In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and fig. 7, the deformation device 2 in the flexible display device 200 further includes a bottom plate 23, the bottom plate 23 is sandwiched between the air bag 21 and the gas-liquid conversion device 22, and a plane of the bottom plate 23 is parallel to a plane of the flexible display panel 1; the bottom plate 23 includes a plurality of connection holes 245, the connection holes 245 are used for fixing the connection pipe 225 in the gas-liquid conversion device 22, the connection pipe 225 includes a first connection pipe 33, the first connection pipe 33 includes a first pipe orifice I and a second pipe orifice J, the first pipe orifice I is a liquid outlet 223 of the gas-liquid conversion device 22, and the second pipe orifice J is a first air bag interface 211 of the air bag 21.
It can be understood that the connection hole 245 on the bottom plate 23 can be engaged with the first connection tube 33, and further can be used for fixing the first connection tube 33, so that the first connection tube 33 can be stably and respectively connected with the liquid storage box 222 and the air bag 21 in the gas-liquid conversion device 22, so that the first liquid in the liquid storage box 222 is input into the air bag 21, or the first liquid in the air bag 21 can flow into the liquid storage box 22, and the conversion between the curved display and the flat display of the flexible display panel by using the deformation device is realized.
In some alternative embodiments, and continuing with fig. 6 and 8, fig. 8 is an exploded view of the gas-liquid conversion device of fig. 6. The connecting pipe 225 provided by this embodiment includes the second connecting pipe 34, the second connecting pipe 34 includes a third pipe orifice L and a fourth pipe orifice K, the third pipe orifice L is a second condensation box interface (not shown in the figure) of the condensation box 32, and the fourth pipe orifice K is an inlet (not shown in the figure) of the liquid storage box 22.
It can be understood that, by using the second connection pipe 34, the condensation box 32 is communicated with the liquid storage box 22, so that the first gas in the condensation box 22 is converted into the first liquid and then flows into the liquid storage box again, thereby realizing the recycling of the first liquid in the liquid storage box 22. Further still guarantee that the gasbag releases first gas to the gas-liquid conversion equipment when filling into first liquid, keep the gasbag shape not influenced by liquid vaporization, improve the stability of deformation device 2.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is an exploded view of another flexible display device provided by the present invention. The flexible display panel 1 of the flexible display device 200 provided in this embodiment includes a hinge assembly 11, the hinge assembly 11 is located between the flexible display panel 1 and the airbag 21, and the hinge assembly 11 is connected to the airbag 21 and is configured to convert the first deformation of the airbag 21 into a deformation in a fixed direction, so that the flexible display panel 1 is deformed in the fixed direction.
It can be understood that the hinge assembly 11 is located between the flexible display panel 1 and the airbag 21, and the hinge assembly 11 is connected to the airbag 21, and the connection may be a contact connection or a fixed connection. Further, the hinge assembly 11 is disposed in the flexible display panel 1, and the hinge assembly 11 may be used to support deformation of the flexible display panel 1, so as to ensure that the flexible display panel 1 deforms in a fixed direction and maintain stability of the deformation.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown with continued reference to fig. 9, the flexible display panel includes a bending axis O extending along the first direction X; the hinge assembly 11 includes hinge sub-members 111 extending in a first direction X and arranged in a second direction Y, and adjacent hinge sub-members 111 are connected by a positioning pin 112, wherein the first direction X intersects the second direction Y.
Alternatively, in the direction perpendicular to the flexible display panel 1, the orthographic projection of the hinge sub-member 111 on the plane of the flexible display panel 1 may be a first rectangle extending along the first direction X, the orthographic projection of the positioning pin 112 on the plane of the flexible display panel 1 may be a second rectangle extending along the first direction X, the length of the first rectangle is the same as the length of the second rectangle along the first direction X, the width of the first rectangle is greater than or equal to the width of the second long direction along the second direction Y, and the hinge sub-members 111 and the positioning pins 112 are alternately arranged along the second direction Y, adjacent hinge sub-members 111 are connected by the positioning pin 112 to form the hinge assembly 11, and further, in the direction perpendicular to the flexible display panel 1, the orthographic projection of the hinge assembly 11 on the plane of the flexible display panel 1 may be a rectangle, but the invention does not specifically require the shapes of the hinge sub-members 111, the positioning pins 112 and the hinge assembly 11, the setting can be specifically set according to the actual situation, and the description is not repeated below. Here, the flexible display panel 1 refers to when the flexible display panel 1 is in a flattened state.
