Claims (8)

1. A municipal solid waste treatment device comprises a crushing box (1) and a drying box (2), wherein a feed inlet (3) is formed in the top of the crushing box (1), a multistage crushing mechanism and a material conveying mechanism are arranged in the crushing box (1), the material conveying mechanism is arranged below the multistage crushing mechanism, the crushing box (1) is communicated with the drying box (2) through the material conveying mechanism, a screening mechanism is arranged below the crushing mechanism, a circulating mechanism is arranged on the side surface of the crushing box (1), and a drying mechanism for drying crushed waste is arranged in the drying box (2);
the crushing mechanism comprises two rotating shafts (4) rotatably arranged in a crushing box (1) and a first driving assembly for driving the two rotating shafts (4) to rotate, crushing rollers (5) are fixedly connected to the two rotating shafts (4), a plurality of crushing blades (6) which are uniformly arranged are fixedly arranged on the crushing rollers (5), and a material guide plate (7) which is obliquely arranged is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the crushing box (1) above the crushing rollers (5);
the screening mechanism comprises a first sieve plate (8) and a second sieve plate (9) which are arranged in parallel, the first sieve plate (8) and the second sieve plate (9) are connected through a spring (10), the first sieve plate (8) and the second sieve plate (9) are obliquely arranged in a crushing box (1), a vibration exciter (11) is fixedly arranged on the first sieve plate (8), the second sieve plate (9) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the crushing box (1), a slag discharge port (12) is formed in a lower port of the side wall of the crushing box (1) positioned on the first sieve plate (8) and the second sieve plate (9), the slag discharge port (12) is communicated with the circulating mechanism, a plurality of sieve holes (13) are formed in the first sieve plate (8) and the second sieve plate (9), a plurality of punch heads (14) corresponding to the sieve holes (13) in the first sieve plate (8) are fixedly arranged on the top surface of the second sieve plate (9), a second driving component for driving the first sieve plate (8) to reciprocate up and down is arranged above the first sieve plate (8);
the circulating mechanism comprises a circulating cylinder (15) and a circulating roller (16), the circulating cylinder (15) is fixedly arranged on the side face of the crushing box (1), the top of the side face of the circulating cylinder (15) is communicated with the crushing box (1) through a feeding channel (17), the feeding channel (17) is located above the material guide plate (7), the circulating roller (16) is rotatably arranged in the circulating cylinder (15), and the circulating roller (16) is driven by a third driving motor (18) arranged on the top face of the circulating cylinder (15).

The municipal solid waste treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the first driving assembly comprises a first driving motor (19) and two gears (20), the first driving motor (19) is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the crushing box (1), the output shaft of the first driving motor (19) is fixedly connected with one of the rotating shafts (4), the two gears (20) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the rod bodies of the two rotating shafts (4) penetrating to the outside of the crushing box (1), and the two gears (20) are meshed with each other.

The municipal solid waste treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding cylinder (21) and a feeding roller (22), the feeding cylinder (21) is obliquely arranged at the bottom of the crushing box (1), the lower port of the feeding cylinder (21) penetrates through the side wall of the crushing box (1) and is communicated with the drying box (2), the top of the feeding cylinder (21) is arranged below the material guide plate (7) and is provided with a feeding channel (23), the feeding roller (22) is rotatably arranged in the feeding cylinder (21), and the feeding roller (22) is driven by a second driving motor (24) arranged on the outer side surface of the crushing box (1).

The municipal solid waste treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the second driving assembly comprises a first sprocket (25), a second sprocket (26), a rotating rod (27) and a pushing rod (28), the first sprocket (25) is fixedly arranged on the rod body of the rotating shaft (4) in the crushing box (1), the rotating rod (27) is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the crushing box (1) above the first sieve plate (8), the end of the rod body of the rotating rod (27) is fixedly provided with a cam (39), the rotating rod (27) is fixedly provided with a second sprocket (26) on the rod body between the cam (39) and the inner wall of the crushing box (1), the second sprocket (26) is in transmission connection with the first sprocket (25) through a transmission chain (29), the pushing rod (28) is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the first sieve plate (8), and the top of the push rod (28) is rotatably connected with a roller (30), and the roller (30) is in contact with the surface of the cam (39).
5. An apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the holes (13) of said first screen deck (8) is smaller than the diameter of the holes (13) of said second screen deck (9).

The municipal solid waste treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the two crushing rollers (5) of the multistage crushing mechanism decreases stepwise from top to bottom, and the diameter of the screen holes (13) on the first screen plate (8) below the multistage crushing mechanism decreases stepwise.

The municipal solid waste treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the drying mechanism comprises a heating support (31) and a conveying plate (32), the conveying plate (32) is fixedly and obliquely arranged in the drying box (2), a lower port of the conveying plate (32) is communicated with a discharge port (33) arranged on the side surface of the drying box (2), the heating support (31) is fixedly arranged above the drying box (2) far away from the conveying plate (32), a plurality of groups of heating rods (34) and fans (35) are arranged in the heating support (31), an exhaust passage (36) is arranged at the top of the drying box (2), and an air purification assembly is arranged in the exhaust passage (36).
8. The municipal solid waste treatment device according to claim 7, wherein the air purification assembly comprises an activated carbon filter layer (37) and an adsorption layer (38), and the activated carbon filter layer (37) and the adsorption layer (38) are sequentially arranged in the exhaust passage (36) from bottom to top.
