In an alternative embodiment, the drone 29 is provided with a locator 33; the unmanned aerial vehicle accomodates and is provided with positional information transmitter 35 in the district, positional information transmitter 35 and locator 33 communication connection.

the first driving device comprises a rotating shaft (4), a first motor (5), a driving gear (6), a mounting cover (11) and a transmission wheel set, wherein the transmission wheel set is provided with two groups, the transmission wheel set comprises an intermediate gear (7), a driven gear (8), a worm (9) and a worm wheel (10), the mounting rod (3) is connected with the rotating shaft (4), the first motor (5) is arranged on the mounting cover (11), the first motor (5) is in driving connection with the driving gear (6), the driving gear (6) is in meshing connection with two intermediate gears (7) in the two groups of transmission wheel sets, the intermediate gear (7) is in meshing connection with the driven gear (8), the driven gear (8) is connected with the worm (9), the worm wheel (9) is in meshing connection with the worm wheel (10), the worm wheel (10) is arranged on the rotating shaft (4), the intermediate gear (7) and the worm (9) are all rotationally arranged on the mounting cover (11), the mounting cover (11) is arranged on the inner surface of a storage shell (27), and the first motor (5), the driving gear (6) and the transmission wheel set are both positioned on the inner side of the mounting cover (11).
The second driving device comprises a second motor (14), a driving gear (15), a first partition plate (19) and a sliding component, wherein the sliding component comprises racks (16), sliding rails (17) and connecting rods (18), two groups of sliding components are arranged in parallel, the two groups of sliding components are respectively located at two radial sides of the driving gear (15), the second motor (14), the first partition plate (19) and the sliding rails (17) in one group of sliding components are all arranged on a storage shell (27), the sliding rails (17) in the other group of sliding components are arranged on the first partition plate (19), the second motor (14) is in driving connection with the driving gear (15), the driving gear (15) is in meshed connection with the racks (16), the racks (16) are arranged on the sliding rails (17) in a sliding mode, two connecting rods (18) are arranged in a sharing mode, two ends of one connecting rod (18) are respectively connected with the racks (16) in the first top cover (12) and the group of sliding components, and two ends of the other connecting rod (18) are respectively connected with the racks (16) in the second top cover (13) and the other group of sliding components.
