The diesel engine frame (hereinafter referred to as frame) is a key part of the diesel engine, the upper part of the diesel engine frame is fixedly connected with the cylinder body, the lower part of the diesel engine frame is fixedly connected with the engine base, lubricating oil in a crankcase at the lower part of the engine base is injected into the friction surface of each moving part of the diesel engine through a lubricating oil pump, so that the lubricating oil plays roles of friction reduction, cooling, cleaning, sealing and rust prevention on the moving parts such as a bearing bush, a cylinder sleeve, a gap bridge gear and the like, and plays roles of lubricating and cooling on. The existing method for processing the lubricating oil dipstick inclined hole of the diesel engine frame has the following defects: because the blank surface of the frame is uneven, the end mill 30 and the twist drill 40 are fixedly connected with the universal angle attachment head 200 through the lengthened cutter handle 20 with the length of 700mm, so that the end mill 30 and the twist drill 40 have overlarge winding degree during cutting. In the process of scraping the hole, the cutter is moved up and down, and the scraping can be controlled only by hand, so that the efficiency is low. In addition, the processing method needs secondary clamping, the machine frame 100 needs to be lifted by a crane and turned over for 180 degrees and then is arranged on the worktable of the machine tool for alignment and clamping again, a coordinate system needs to be reconstructed, and the whole process needs at least 4 hours. The lubricating oil scale inclined hole of the diesel engine frame adopts a mode that two sections of the inner wall inclined hole 102 and the bottom wall inclined hole 104 are respectively processed and butted, so that the axial coaxiality error of the inner wall inclined hole 102 and the bottom wall inclined hole 104 is large, the actually measured coaxiality error reaches 0.5mm, and the processing quality of the lubricating oil scale inclined hole of the diesel engine frame is seriously influenced.

3) after the end milling cutter is replaced, starting the end milling cutter at a position corresponding to a drilling plane in the inclined hole of the lubricating oil scale on the outer wall of the frame according to a set coordinate, milling while feeding by the end milling cutter, and milling an inclined hole in the bottom wall by a cutting edge at the head of the end milling cutter;
4) after the lengthened twist drill bit is replaced, the lengthened twist drill bit is started according to set coordinates, the lengthened twist drill bit obliquely moves downwards to penetrate through the bottom wall inclined hole, under the guiding of the bottom wall inclined hole, the lengthened twist drill bit penetrates through the inner wall of the rack from the drilling plane in the lubricating oil scale inclined hole milled in the step 2) after penetrating through the cavity in the lower portion of the rack, and therefore the inner wall inclined hole is drilled, and the machining of the lubricating oil scale inclined hole formed by the inner wall inclined hole and the bottom wall inclined hole is completed.
