Description

General ward capable of being quickly changed into infectious ward
Technical Field
The invention relates to a layout structure of a ward, in particular to a ward layout structure capable of switching between a general ward and an infectious ward.
Background
Because of the occasional and unpredictable outbreaks of infectious diseases such as COVID-19, it is difficult to construct a large number of specialized infectious wards for the receipt of infectious patients in a short period of time during the outbreak (wartime). Meanwhile, a large number of infectious wards need to be built, large amount of capital, land and equipment resources are occupied, actual use is not available when infectious diseases do not occur (at ordinary times), and great waste is caused. This causes difficulties in matching the configuration of the infectious disease room with the actual demand on the time axis, in trapping or wasting a lot of social resources in the public health sector, or in causing public health crisis due to shortage of the infectious disease room at the time of outbreak of an epidemic.
Studies have shown that the major transmission pathways for COVID-19 virus are respiratory droplets and contact transmission, with the potential for aerosol transmission in relatively closed environments with prolonged exposure to high concentrations of aerosols. According to the requirements of technical guidelines for prevention and control of novel coronavirus infection in medical institutions (first edition), measures such as contact isolation, droplet isolation and air isolation should be taken on the basis of implementing standard prevention in the ward of receiving and treating suspected or diagnosed patients with COVID-19, and most of the building layouts of comprehensive hospitals do not have the capability of receiving and treating patients with diseases transmitted by air and droplets. Traditional ward only adopts single passageway and flow direction, and the patient shares same passageway with medical personnel promptly, and cross infection between patient and medical personnel and between patient and the patient is hardly avoided to this kind of design, and clean district does not have clear and definite demarcation with the contaminated area on spatial layout, is not convenient for the prevention and control of infection in the ward. The difficulty is high when the ordinary ward is transformed into the infectious ward, the basic structure of the building layout needs to be changed, the engineering quantity is large, the speed is slow, and the development speed of the epidemic situation cannot be kept up with; and once the epidemic situation passes, the epidemic situation is difficult to change back to the ordinary ward.
Disclosure of Invention
The ward layout structure is convenient to transform into an infectious disease ward when an epidemic situation is outbreak and convenient to transform back to the ordinary disease ward after the epidemic situation is over, can realize the quick transformation from the ordinary disease ward to the infectious disease ward, and can reduce the incidence rate of cross infection of patients and medical care personnel.
The construction of hospital wards is worried about, the characteristics and the defects of different building types and the functional requirements of hospitals are fully considered when a building is newly built, and the foresight and the normalization of major epidemic prevention and control are satisfied based on the current and long-term focus. The concept of 'peacetime and wartime combination' should be fully integrated into each link of modern hospital construction, and each floor should be equipped with isolation facilities, emergency drugs, rescue vehicles and the like, so as to build a 'peaceful and wartime-drawn' hospital. When no major epidemic situation exists, the relevant units of the hospital can perform their own functions; once a major epidemic situation occurs, the relevant disease area can immediately enter an isolation state, and effective protection is achieved. For the infectious disease area, the requirements of 'wartime' quick response, centralized treatment and material guarantee are met, and 'ordinary time' responsibility tasks and operation cost are fully considered.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that a 'peacetime and wartime' concept is adopted, a general ward quickly switches a 'wartime' ward layout structure, a peacetime and wartime combination strategy capable of quickly switching is adopted, and a design and modification thought can meet the peacetime and wartime switching strategy of quick and small-limit modification by integrating the characteristics of a standard ward and a typical infectious disease ward and combining the characteristics of the standard ward and the typical infectious disease ward.
The invention takes the airflow organization management as a starting point, two sets of fresh air systems are arranged on each floor of a ward building, and a medical office area, a ward area, a nurse station, a three-level buffer area, a treatment room and a dressing room are independently arranged, so that the invention is safer. The top layer ward is added with a set of exhaust system in the ward area, the system is stopped using at ordinary times and used in wartime, the exhaust volume of each ward of the floor is properly increased, the moderate negative pressure of the ward area is ensured, and the outlet of the roof exhaust fan is additionally provided with a high-efficiency air filtering facility. And each ward, dressing room, treatment room and buffer room on the top layer are respectively provided with a set of air purification sterilizer.
The invention redefines the partition concept of three passages of three infected areas (clean area, semi-polluted area and polluted area) under epidemic conditions, provides a new partition concept with one buffer for the two areas (polluted area and clean area), and cancels the traditional patient passage of the polluted area of the infectious ward to ensure the number of sickbeds of the infected area under the normal use condition.
The buffer area is arranged in a treatment area of a common ward, and is opened at ordinary times through arranging a control door, closed in wartime or closed at ordinary times, opened in wartime and provided with unidirectional access of an entrance guard to serve as a buffer space for medical care to enter and exit the pollution area, so that a whole set of smooth process for medical care to enter and exit the pollution area in wartime is formed.