Optionally, in a direction perpendicular to the flexible display panel 1, the hinge assembly 11 is at least partially overlapped with the flexible display panel 1, and further, the flexible display panel 1 covers the hinge assembly 11, it can be understood that the larger the overlapping area of the hinge assembly 11 and the flexible display panel 1 is, the better the supporting effect on the flexible display panel 1 is, but the position relationship between the hinge assembly 11 and the flexible display panel 1 in the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be specifically set according to actual situations, and will not be described in detail below. Here, the flexible display panel 1 refers to when the flexible display panel 1 is in a flattened state.
It can be understood that the extending direction of the hinge sub-member 111 and the positioning pin 112 in the hinge assembly 11 is the same as the extending direction of the bending axis O of the flexible display panel 1, so that the first deformation of the air bag 21 can be converted into the deformation in the fixed direction, so that the flexible display panel 1 is deformed in the fixed direction along the bending axis O. The adjacent hinge components 111 are connected by the positioning pins 112, and the connection mode can be other connection modes for rotation connection, so long as it is ensured that the first deformation of the airbag 21 can be converted into the deformation in the fixed direction, and the flexible display panel 1 is deformed in the fixed direction along the bending axis O.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in continued reference to fig. 9, the flexible display panel 1 and the hinge assembly 11 are fixedly connected by an adhesive. Alternatively, the back adhesive may be a thermal adhesive, and the like, and of course, the flexible display panel 1 and the hinge assembly 11 may be fixedly connected in other manners. The connection mode of the flexible display panel 1 and the hinge assembly 11 is not limited in the invention, and the connection mode can be set according to the actual situation, and is not described in detail below.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 10 and fig. 11, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram illustrating a result of a flexible display device provided by the present invention, and fig. 11 is an exploded view of the flexible display device of fig. 10. The flexible display device 200 provided in this embodiment further includes a base assembly 6, where the base assembly 6 is located on a side of the gas-liquid conversion device 22 away from the flexible display panel 1, and the base assembly 6 is connected to the flexible display panel 1; the base assembly 6 and the flexible display panel 1 form a third accommodation area for placing the air bag 21 and the gas-liquid conversion device 22.
It is understood that the base assembly 6 is connected to the flexible display panel 1 to form a third receiving area for placing the air bag 21 and the gas-liquid conversion device 22, that is, the base assembly is used to receive the deformation device 2 and to fix and protect the deformation device 2. As shown in fig. 10, the base assembly 6 may partially surround the deformation device 2 or completely surround the deformation device 2, the structure of the base assembly 6 is not specifically required in the present invention, as long as the base assembly can function to fix and protect the deformation device, and the present invention does not limit the connection mode between the base assembly 6 and the flexible display panel 1, and the base assembly may be fixedly connected or detachably connected, and may be specifically set according to actual conditions, which is not described in detail below.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the bottom plate 23 includes a second protrusion N, and the second protrusion N is inserted into the base assembly 6 through a gap in the gas-liquid conversion device 22 and is engaged with the base assembly 6.
It is understood that a third receiving area is formed by the connection of the base assembly 6 and the flexible display panel 1 for placing the air bag 21 and the gas-liquid conversion device 22 for fixing and protecting the shape-changing device. Furthermore, through the second protruding N on bottom plate 23 and cross the gap embedding in the gas-liquid conversion equipment 22 base subassembly 6, and with base subassembly 6 block, each device in can further being used for fixed deformation device 2 guarantees deformation device 2's stability.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, 12 and 12, fig. 12 is a top view of the flexible display device of fig. 10, and fig. 12 is another exploded view of the flexible display device of fig. 10. The flexible display device 200 provided in this embodiment further includes an elastic member 7, an elastic force of the elastic member 7 is opposite to the first deformation force, and one end of the elastic member 7 is connected to the base assembly 6, and the other end is connected to the hinge assembly 11, for providing a force for returning the airbag 21 from the first configuration to the initial state.
