The monitoring head is arranged below the vertical detection frame 14 on the outer side of the second conveying belt 3, the detection frame 14 supports the monitoring head, and reading of label information on the plate is achieved through the monitoring head. The material distributing system further comprises a controller, the controller is respectively connected with the monitoring head, the first pneumatic assembly 9, the second pneumatic assembly 11, the code reader and the lifting seat 5, reading of information on the monitoring head and the code reader is achieved through the controller, and then actions of the first pneumatic assembly 9, the second pneumatic assembly 11 and the lifting seat 5 are controlled.
When the plate material distribution system is used for feeding, plates firstly enter the first conveying belt 2 through the conveying belts of the third conveying belt 13 and the second conveying belt 3, then the sliding seat 4 is moved to a fixed position on the track 15, then the code reader on the movable frame 8 reads information on the plates, and then the plates are moved to a specific position on the storage rack 1 through the suction cup 12. When materials are taken, the lifting seat 5 is lifted, then the moving frame 8 is used for reading the labels on the storage rack 1, after the corresponding labels are found, the plates are sucked by the suction cups 12, the plates are placed on the lifting seat 5 through the first pneumatic assembly 9, then the lifting seat 5 descends and is parallel to the first conveying belt 2, the plates are placed on the first conveying belt 2 or the second conveying belt 3 through the suction cups 12 and are conveyed outwards through the second conveying belt 3, the monitoring heads on the detection frame 14 are used for reading the information of the plates and recording the information, and then the information of the plates is distributed to different processing production lines.
Therefore, the furniture processing plate material distribution system adopting the structure is simple in structure and can realize rapid carrying and storage of plates.
