂浆进行组装和施工。凹部件和凸部件的设计有利于现场组装时候精准定位并可留出缝宽,同时组装后墙体内部形成中空孔道,注胶后可形成稳定墙体的受力框架。内部注胶后的墙体已能满足常规墙体安全要求,利用树脂砂浆再进行勾缝处理,能够达到传统清水墙等墙体的砌筑观感。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例
本实施例一种砖墙砌筑工艺,如图1和2所示,包括以下步骤:
(1)预先制备底层砖3、中层砖2和顶层砖1,所述顶层砖的上表面为平面,所述中层砖上设有沿厚度方向竖直设置的注胶孔,底层砖的下表面为平面;顶层砖的下方和中层砖的下方设有凸部件2-1,中层砖的上方和底层砖的上方设有凹部件2-2;所述凸部件和凹部件相配合;中层砖的注胶孔为通孔;凹部件和凸部件均为矩形。其中,顶层砖可定位砌筑并遮盖注胶孔,中层砖可设计不同的型号,每种型号的凹部件和凸部件是相对应可定位的,通过组合叠加,以便于制造漏花墙。顶层砖、中层砖和底层砖采用树脂混凝土材质,树脂混凝土为有机物与无机物相结合的建筑材料,具有易于定形生产的特点,利用模具进行砖块的生产。
(2)将底层砖铺设在地面基础上,中层砖放置在底层砖之上并粘合,中层砖和底层砖之间通过凹部件和凸部件定位,多层中层砖逐层堆叠并通过凹部件和凸部件定位;
(3)多层中层砖砌筑后,同一列的每块中层砖的注胶孔位于同一直线上并形成注浆管道4;
(4)在注浆管道中***钢筋,再浇筑混凝土或环氧树脂砂浆。
(5)将顶层砖铺设在中层砖之上并粘合;还可采用环氧树脂砂浆进行勾缝。

1.一种砖墙砌筑工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)预先制备底层砖、中层砖和顶层砖,所述顶层砖的上表面为平面,所述中层砖上设有沿厚度方向竖直设置的注胶孔,底层砖的下表面为平面;顶层砖的下方和中层砖的下方设有凸部件,中层砖的上方和底层砖的上方设有凹部件,或者顶层砖的下方和中层砖的下方设有凹部件,中层砖的上方和底层砖的上方设有凸部件;所述凸部件和凹部件相配合;
(2)将底层砖铺设在地面基础上,中层砖放置在底层砖之上并粘合,中层砖和底层砖之间通过凹部件和凸部件定位,多层中层砖逐层堆叠并通过凹部件和凸部件定位;
(3)多层中层砖砌筑后,同一列的每块中层砖的注胶孔位于同一直线上并形成注浆管道;
(4)在注浆管道上浇筑混凝土或砂浆;
(5)将顶层砖铺设在中层砖之上并粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种砖墙砌筑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,顶层砖、中层砖和底层砖采用树脂混凝土材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种砖墙砌筑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,中层砖的注胶孔为通孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种砖墙砌筑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,凹部件和凸部件均为矩形。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种砖墙砌筑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,注浆管道中***钢筋,再浇筑混凝土或砂浆。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种砖墙砌筑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,砂浆采用环氧树脂砂浆。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种砖墙砌筑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,还采用环氧树脂砂浆进行勾缝。