Optionally, the elastic component 7 may be a rubber ring or a spring or other elastic component, two ends of the elastic component 7 are respectively connected to the base assembly 6 and the hinge assembly 11, when the flexible display panel 1 is in a flat state, the state of the elastic component 7 is an initial state, that is, the length is an initial length, when the flexible display panel 1 is bent under the action of the airbag 21, the elastic component 7 is respectively pulled by the base assembly 6 and the hinge assembly 11, and the initial length is increased to the elastic length. Since the force of the flexible display panel bending provided by the air bag 21 is balanced with the force applied by the elastic member 7 when the flexible display panel 1 is in the bent state, the first deformation is maintained. When the detecting unit 4 detects that the number of viewers is small and the flexible display device 200 is located at the corresponding position in the center, and transmits the signal to the driving unit 5, the driving unit 5 reversely draws the first liquid in the air bag 21 and guides the first liquid into the liquid storage box 22, and the flexible display panel gradually returns to the initial state, i.e. the flat state due to the non-pressing force. Meanwhile, the elastic component 7 is used for exerting a force opposite to the first deformation, the first form of the air bag 21 is restored to the initial state, and the conversion between curved surface display and plane display of the flexible display panel is realized by using the deformation device.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.

Claims (15)

1. A flexible display device is characterized by comprising a flexible display panel and a deformation device which are oppositely arranged, wherein,
the flexible display panel comprises a light-emitting surface and a backlight surface which are oppositely arranged, and the deformation device is positioned on one side of the backlight surface, which is far away from the light-emitting surface;
the deformation device comprises:
the air bag and the gas-liquid conversion device;
the gas-liquid conversion device comprises a gas storage box subassembly and a liquid storage box;
the airbag comprises a first airbag interface and a second airbag interface,
the first air bag interface is connected with a liquid outlet of the gas-liquid conversion device and used for receiving first liquid in the liquid storage box to enable the air bag to generate first deformation;
the second air bag interface is connected with an air inlet of the gas-liquid conversion device, the first liquid in the air bag is heated and converted into first gas, the first gas is discharged into the gas storage box subassembly through the air inlet, the gas storage box subassembly converts the first gas into the first liquid and discharges the first liquid to the liquid storage box, and the air bag receives the first liquid discharged from the liquid storage box and maintains the first deformation;
the deformation device further comprises a base assembly, the base assembly is positioned on one side, away from the flexible display panel, of the gas-liquid conversion device, and the base assembly is connected with the flexible display panel;
the base assembly and the flexible display panel form a third accommodating area, and the third accommodating area is used for placing the air bag and the gas-liquid conversion device.
2. The flexible display device of claim 1, wherein the reservoir sub-assembly comprises a reservoir and a condensation chamber;
the gas storage box comprises a first gas storage box interface and a second gas storage box interface, the first gas storage box interface is a gas inlet of the gas-liquid conversion device and is connected with the second air bag interface of the air bag, and the second gas storage box interface is connected with the condensation box;
the condensation box comprises a first condensation box interface and a second condensation box interface, the first condensation box interface is connected with the second gas storage box interface of the gas storage box, and the second condensation box interface is connected with the liquid storage box.
3. The flexible display device according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of detecting units and driving units on the flexible display panel,
the detection unit is used for detecting the number or the position of viewers watching the flexible display panel and transmitting signals to the driving unit;
the driving unit is used for driving the deformation device.
4. The flexible display device according to claim 3, wherein the driving unit drives the first air interface to receive the first liquid in the liquid storage box to generate the first deformation of the air bag according to the signal of the detecting unit, or drives the first air interface to transmit the first liquid in the air bag into the liquid storage box to restore the first deformation of the air bag to an original state.
