The working principle and working process of the invention are as follows:
as shown in fig. 9, the solar cell box 10, the relay 11, the control circuit board 12 and the 5G module 13 are installed above the fixed block 4, the 5G module 13 is used for establishing a wireless connection relationship between the railway system and the control circuit board 12, the control circuit board 12 controls the working state of the relay 11 to control the on-off of the solar cell box 10, and then controls the photovoltaic panel 405 to provide electric energy for the warning lamp 402, when a train needs to use a corresponding railway car stop device, a train driver sends a request signal to the railway server, the railway server sends the request information to the 5G module 13, the control circuit board 12 controls the photovoltaic panel 405 to provide electric energy for the warning lamp 402 according to the information transmitted by the 5G module 13, and the power is only used when the power is used, so that the situation that the power is not used when the power is needed is avoided.

the energy absorption boxes (5) are fixedly connected to the end parts of the first fixing strips (1) and the front faces of the fixing blocks (4), connecting blocks (6) are welded between the two second fixing strips (2), the connecting blocks (6) are connected with buffer components, and two clamping components (3) are arranged on the lower surface of the first fixing strip (1);
the clamping assembly (3) comprises a first clamping block (301) and a second clamping block (302), the rail is clamped between the first clamping block (301) and the second clamping block (302), supporting blocks (303) are welded at the tops of the first clamping block (301) and the second clamping block (302), slots are formed between the supporting blocks (303) and two supporting blocks, inserting blocks (304) are welded on the lower surface of the first fixing strip (1), the inserting blocks (304) are attached to the slots, fixing holes (305) are formed in the supporting blocks (303) and the inserting blocks (304), and fixing bolts are arranged in the fixing holes (305).