5. The flexible display device according to claim 1, wherein the shape-changing device further comprises a bottom plate, the bottom plate is sandwiched between the air bag and the gas-liquid conversion device, and a plane of the bottom plate is parallel to a plane of the flexible display panel;
the deformation device further comprises a side wall, the side wall is located at the edge of the bottom plate, and the side wall is intersected with the bottom plate;
the side walls comprise a first side wall protruding in the direction pointing to the light-emitting surface along the backlight surface, the first side wall and the bottom plate form a first accommodating area, and the first accommodating area is used for accommodating the air bag;
and/or the side wall comprises a second side wall protruding in the direction pointing to the backlight surface along the light emitting surface, the second side wall and the bottom plate form a second accommodating area, and the second accommodating area is used for placing the gas-liquid conversion device.
6. The flexible display device of claim 5, wherein the sidewall comprises a position-limiting plate, a plane of the position-limiting plate is perpendicular to a plane of the flexible display panel, and a plane of the position-limiting plate is perpendicular to a plane of the sidewall, and the position-limiting plate is used for fixing the gas cartridge subassembly.
7. The flexible display device according to claim 1, wherein the shape-changing device further comprises a bottom plate, the bottom plate is sandwiched between the air bag and the gas-liquid conversion device, and a plane of the bottom plate is parallel to a plane of the flexible display panel;
one side of the bottom plate, which is far away from the light emergent surface, comprises a clamping piece, and the clamping piece is used for fixing the gas-liquid conversion device.
8. The flexible display device of claim 7, wherein the engaging member comprises a plurality of first protrusions, and the first protrusions are disposed around an outline of an orthographic projection of the gas-liquid conversion device on a plane of the flexible display panel; or the arrangement paths of the first bulges are arranged along the profile of the orthographic projection of the gas-liquid conversion device on the plane of the flexible display panel.
9. The flexible display device according to claim 2, wherein the shape-changing device further comprises a bottom plate, the bottom plate is sandwiched between the air bag and the gas-liquid conversion device, and a plane of the bottom plate is parallel to a plane of the flexible display panel;
the bottom plate includes a plurality of connecting holes, the connecting hole is used for fixing connecting pipe among the gas-liquid conversion equipment, the connecting pipe includes first connecting pipe, first connecting pipe includes first mouth of pipe and second mouth of pipe, first mouth of pipe is gas-liquid conversion equipment the liquid outlet, the second mouth of pipe is the gasbag first gasbag interface.
10. The flexible display device according to claim 9, wherein the connection pipe comprises a second connection pipe, the second connection pipe comprises a third pipe orifice and a fourth pipe orifice, the third pipe orifice is the second condensation box interface of the condensation box, and the fourth pipe orifice is the liquid inlet of the liquid storage box.
11. The flexible display device according to claim 5, 7 or 9, wherein the flexible display panel comprises a hinge assembly, the hinge assembly is located between the flexible display panel and the airbag, and the hinge assembly is connected to the airbag for converting the first deformation of the airbag into a fixed direction deformation, so that the flexible display panel is deformed in a fixed direction.
12. The flexible display device of claim 11, wherein the flexible display panel comprises a bending axis extending along a first direction;
the hinge assembly comprises hinge sub-pieces extending along the first direction and arranged along the second direction, adjacent hinge sub-pieces are connected through a positioning pin,
wherein the first direction intersects the second direction.
13. The flexible display device of claim 11, wherein the flexible display panel and the hinge assembly are fixedly coupled by an adhesive backing.
14. The flexible display device of claim 5, wherein the base plate comprises a second protrusion, and the second protrusion is inserted into the base assembly through a gap in the gas-liquid conversion device and is engaged with the base assembly.
15. The flexible display device of claim 11, wherein the shape-changing device further comprises an elastic member having an elastic force opposite to the first shape-changing force, and one end of the elastic member is connected to the base assembly and the other end is connected to the hinge assembly for providing a force for returning the airbag from the first configuration to the initial state.
